  • This study aims to establish effects of service quality of the indoor golf practice facility on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and intention to repurchase. Consumers using indoor golf practice facility were selected as the target population of this study, and 238 individuals were extracted by convenience sampling and administered a survey. The results are as follows. First, facility, process, instructor positively influence customer satisfaction. Second, facility, instructor positively influence customer loyalty. Third, facility, process, instructor positively influence intention to repurchase. Fourth, customer satisfaction positively influence intention to repurchase. Fifth, customer loyalty positively influence intention to repurchase. Sixth, customer satisfaction mediated service quality of indoor golf practice facility and intention to repurchase. Finally, customer loyalty partly mediated service quality of indoor golf practice facility and intention to repurchase.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the relation between servicescape recognized by sports center and customer satisfaction, customer trust and customer's intention to reenroll. For the subject of this study, we selected 363 persons among customers who used 5 sports centers located at 'B' Metropolitan city & 'K' do (prefecture) through the Convenient Sampling Method. For the analysis, we used SPSS 18.0 Statistics Package as a research tool and have carried out Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Co-relation Analysis, Frequency Analysis, and Regression Analysis. The results were as follows: First, the servicescape has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction. Second, the customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the customer trust. Third, the customer satisfaction has a positive effect on the customer's intention to re-enroll. Fourth, the customer trust has a positive effect on the customer's intention to reenroll.

  • This study was to research effect of relationship marketing factors of the sports centers, customer trust and intention to repurchase. Objects of study were customers of three sports centers in Gyeonggi province and research tool was questionnaire. Among 350 copies of data, 344 copies had been used for actual data processing and collected data had been analyzed with frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability test, exploratory analysis multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 21.0. The results from these processes are as follows. First, relationship marketing factors positively effect on customer trust. Second, relationship marketing factors positively effect on intention to repurchase except communication. Finally, customer trust positively effect on intention to repurchase.

  • In this study, 223 people were sampled from February 1 to March 11, 2022, and causal relationship analysis (SEM) was performed. First, a causal relationship was established between coaching behavior and leader trust, and second, a causal relationship was established between leader trust and re-enrollment. Finally, although it was partially adopted between coaching behavior and re-registration, an indirect effect was also derived that the effectiveness of behavior existed as an indirect effect of trust in the leader in the relationship between autonomous behavior and re-registration. Therefore, coaching behavior perceived by customers is influenced by various variables, and trust in leaders appears to exert a huge influence on golf course management performance, emphasizing that human service is a part that needs attention in the changing golf market. It is thought that a management strategy based on the results and this study is necessary.

  • 이 연구는 경남지역 소재 무도수련장에 다니고 있는 수련생들을 모집단으로 무도수련장 지도자의 운동지원과 재등록의사의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 총 220명의 무도수련장의 수련생들을 유의표집하였다. 이 연구는 SPSSWIN 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계처리를 실시하였다. 자료처리 방법은 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis)과 공변량구조분석(structural equation modeling) 등의 통계기법이 활용되었다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 무도수련장 지도자의 정보적 지원, 물질적 지원, 사교적 지원 등이 재등록의사에 중요한 영향을 미친다.

  • 미국에서 농약을 판매하기 위해서는 먼저 해당농약을 등록하여야 하는데 등록업무는 연방 살충$\cdot$살균$\cdot$살서제법(FIFRA : Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act)에 의거, USDA(미농무성)에서 관장했으나 1970년 12월 이후부터 신설된 EPA(환경보호청)가 맡고 있다. 여기에 소개하는 내용은 Farm Chemicals Handbook 최근호(''98)의 부록(regulatory file)에 수록된 미국농약관리법중이 주요 내용이며 우리나라의 농약안전관리와 신농약개발 업무에 직$\cdot$간접으로 관계되는 모든 분들에게 참고가 되었으면 하는 바람으로 호에 걸쳐 소개한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the selection factors of sports climbing center, customer satisfaction, and re-registration. Data collection for the purpose of this study was collected through S center, B center, V center located in Seoul and K center located in Gyeonggi-do. A total of 296 valid samples were used for the analysis. To make sure the theory, it was based on analysis of frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression. First of all, it was found that the factors of selecting the sports climbing center partially affected the customer satisfaction level. Second, it was found that the factors of selecting the sports climbing center partially affected the decision to re-register.

  • One-time password has been proposed for the purpose of addressing the security problems of the simple password system: fixed passwords and pre-shared passwords. Since it employs the consecutive hash values after a root hash value is registered at the server, the security weakness of the fixed passwords has been addressed. However, it has a shortcoming of re-registering a new root hash value when the previous hash chain's hash values are exhausted. Even though several one-time password systems not requiring re-registration have been proposed, they all have several problems in terms of constraint conditions and efficiency. In this paper, we propose the one - time password scheme based on a hash chain that generates one - time passwords using only two cryptographic hash functions at each authentication and satisfies the existing constraints without re-registration, Security requirements and efficiency.
