Relationship between the Service Quality of Dance Performance Halls and Satisfaction with Performance Halls as well as re-spectating (무용공연장 서비스 품질과 공연장 만족 및 재관람 의사의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the service quality of dance performance halls influences the satisfaction with performance halls and willingness of re-spectating. To perform this study, questionnaires were used and frequent analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. Conclusions are as follows; First, the service quality of dance performance halls had an effect on the satisfaction of dance performance halls. Second, the service quality of dance performance halls had an effect on re-spectating. Third, the satisfaction with performance halls influenced the re-spectating. These results show that the higher the service quality becomes the more positive effect appears between the satisfaction of performance halls and re-spectating.

  • In order to guarantee system survivability against attacks based on new methodology, we need a solution to recognize important resources for essential services and to adapt the urgent situation properly. In this paper, we present a dynamic resource reallocation scheme which is one of the core technologies for the implementation of intrusion tolerant systems. By means of resource reallocation within a node, this scheme enables the essential services to survive even after the occurrence of a system attack. If the settlement does not work within the node, resource reallocation among nodes takes places, thus the essential services are transferred to another prepared server node. Experimental result obtained on a testbed reveals the validity of the proposed scheme for resource reallocation. This scheme may work together with IDS(Intrusion Detection System) to produce effective responsive mechanism against attacks.

  • The research ais to examine the relationship among service factors, customer's consumption value and revisit intentions in the multiplex cinema industry focusing on multiplex cinema service in Korea and Vietnam. This research also aims to compare the influence of service factors on consumption values and revisit intention between customers in Vietnam and Korea. Data using for this research were collected in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and Seoul, Korea through both offline and online survey. Research findings suggest that service factors significantly influence utilitarian values and hedonic values, then both hedonic and utilitarian value have a significant influence on customer's revisit intention in multiplex cinema. Specifically, utilitarian value shows a greater influence on revisit intention in Korea whereas hedonic value shows a greater influence on revisit intention in Vietnam.

  • 새로운 패러다임인 유비쿼터스에 대한 개념이나 적용 기술들에 대해서는 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 이를 고려한 도메인 분석 기법에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 또한, 범용적으로 사용되고 있는 휘처 기반의 도메인 분석 기법은 공간 재설계나 상황 인지 등의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 대표적인 특징을 수용하는 데에는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 #공간 재설계#나 #상황 인지#에 초점을 두고 휘처 개발 방법을 통해 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스의 도메인 분석 방법을 제시한다. 유비쿼터스 환경을 위한 정형화된 유비쿼터스 휘처 메타모델을 제시하고, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스를 휘처로 표현함으로써 기존의 휘처 모델링 방법에 의한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스의 모델링 접근을 가능하게 한다. 이로써 유비쿼터스 서비스 도메인 모델의 효과적인 분석을 가능하게 하고 정형화된 휘처 모델을 통한 기존 휘처 모델의 제품 계열 개발에 따른 재사용성을 증진시킬 수 있다.

Effects of Service Convenience on Customer Satisfaction and Reuse Intention by Korail Talk App Users among Korail Passengers (코레일 앱 이용자의 서비스편의성이 코레일 앱 고객만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service convenience on customer satisfaction and reuse intention by 200 passengers using a Korail talk app. The result of the analysis showed that service convenience was positively correlated with satisfaction in Korail customers using the Korail talk app. Also, customer satisfaction with service convenience had a positive effect on reuse intention in these users. However, service convenience was not significantly correlated with customer's reuse intention. The results of this study suggest that it is important for Korail to offer improved service convenience for Korail talk app users consistently in order to improve customer satisfaction and reuse intention by Korail passengers.

Service Quality Recognition and Satisfaction of Art Museum Visitors: The Case of Gwangju Museum of Art (미술관 관람객의 서비스품질 인식과 만족도 분석 : 광주시립미술관을 중심으로)

  • The items currently used in museum service evaluations fail to offer satisfactory suggestions that could aid in the improvement of museum services. This study aims to identify and develop items that take into consideration the unique nature of art museum services. This study also identifies factors that determine visitor satisfaction and decisions to revisit with the end of offering methods to improve art museum service. The research conducted was based on an on-site survey of visitors of the Gwangju Art Museum. 223 questionnaires were collected, 211 of which were used in the data analysis. Factor analysis was applied to identify service factors to be considered at art museums. Regression analysis was then applied to estimate the influence of each factor in visitor satisfaction and revisit intention. This study first identifies five service quality factors of art museums: display method, employers, content, facilities, and supplemental programs. Results of the regression analysis showed that content is the most important factor in raising customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Supplemental programs were also significant in raising young and family customer satisfaction. The results also showed that various supplemental services such as education and experiential programs were necessary. Service facilities were also statistically significant factors in customer satisfaction and revisit intention. This study contributes in identifying five factors that could better measure art museum service quality. It also suggests a method to improve museum service quality based on the results of empirical investigations. This information could be of great help to art museum operators and other researchers.

A Design and Implementation of P2P based RSP bundle for Home Network of Distributed OSGi Frameworks (분산 OSGi 프레임워크들로 구성된 홈 네트워크에서 P2P을 이용한 RSP 번들 설계 및 구현)

  • 현재 OSGi 프레임워크의 서비스는 로컬 장비에서만 공유할 수 있기 때문에 하나의 장비에 서비스 부하가 집중되는 문제점을 가진다 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 확장 서비스 레지스트리를 이용하는 방법이 제안되었지만, 확장 서비스 레지스트리를 재 검색해야 하므로 응답시간이 늦어지는 단점을 가진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 추가적인 확장 서비스 레지스트리를 재 검색할 필요가 없고, 단지 로컬 서비스 레지스트리만을 검색하여 원격 서비스를 실행할 수 있는 P2P 기반의 RSP 번들을 설계하고 아기 보호를 위한 유비쿼터스 홈 시스템에 실제로 적용하여 구현하였다. 그러므로 본 논문에서 제안한 RSP 번들을 이용하면 하나의 OSGi 프레임워크에 집중될 수 있는 부하를 분산시킬 수 있고, 기존에 개발된 서비스들도 원격 서비스로 재정의하여 다른 OSGi 프레임워크와 서비스를 공유할 수 있게 된다.

The effect of cafe mobile apps' service convenience on perceived value and re-use intention (카페 모바일 애플리케이션의 서비스 편의성이 지각된 가치 및 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The increasing use of mobile applications is a phenomenon that has recently come to be beneficial to people in their private life due to increased income and changes in life style. In particular, analyzing customers' consumer sentiment can be seen as a pursuit form of convenience that enables efficient use of time and effort. In this study, based on previous studies, we examine the causal relation model that influences reuse intention, which is a dependent variable through perceived value as a parameter by measuring the service convenience for cafe mobile application. In order to accomplish purpose of this study, references related to service convenience, perceived value, and reuse intention were reviewed as literature research methods. For the empirical study, the research was carried out through Macro Mill Embrain Co., Ltd. Online research was conducted for one week from October 26 to November 8, 2018. There are 13 items of the collected data were excluded and 324 items suitable for irradiation were used. Study results show that service convenience of cafe mobile application has a positive effect on perceived value and reuse intention. In addition, in the relationship that cafe mobile app's service convenience has a significant (+) influence on reuse intention, perceived value proved to have meaningful results as intermediary roles. Implications of this study are as follows. First of all, this study will be helpful for cafe companies and consumers if utilize the service convenience of cafe mobile application in perceived value and reuse intention in marketing applications. Therefore, theoretically, we propose the development direction of cafe mobile application and present academic data for marketing strategy innovation and competitive advantage in the food service industry that conforms to the fourth industrial revolution era.

  • ATM 네트워트 기술은 초고속 인터넷의 멀티미디어 서비스의 통합을 해결하기 위한 기술로 널리 사용되고 있다. ATM 망에서 UBR 서비스는 데이터 트래픽의 어플리케이션을 지원하기 위해 설계되었다. 그러나 UBR 서비스는 명백한 제어매커니즘이 없어 셀 폐기와 재전송의 위험이 크다. 본 논문에서는 UBR 스위치 버퍼 정책으로 EPD을 효과적으로 적용시키기위해 UBR 스위치 파리미터를 조정하고, TCP 종단시스템 정책으로 빠른 재전송과 회복 (FRR)을 도입하여 LAN과 WAN 환경에서 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능평가하였다.

Client Relationship Proneness, Trust, Commitment and Reuse Intention in IT Services (고객 관계 경향, 신뢰, 몰입 그리고 재사용 의도: IT서비스의 경우)

  • It has become a crucial issue for IT service firms how to form positive relationships with their customers in order to retain existing customers and potential customers. To address this issue, many researchers have introduced the concept of consumer relationship proneness(CRP). This present study examines if CRP is related to trust and commitment that enhance the intention to reuse. Using PLS, we analyzed 200 data collected through a survey of global electronic company members experienced IT outsourcing services. As a result, CRP has a defined impact on both trust and commitment, and relationships between trust and commitment, commitment and reuse intention have a positive effect. On the other hand, trust does not affect reuse intention. Based on these results, it presents a discussion for future research and the implications for CRP.
