본 연구의 목적은 기초연구분야에서 정부연구비의 변동과 연구성과간의 관계를 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 개인연구사업 중 대학에서 수행된 IT 분야의 기초연구과제들을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 여러 과제 특성 변수를 활용하여, 종속변수와 독립변수와의 관계를 통제하였다. 회귀분석결과를 살펴보면, 정부 연구비 증감은 모든 연구성과(가중논문 수, 특허 수)와 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 관계에 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 연구성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 과제는 연구비가 증액된 과제로, 연구비가 유지된 과제에 비해 최대 8배 정도의 큰 영향력을 보였다. 연구비가 감액된 과제는 연구비가 유지된 과제에 비해 최대 4배 정도의 큰 영향력을 갖은 것으로 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 학술적 측면, 실무적 측면의 시사점을 제시하였다.

식용으로 사용되는 산채의 일종인 어수리의 지상부로부터 peroxynitrite 소거활성을 나타내는 성분을 분리한 결과 플라보노이드 성분인 hyperoside와 astragalin이 분리되었다. 특히, 높은 활성을 보였던 hyperoside는 이 식물재료 중 함량도 높아 어수리 잎은 peroxynitrite 과잉생산시 유발될 수 있는 당뇨병, 비만, 고지혈증, 심장질환 등의 예방과 치료에 유익한 식품이라 할 수 있을 것이다.

The effect of water extract composed of panax ginseng radix rubra, acanthopanacis cortex, and cordyceps (PAC) on diabetic animal models were investigated in two different diabetic animal models. FAC water extract significantly reduced the plasma glucose levels on day 30 as compared with the diabetic control group in $KKA^Y$ obese, hyperglycemic and hyperglycemic and hyperinsulinemic mice, and also reduced the plasma glucose levels as well as total cholesterol in multiple low dose (MLD) strep tozotocin-induced diabetic SD rats. PAC water extract also showed an inhibitory effect on reduction of body weight and on development of MLD STZ-induced diabetic state. Elevated kidney hypertrophy, which is a characteristic feature shown in early stage of diabetic nephropathy and calculated as the ratio of kidney mass (g) relative to the body weight (g), was also markedly improved in PAC water extract- treated group as compared to the diabetic control group. Taken together, these data suggest that PAC water extract may have a potential as a antidiabetic agent in type 2 diabetes mellitus.

신체성장은 세포수가 증가하고 세포의 크기가 커지면서 신체의 크기가 증가하는 것으로서 몸을 구성하는 성분인 단백질이 증가를 수반하고 골격과 근육이 커지며 이득의 기능도 강화된다. 사람의 키가 커진다는 것은 팔과 다리의 긴 뼈가 늘어나야 하는 것인데 이와같은 성장은 호르몬의 작용에 의해서 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 이와같은 성장에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위해 성장호르몬 및 IGF-1의 분비촉진 여부를 확인하였다. 체외 래트 성장호르몬의 분비량은 88 - 99 ng/mL으로 대조군에 비해 약 6배 이상의 성장호르몬이 분비되었다. 또한 생체내 IGF-1 분비촉진 효과실헐에서는 YGF 투여 후 8시간에서 1140 ng/mL 정도로 대조군에 비해 현저하게 높은 혈중 IGF-1의 농도가 유지되었다. YGF를 장기 복용시킨 경우 실제로 대퇴부 배의 길이성장이 약 6% 정도 이루어졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 실험을 통해 확인된 성장호르몬 및 IGF-1 분비촉진을 유발하는 식물 추출물 YGF에 대해 좀더 연구개발하여 키 성장이 저조한 어린이 및 청소년에게 신체성장에 도움이 될 수 있도록 되었으면 한다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effect of Korean medical treatment, specifically Homnis Placenta pharmacopuncture, bee venom injection and Danggwisu-powder, on a patient suffering from a lateral malleolus avulsion fracture. Methods : A 63-year-old female patient suffering from right ankle pain due to lateral malleolus avulsion fracture was treated with Homnis Placenta pharmacopuncture, bee venom injection, and herbal medicine(Danggwisu-powder). from May 20th to June $16^{th}$ of 2015. The change in patientcondition was measured with the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle-Hindfoot Scale, the verbal numerical rating scale, and via the ankle's range of motion. Results : After treatment, all obtained results showed improvement. The American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle-Hindfoot Scale increased from 18 to 71, the verbal numerical rating scale changed from 8 to 3, and the ankle's range of motion improved. Conclusions : This study suggests that Korean medical care focused on Homnis Placenta pharmacopuncture, bee venom injection and Danggwisu-powder can be effective to treat lateral malleolus avulsion fracture.

Objectives : This study was done to show the clinical effect of miniscalpel acupuncture treatment on osteoarthritis of the knee which is refractory to acupuncture treatment. Methods : A patient was treated with acupuncture for three weeks, non-treated(wash out period) for two weeks, and treated with miniscalpel acupuncture for three weeks. The effect of treatments were measured with Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), Range of Motion(ROM), Short form McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC). Results : During the three weeks of acupuncture treatment, VAS, SF-MPQ and WOMAC improved, but after two weeks of the wash out period each score worsened. During the three weeks of miniscalpel acupuncture VAS, SF-MPQ, and WOMAC improved while ROM improved remarkably. Conclusion : These results suggest that miniscalpel acupuncture might be a therapeutic option for knee degenerative osteoarthritis patients who does not responded to acupuncture treatment.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Miniscalpel acupuncture therapy on a patient with traumatic tears of both meniscuses. Methods : We treated a patient with tears in both meniscuses stemming from a traffic injury. The clinical effects of this treatment are measured by Visual Analog Scale (VAS), European Quality of Life - 5 Dimensions (EQ-5D), and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). Results : After Miniscalpel acupuncture therapy, the VAS score of the left knee changed from 7 to 3, while the VAS score of the right knee changed from 7 to 2~3. WOMAC of both knees changed from 70 to 8. Night pain and day-to-day pain have disappeared, with only a slightly heavy feeling remaining. Conclusion : These results suggest that Miniscalpel acupuncture therapy may be effective for treating traumatic meniscus tear.

문서관리시스템은 문헌 정보들에 대한 정보 검색 및 관리를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 시스템이다. 이러한 문서관리시스템은 하나의 테이블만으로 정보들을 관리하기 때문에 기존 데이터 관리 시스템에서 사용되는 조인 연산과 뷰 연산 등 많은 비용이 소요되는 연산을 제공할 필요가 없다. 더불어 문서관리시스템은 기존 데이터베이스관리시스템에서는 제공되지 않았던 새로운 연산이 요구된다. 본 논문은 문서관리시스템에서 자료의 구조 정의, 처리 등을 표현할 수 있는 효과적인 데이터 언어를 정의한다. 특히 문서 검색에 필요한 Ranking 연산, Proximity 연산을 제공하도록 정의하고, 정의된 데이터 언어로 작성된 질의를 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 질의 처리기를 설계하고 구현한다. 구현된 문서관리시스템을 위한 질의처리기는 기존 관계형 데이터베이스 관리 시스템의 질의 처리기를 문서관리시스템의 질의 처리기로 사용할 때 나타나는 성능저하 문제점을 해결할 뿐만 아니라 문서관리시스템에서 필요로 하는 새로운 연산을 제공한다.

본 논문에서는 다차원 데이타의 유사도 검색을 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 벡터 근사 기반의 색인 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 색인 구조는 공간 분할 방식으로 영역을 분할하고 실제 데이타들이 존재하는 영역에 대해 동적 비트를 할당하여 영역을 표현한다. 따라서, 분할된 영역들 사이에 겹침이 발생하지 않으며 하나의 중간 노드에 많은 영역 정보를 저장할 수 있어 트리의 깊이를 감소시킨다. 또한, 특정 영역에 군집화되어 있는 데이타에 대해서 효과적인 표현 기법을 제공하며 자식 노드의 영역 정보는 부모 노드의 영역 정보를 이용하여 상대적으로 표현함으로써 영역 표현에 대한 정확성을 보장한다. 이를 통해 검색성능 향상을 제공한다. 제안하는 색인 구조의 우수성을 보이기 위해 기존에 제안된 다차원 색인 구조와의 다양한 실험을 통하여 성능의 우수성을 입증한다. 성능 평가 결과를 통해 제안하는 색인 구조가 기존 색인 구조보다 $40\%$정도 검색 성능이 향상됨을 증명한다.

본 논문은 N시에서 발생하는 B와 W 아파트단지 사이의 일조권 침해 분쟁의 연구에 대한 결과이다. 최근 도심에서 발생하는 일조권에 대한 분쟁은 쾌적한 주거의 질을 확보할려는 주민들의 욕구 중대로 인해 그 문제가 점차 확대되고 있다. 특히 건축당시에는 인지하지 못했던 일조권에 대한 문제가 시간이 지나면서 주거환경에 대한 관심이 높아져 그 분쟁의 수위가 시간이 갈수록 높아지고 있으며, 최근에는 도심에서 발생하는 일조권에 대한 해석이 공동주택 건축시 건축법규에 적합하게 설계 시공하여도 인근 아파트에 일조권에 대한 피해를 주었다면 배상을 해야 한다는 판결이 계속 나오고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 일조권에 대한 영향 및 피해범위에 대해 사례분석을 통하여 파악해 봄으로써 향후 민원발생시 효율적인 대책수립을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제시하고자 한다.
