In this paper, the effect of government corporate support projects on corporate growth was analyzed, and the effect on corporate financial performance or non-financial performance was empirically analyzed by using the growth stage as a modulating variable in government support activities. As a result, it was analyzed that government corporate support had a significant effect on financial performance, non-financial performance, and use of government support, and that the moderating effect of the growth stage had a positive (+) effect on both financial and non-financial performance. Taken together, the research results showed that government corporate support had a positive effect on corporate performance, the growth stage had a positive (+) effect on both financial and non-financial performance, and the impact on financial performance was even greater. Accordingly, government support projects must be supported according to each company's growth stage, and during the decline, companies need to provide customized support according to the state of the company through industry and corporate analysis, and it is expected to be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the government's business support project.

The government is promoting policies to increase policy efficiency by supporting corporate growth through corporate support and establishing the Ministry of SMEs and Startups as a control tower for corporate support projects. However, opinions on the efficiency of the government's corporate support project are divided, and this study aims to check how the government's corporate support project affects corporate performance and how absorption capacity and satisfaction, which are internal factors, affect corporate growth. Research was conducted on companies receiving government corporate support projects, and previous studies focused on financial support among government corporate support projects, while the effect of government corporate support was analyzed by dividing government support projects into financial and non-financial support, and absorption capabilities and corporate support satisfaction were analyzed. Through this, the effect on corporate financial performance and non-financial performance was empirically analyzed according to the mediating effect of absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction in the government's corporate support project. As a result, both the government's financial and non-financial support had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance, and it was confirmed that both absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction mediate both financial and non-financial performance, and it was analyzed that it had a positive (+) effect. In order to improve the absorption capacity of a company, it is expected that it will be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the business by defining the problems faced by the company and suggesting solutions through the establishment of a supplier and consumer network.

연구에서는 기존의 업종구분 없이 창업보육센터의 서비스와 입주기업의 성과와의 상관관계 분석과 관련된 연구들을 문화콘텐츠 분야의 기업 관점에서도 유의미한지 재 검증해보고, 또한 문화콘텐츠 기업의 특성상 아이템의 사업성이 입주기업의 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 그래서 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육 시 필요한 서비스를 발굴하고 빠르게 변화하는 문화콘텐츠 시장의 성장에 따른 아이템의 사업성 평가에 따른 차별화된 창업보육 서비스를 통해 성과가 도출될 수 있도록 체계적이고 합리적인 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육시스템 구축의 중요성에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위하여 설문조사는 경기도 문화콘텐츠분야 창업보육센터 입주기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 설문 데이터의 실증분석 방법으로는 SmartPLS 2.0를 이용해 빈도분석(頻度分析), 신뢰도분석(信賴度分析), 그리고 구조모형을 통하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 가설검증을 통해 분석한 결과를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 창업아이템의 사업타당성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원서비스, 경영지원서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 창업아이템의 사업타당성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅 지원 서비스는 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나, 경영지원 서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 경영지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나. 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것을 분석한 결과 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과(재무적,비재무적) 성과에 모두 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

인터넷을 기반으로 한 정보통신의 급속한 발전이라는 기업환경의 변화에 적응하기 위해서 기업은 점차 모든 경영시스템을 인터넷을 기반으로 하도록 변화시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기업 조직 또한 전세계를 기반으로한 글로벌 기업 형태로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 급속한 경영환경의 변화로 인해서 기업 내에서는 종전과는 다른 형태의 부서간 상호의사결정조정 과정이 필요하게 되었다. 일반 기업들을 대상으로 한 상호의사결정의 지원과정에 대해서는 기존에 많은 연구들이 있었으나 글로벌기업과 같은 네트워크 형태의 새로운 형태의 기업에 있어서의 상호의사결정과정을 지원할 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템에 대해서는 단순한 그룹의사결정지원시스템 또는 분산의사결정지원시스템과 같은 연구들이 주를 이루고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷 특히, 웹을 기반으로 한 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시하고 이에 기반한 프로토타입 형태의 시스템을 구현하여 성능을 검증하고자 한다. 특히, 기업 내에서 가장 대표적으로 상호의사결정지원이 필요한 생산과 마케팅 부서를 대상으로 상호의사결정지원 메커니즘을 개발하고 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과 글로벌 기업내의 생산과 마케팅 부서간 상호의사결정을 효율적으로 지원 할 수 있는 상호조정 메카니즘인 개선된 PROMISE(PROduction and Marketing Interface Support Environment)를 기반으로 한 웹 분산의사결정지원시스템 (Web-DSS : Web-Decision Support Systems)을 제안하는 바이다.자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축중이다.의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. Various types of government R&D support are available for activating businesses by small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). However, most existing studies on this topic are focused only on the financial aspect. Interest in non-financial R&D support from the government has recently grown due to the limited provision of government financial support. In this study, government R&D support for SMEs was categorized into financial and non-financial strategies. Performance in terms of technological innovation by type was also analyzed. Furthermore, as R&D performance could vary according to the characteristics of the firms, the study classified performance variables into technological development possibility, technology intensity and technology uniqueness. The relationship between the types of support and the characteristics of the performance was also examined. Based on the results, it was found that government R&D support positively influences the SMEs' technological performance. However, the level of financial support does not significantly influence the technological uniqueness. As such, it is expected that effects from the increase in quantity of government R&D support are limited.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of food service franchise's support system on franchisee's trust, financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. For this purpose, the results of the survey were collected for 111 small and mid-sized food service franchisees in Korea with less than 100 brand franchises, referring to article 9 of the act on Fair Trade. Structural equation model analysis was used for hypothesis testing. The results of the study are as follows; First, a support for store development, education, logistics, and supervisors among franchise's support system were found to have a significant impact on the franchisee's trust, but public relations support was not significantly affected. Second, a support for store development had significant influence on the financial performance, but the support for education, logistics, supervisors and public relations did not significantly affect the financial performance. Third, franchisee's trust has been shown to have a significant impact on financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. Fourth, financial performance was shown to have a significant impact on the intention of multi-store operation. Finally, confirming the mediated effects of financial performance on the effect of franchisee's trust and intention of multi-store operations also proved to have indirect effects. This study identified the impact relationship between the small and medium-sized food service franchise support system, franchisee's trust, financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. In particular, it is deemed meaningful that the performance of Korea's small and medium-sized food service franchises and the relationship of influence that can grow together through the qualitative growth of the franchise's system.

As the importance of venture firms has increased as a new growth engine, the South Korea government makes various efforts to establish healthy ecosystems for ventures and start-ups. Especially in order to foster the competitiveness of venture firms, various support policies such as financial and R&D expenses are being expanded and promoted. In this study, the author analyzed the impact of government funding on venture firms' internal competencies and management performance by using the resource-based theory. Moreover, this study tested the moderation effect of firm's growth stages. Unlike previous studies, this study focused on qualitative rather than quantitative aspects of internal competencies and the financial and non-financial performance are used to measure the management performance of the ventures to examine the effects of government funding for venture firms in more details. For the purpose of verifying the hypothesis of this research, "The Research On The Precision Status Of Venture Firms" in 2017 from the Ministry of Small and Medium Business was utilized, which has been compiled since 1999. According to the results of this study, the government funding experience did not significantly affect the company's internal competencies and financial performance, but had a significant impact on the non-financial performance, which in turn seemed to have a significant effect on the financial performance. In addition, it was found that the technology, price, design, and quality competencies affected non-financial performance, while the organizational management and marketing competencies did not. However, the price, design, organizational management, and marketing competencies affected financial performance, while the technology competency was not. Finally, there were no differences in the effectiveness of government funding, depending on the growth stages.

기업 경영이 점차 글로벌화 되어가는 환경 하에서 중소기업의 경쟁력강화대책의 일환으로 경영컨설팅 지원사업이 시작된 지 10년이 되었다. 그동안 실증적인 사후자료에 의한 평가는 전무한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 사업을 통한 사업참여 중소기업의 재무적 상황을 중심으로 사업참여 전 후를 비교 분석함으로써 본 사업의 시행성과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년도 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 참여기업 중 지원사업 중 지원예산의 규모가 가장 크고, 업체에 지원금액이 많은 사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II)부문의 컨설팅을 수행한 기업들을 대상으로 수집한 재무비율분석 자료를 활용하여 사업참여 이전 및 이후의 재무상황 변화를 분석하였으며, 2005년을 기준으로 이전 1년 및 이후 2년간을 비교하였으며, 2005년 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II) 70업체 중 사업참여 이전 및 이후 2년간의 자료를 구할 수 있는 34개 업체를 대상으로 하였다. 각 년도별 표본의 재무비율 산출은 EXCEL 2007을 사용하였으며, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 전 후 두표본 집단간의 차이 검증은 SPSS win 15.0K의 Wilcoxon 부호순위검정을 실시하여 검증하였다. 검증결과 경영컨설팅 전 후 전반적으로 가설은 기각되고, 성장성지표의 매출액증가율 및 활동성지표의 경영컨설팅 후 2년 총자산회전율은 기각되지 않으나 역의 영향력(설명력)을 가진 것으로 나타나, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅사업의 실질적인 효율성 제고가 필요하다.

본 연구는 한국 나노기술의 발전현황을 살펴보고 나노기업들이 갖고 있는 재무적 특징을 분석한 것이다. 한국의 나노기술은 정부의 집중적인 지원을 받으면서 기업과 대학을 비롯한 연구기관들 사이의 경쟁적인 연구 속에서 단기간에 괄목할만한 성장을 하였다. 그 결과 미국, 일본, 독일에 뒤이은 높은 기술수준을 보유하게 되었다. 이러한 가운데 나노기술을 보유한 기업들에 대한 재무적 특징을 일반기업들과 비교 분석하여 몇 가지 의미 있는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째 나노기업들은 일반기업들에 비해 높은 성장을 보이고 있다. 둘째 나노기업들은 일반기업들에 비해서 타인자본의존도가 높게 나타났다. 끝으로 나노기업들의 수익성은 일반기업에 비해서 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 나노기술의 지속적 발전을 위한 정책적 결정에 중요한 시사점을 제시한다. 우선 정부는 나노기술의 산업화를 지원하여 기술의 제품화를 촉진시키는 것과는 별도로 나노기업의 재무구조개선에 관심을 갖고 부채비율을 낮추도록 해야 한다. 그래야만 수익성을 기반으로 한 지속적 성장이 가능하기 때문이다. 이를 위해서 나노기업에 대한 투자세액공제 등의 정책을 녹색성장정책에 포함시킬 필요가 있다고 본다.

This study analyzed the influence of supporting policy fund on financial performance of small & medium sized venture firms. The outcomes are as follows. First, it was found that 11 dependent variables in profitability, stability, activity, and growth represent have significantly positive influence on financial performances 4 years after policy fund rather than prior to the fund. In short, supporting policy fund is found to bring improvement on financial performance. Second, it was found that growth rate in asset as a growth indicator and interest coverage ratio as a stability indicator have significantly positive influence on operating income to sales and ROA, respectively. Third, it was found that operating income to sales as a profitability indicator and asset turnover ratio as an activity indicator have positive influence on current ratio. Finally operating income to sales as a profitability indicator and growth rate in sales as a growth indicator have positive influence on interest coverage ratio.
