강체전차선로용 장간애자 및 절연구분장치 성능기준 검토 (Performance Standard Review of Section Insulator and Post Insulator for Overhead Conductor Rail)

  • 전기철도차량에 전기를 공급하는 가공 전차선로 시스템은 커티너리(catenary) 방식과 강체가선 방식으로 구분 할 수 있으며 강체가선 방식은 DC 급전구간에서 주로 사용하고 있는 T-bar 시스템과 AC 급전구간에서 주로 사용하는 R-bar 시스템으로 구분 할 수 있다. 최근 국내환경에 적합한 고속용 R-bar 시스템의 개발을 진행하고 있으며 여기에 필요한 브래킷 지지 및 절연용 장간애자와 동상구분을 위한 절연구분장치 개발을 진행하고 있다. 따라서 국내에 수입하여 적용하고 있는 저속, 고속 R-bar 시스템용 장간애자 및 절연구분장치의 성능기준을 확인하고 개발에 필요한 성능기준을 검토 적용하여 고속 R-bar 시스템용 장간애자 및 절연구분장치 개발을 진행할 예정이다.

도시철도 직류용 FRP 지지애자 및 장간애자 특성 분석

  • Direct Current Fiber Reinforced Plastic (DC FRP) insulators were developed and their mechanical and electrical characteristics were investigated. Electrical tests were carried out to measure withstanding and flashover voltages under common use frequency condition. Tensile and bending tests were performed for the mechanical characteristics. The test results showed that DC FRP insulators had superior voltage resistances and strengths to porcelain insulators.

  • 현재 폴리머 애자의 금구 재질로 사용되고 있는 구상 흑연 주철품(FCD450). 기계 구조용 탄소강(SM20C) 및 알루미늄 합금(A2024)의 압착에 따른 인장파괴하중의 값과 재질고유의 인장시험 등을 통하여 가장 우수한 특성을 보이는 재질을 선정하고자 하였다. 본 실험 결과 기계구조용 탄소강(SM20C)이 압착조건에서는 기계적 특성에서 우수한 재질로 판정이 되었으며, Qs(품질관리지수)를 계산한 결과도 만족한 값을 보였다. 향후 전철용 고분자 장간애자에서는 구상 흑연 주철품(FCD450)으로만 규정되어 있는 금구 재질을 동등 이상의 재질로 규정하는 것이 특성향상에 바람직할 것으로 보여진다.

  • In order to check the electric field distribution of polymer line post insulator, we performed electric field simulation according to state of water drops. Sea water is used to the contaminant. Electric field analysis is performed with change of contact angle, number and distance of water drops.

  • Polymer stem insulator for an electric railway has been developed in 1995 in Korea. Owing to its excellent electrical and physical characteristics, KT mark was awarded for the developed polymer stem insulator. After new specification of KNR(Korea National Railway) was established, tile evaluation of long-term reliability combined with the improvement of manufacturing process was carried out. In 1998, this polymer stem insulator was installed in commercial electrical railway line. This paper presents the long-term reliability properties of the installed polymer stem insulator compared with conventional insulator. The location of tile installed polymer stem insulator in KNR is also introduced.

  • We developed the composite long rod insulator for railway, and the developed insulators were applied to commercial lines, KNR through a series of preparations such as establishment of specification, diverse tests and evaluation of reliability, and improvement of manufacturing system, etc. This paper presents some considerations for mass Production of the composite insulators in view of steady quality especially. 1 believe that our tries, though it is incomplete in view of low cost, is effective in good performance of the insulators in service and these in-service experience is enough to be a basis of more progress in field of insulation technique.

  • In this paper, we describe about the field test of polymeric long rod insulator for rail way. For the test, insulators were mounted at the feeder line system at Kuro base station and were exposed to environmental, electric, and mechanical stress. During the test service, the leakage current was been monitoring and stored the data by the leakage current measuring system that was specially constructed. After about 6 months, diagnostic tests for evaluation of the installed insulators were conducted. The test results developed that the developed polymeric insulator is valid to use for rail way.

  • This paper studies on the outdoor field test facilities which are established for weather-resist and mechanical-resist property teat of composite insulator. We have established measuring and data acquisition system for various test conditions -leakage current, temperature, humidity, wind direction, wind velocity and rainfall. The merry-go-round test and salt fog test have been studied in order to evaluate non tracking property of rubber material. Especially we have checked the relationship between hydrophobicity and outdoor exposure degree by contact angle measurement.
