Analyzing mode choice among transportation demand estimate procedures is complicated and understanding characteristics of travelers is also difficult. Generally, it is well known that traveler choose mode considering psychometric factors and characteristic besides socio-demographic indicators. Accordingly, many researches has investigated on methodology that can be applied in mode choice to reflect psychometric factor or specific preference. Latent Class Analysis among various studies is recognized as the theoretically potential approach. This study focuses on class segmented using latent class cluster to analyze impact that included psychometric factors and characteristics on mode choice. It also provides evidence that mode choice model for each class and mode choice model not considering latent class are different. This study based on citizen's stated preference and revealed preference on a new transit on the Han river shows that latent class cluster analysis is the potential approach considering latent preference.

This study selected blind spot areas for public transportation in four metropolitan cities including Busan, Daegue, Gwangju, and Daejeon. Then this study developed a nested logit model and analyzed the changes of mode choice behaviors after adopting rapid transit system using stated preference(SP) survey. As the study results, blind spot areas have more potential public transportation demand and tendency to shift to public transportation from autos than built-up areas. This study results can be utilized to evaluate demand changes for new rapid transit system in a circular expressway and an arterial highway connecting CBD and surrounding areas. The study results also can be utilized to analyze the potential public transportation demand in the surrounding areas.

Today, in order to cope with the changing security environments and the citizen demand actively and efficiently, the Korean police is attempting a great change inside and outside such as the practical application of decentralized police system. Police's corruption is serious in various statistical data that present from lower part that is show. compares to continuous upright improvement effort and evaluation of the inside of the police system. the citizens recognition against it is evaluated lowly. The difference of recognition on police potential integrity between members of the police organization, the citizen and the external agency points the insufficiency of police improvement, deficiency of effective system and policy, organization culture as causes.

오늘날 정보자료의 디지털화 및 빠르게 확산되고 있는 정보기술의 활용과 이에 따른 정보이용행태의 변화로 이용자들은 자료실에 직접 올 필요성을 느끼지 못하고 있다. 따라서 기존 물리적 공간을 단순히 자료열람의 공간으로서만이 아니라 이용자들이 매우 필요하고 중요한 지적센터와 커뮤니케이션장으로 인식하고 이용할 수 있도록 역할이 바뀌어져야 하며 이와 더불어 이용자들을 위한 정보서비스도 잠재 이용자의 요구와 정보추구행태변화를 수용하여 이용자 개개인을 위한 맞춤서비스로 전환될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 변화에 맞춰 KT 신사업기획본부 자료실이 실제 어떻게 바뀌고 있는지를 크게 물리적 공간과 정보서비스 두가지 측면에서 제시하고 있다.

During the last decade, Internet protocol television(IPTV), broadcasting of multimedia services using well understood Internet technologies, is a fast spreading technology for distributing multimedia content to consumers. As IPTV services advance, an increasing user demand and tremendous content volume of multimedia content cause some difficulties in network resource management. In this paper, we propose an improved load balancing algorithm for video-on-demand(VoD) service. Unlike existing algorithms, the proposed algorithm considers user's behaviors for VoD service, and determines the most efficient allocation of VoD requests by estimating expected server load and expected user waiting time.

디지털 기술의 급속한 발전으로 시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 인프라 환경이 구현되면서 더욱 더 유연하고 빠른 적응성에 대한 요구가 정치, 경제, 문화 전반에 확산됨에 따라 IT 기술을 통해서 이러한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 서비스로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 클라우드 서비스이다. 이러한 클라우드 서비스 시대의 개막은 관련 기업뿐만 아니라 공공기관, 개인에 이르기까지 모든 영역의 서비스 이용자들의 삶에도 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 클라우드 서비스에 대한 기존의 논의는 주로 사업자의 입장에서 클라우드 비즈니스 모델의 발굴, 수익 모델의 발굴, 클라우드 기술 발전에 따른 전망 등에 초점을 맞추어져 왔다. 따라서 정작 클라우드 서비스 이용자는 상대적으로 낮은 관심을 받아온 것이 사실이다. 이는 새로운 기술에 비즈니스 모델이 등장하면 반복되던 현상이 클라우드 서비스 분야에서도 반복되고 있는 것으로도 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스중 SaaS 서비스의 이용자 측면에서 서비스 이용행태를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 향후 SaaS 서비스의 전망에 대하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 SaaS 서비스 이용자를 현재 서비스를 이용하고 있는 이용자군과 현재에는 SaaS 서비스를 이용하지는 않지만 향후에는 서비스를 이용할 의도를 가지고 있는 잠재이용자군로 구분하여 설문조사를 수행한 설문결과를 토대로 이용자의 이용행태를 분석하고 향후 SaaS 서비스 전망을 기술하기로 한다.

The appearance and evolution of cloud service is potentially one of the major advances in information and communication technology. However, it is necessary to identify and understand the various issues of cloud service, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of it. While a lot of studies such as cloud business model, profit model and technology itself are currently taking place in cloud service considering provider's aspects, there are a few researches dealing with cloud service user's aspects. This paper presents the user behavior analysis focused on SaaS users and discusses the development strategy of SaaS service based on the results of user behavior analysis. In order to analyze the user behavior, we surveyed SaaS users divided into two groups such as present and future user groups. Eventually, we proposed the SaaS prospects, development strategy and policy issues based on user behavior analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze variables affecting the number of circulated books which is one of the indicators representing the library use behavior. For the analysis, 2015-2019 data for public libraries was acquired from the National Library Statistics System. The Latent Growth Model estimating a latent intercept and a latent slop based on the individual library trajectories was applied. The results are as followed; first, the circulation rate tends to be decreased. Second, the most affecting factor on the library circulation decrease was the collection budget. This study suggests increasing a collection budget in order to prevent the library circulation decrease while the library is operating in a daily routine.

본 연구에서는 인터넷전화의 잠재 가입자를 대상으로 이들의 전화 사용 행태 및 사회-인구 통계적 특성 검토하여 이를 인터넷전화의 가입 확률로 연결하는 모형을 개발한다. 이때 가입 예측모형은 설문결과에 이산 프로빗 모형을 적용함으로써 구축하였다. 모형의 결과에 따르면 인터넷전화서비스 가입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 월 전화요금, 월 전화사용회수, 채택하고 있는 전화요금제, 현재 가입 중인 전화회사, 가구 의사결정자의 나이 등인 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 위의 각 요인의 부호는 관련 분야의 전문가들의 일반적인 견해 및 상식과 일치하는 것으로 나타났다.

교통자산과 같은 내구재는 일정 기간 동안의 수명을 가지게 된다. 이 기간 동안에 내구재는 어떠한 형태로 소비되어 지고 이에 따라 내구재는 효율성을 잃어 간다. 내구재를 효율적으로 사용하기 위해서는 적절한 관리를 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 내구재를 효율적으로 사용하기 위해 필요한 관리비용의 동적형태를 이론적으로 고찰한 다음, 미국에서의 업무용 비행기의 관리비용자료를 사용하여 경험적인 결과를 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 관리비용은 시간이 감에 따라 줄어든다. 그러나 관리비용의 잠재가격(Shadow Price)에 대한 비율은 여러 가지 외적변수들에 결정된다. (2) 미국에서의 업무용 비행기의 시장가격에 대한 관리비용의 비율은 시간이 감에 따라 늘어난다.
