감전사고건에 대한 감정

  • 본 고에서는 고전압전선의 승압에 따른 감전사고가 발생할 우려가 있을 것으로 예상되어 다음의 내용을 보고하는 바이다. 1966년 2월 22일 대전시 인동 소재 이발관에서 이발사가 드라이어로 작업중 갑자기 사망한 사건이 발생했는데, 이에 대하여 대전지방법원으로부터 감정의뢰가 있어 7월 20일 현지조사한 결과 드라이어 히타선과 금속케이스를 절연한 석면시에 폭 2mm, 길이 4mm정도의 유원형구명이 뚫려있었으며, 히타선도 그 장소에서 끊어져 있었다. 또 사고당일에는 진눈깨비가 왔다하며 따라서 이발사의 신발이 저져있었다고 한다. 그리고 한전대전지점 및 이발소주인의 증언에 종합한 결과와 같은 감정서를 제출한 바 있다.

Modeling the Multilevel Security of Active Object-Oriented Databases (동적 객체지향 데이타베이스의 다단계 보안 모델링)

  • 본 논문은 데이타베이스의 동적 기능을 모형화하기 위해서 동적 규칙을 사건과 동적 규칙 객체로 취급하여 개념적 스키마에 표현하는 동적 객체지향 데이타 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델에서 정적 구조와 동적 구조에 대한 개념들을 정의하고 모형화 과정에서 사용자의 이해도를 증진시키는 모델의 구성요호에 대한 그래픽 다이어그램을 제시하였다. 그리고 동적 규칙이 데이타베이스 구조에 포함됨으로써 발생가능한 정보의 불법적인 노출 또는 변경을 방지하기 위해서 BLP모델의 보안 정책을 확장하여 제안된 모델에 대한 11가지 종류의 다단계 보안 성질들을 정의하였다. 또한, 정의된 다단계 보안 성질들이 타당한가를 조사하기 위해서 패트리네트를 확장하여, 보안 성질의 검증작업을 수행하였다.

  • 최근 논문의 표절 및 저작권과 관련하여 여러 가지 사건들이 일어나 많은 관심과 우려를 불러일으키고 있다. 특히 인터넷 통신의 발달 및 워드프로세서의 기능 향상으로 인해 일선 교육현장에서의 표절에 간한 문제는 더욱 커지고 있다. 하지만 문서의 표절 여부를 가려내는 작업은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 과제로 제출되는 일반 문서의 경우 본문의 내용이나 문서의 개수를 고려해 볼 때 사람이 직접 표절 여부를 검사하는 것은 매우 힘든 작업이다. 그리고 어간, 어미의 변형이 쉽게 일어날 수 있는 한글의 경우에는 영어에서처럼 어절 단위로 두 문서를 비교하여 표절여부를 판정하는 기존의 방법은 적합하지가 않다 본 논문에서는 한글로 작성된 텍스트 문서의 표절 여부를 효과적으로 검출해 내기 위한 새로운 방법들을 제시하고 있다. 그리고 실제로 수집된 다양한 문서 데이터 집합들에 대해 각각의 방법들을 테스트해 보고 실제 데이터에서 가장 효율적인 방범이 어떤 깃인지 제시한다

Path Analytic Modeling of Clinical Nurses' Nursing Performance: Focused on Positive Affective Events (임상간호사의 간호업무성과 모형의 경로분석: 긍정정서사건을 중심으로)

  • The aim of this study is to verify the relationships of factors affecting nursing performance of clinical nurses focused on positive affective events. The subjects of this study were 275 clinical nurses from secondary and tertiary general hospitals. Data collection was conducted for two months from May 2021 through an online survey through snowball sampling. Data analyzed was using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The variables affecting job satisfaction included direct effect of positive affective events (β=.65, p<.001), and direct effect of positive affectivity (β=.10, p=.038). Job satisfaction (β=.47, p<.001) had statistically significant direct effects on nursing performance. Positive affective events (β=.32, p=.003) and positive affectivity (β=.05, p=.039) had statistically significant indirect effects on nursing performance. These variables explained for 22% of nursing performance. However, emotional labor had no significant effect on job satisfaction and nursing performance. The results indicate that positive affective events and positive affectivity result in high degree of job satisfaction. Job satisfaction would increase the level of nursing performance. Therefore, in order to improve nursing performance, it is necessary to provide educational opportunities and interventions that can promote positive work environment and positive affectivity.

  • In the information flooded situation having many thing to do, the efficient scheduling of energy and time is regarded as a very important thing for the busy modern people. Because the efficient time scheduling already became a very important key factor for a successful life, the more elaborately designed intelligent system than the previous simple event oriented scheduling system should be supported. Accordingly in this paper we propose Classified Job Scheduling System in which jobs are classified by Time value & Importance and allocated to Time frame efficiently. Especially the new method is proposed with the policy that processes the job with high time value first and concurrently allocates the job of low time vale & high importance to the preempted fixed area of time frame for continuous processing of job which has a key of success in the future.

A Study on Work Safety and Standard Contract for Popular Culture Production Staff (대중문화예술제작물스태프의 작업 안전과 표준계약에 관한 소고)

  • A series of recent events have laid the groundwork for discussions on the safety issues regarding production staff in the popular culture industry. In Korea, the standard contract has been pursued as a means of dealing with issues involving popular culture production staff. However, the existing standard contract failed to incorporate the characteristics and requirements in today's market, which greatly restricted its efficacy in real-world cases. Therefore, this study seeks to significantly improve the provisions in the standard contract that govern obligations between contractual parties, and the work safety of the production staff. To this end, considering the main causes of safety accidents and actual contracts, this study groups contractual provisions into several categories: the removal of adverse factors affecting optimal competency, factors causing individual staff's negligence, and external factors causing negligence. Then, this study proposes specific provisions to be included in each category.

An Effects of Radiation Dose Assessment for Radiation Workers and the Member of Public from Main Radionuclides at Nuclear Power Plants (원전에서 발생하는 주요 방사성핵종들이 방사선작업종사자와 원전 주변주민의 피폭방사선량 평가에 미치는 영향)

  • In a primary system at nuclear power plants (NPPs), various radionuclides including fission products and corrosion products are generated due to the complex water conditions. Particularly, $^3H,\;^{14}C,\;^{58}Co,\;^{60}Co,\;^{137}Cs,\;and^{131}I$ are important radionuclides in respect of dose assessment for radiation workers and management of radioactive effluents. In this paper, the dominant contributors of radiation exposure for radiation workers and the member of public adjacent to NPPs were reviewed and the process of dose assessment attributable to those contributors were introduced. Furthermore, the analysis for some examples of radiation exposure to radiation workers and the public during the NPP operation was carried out. This analysis included the notable precedents of internal radiation exposure and contamination of demineralized water occurred in Korean NPPs. Particularly, the potential issue about the dose assessment of tritium and carbon-14 was also reviewed in this paper.

  • Teshima is a quiet and beautiful island, but started to be imaged as an "island of wastes" because of the 600,000 tons of industrial wastes thrown there illegally. Now it symbolizes the problem of industrial wastes in Japan. Teshima development company, an industrial waste disposer, started to dispose industrial wastes illegally in the west side of the island, since the late 1970s. Police Station exposed this illegal act, and arrested 6 persons of the company, including its president, in charge of having violated the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law in 1991. This illegal disposition has continued for 13years until it was exposed by the police. Teshima case of industrial wastes are introduced in this paper.

  • SBS's -also known as - is one of the most famous investigative programs in South Korean television sector. This program is well-known for its much detailed and tenacious investigation of unsolved crimes, various social wrong-doings, as well as public scandals through a mystery code and meticulous storytelling. As a result, generates much popular interests and responses from local audiences. This work both examines and contextualizes the multiple roles and implications of this program through a textual and production analysis. Especially, it critically pursues this program's achievements and limits in the context of the changing roles of investigative journalism and its unstable status at current juncture.

A Dynamic Optimization for Automotive Vehicle Shipment and Delivery (자동차 선적 및 납기를 위한 동적 최적화)

  • The automotive industry has made much efforts to deliver finished vehicles to customers with speed and reliability. Decreasing the time a vehicle stays within an assembly plant from production release to shipment contributes to reduce the total order lead-time and consequently, the total transportation cost as well. Conventional shipment planning algorithms are limited in accommodating the dynamics of assembly plant operations as to finished vehicle shipment. This paper presents a market-based multi-agent shipment planning algorithm to optimize the performance of vehicle shipment process, capturing the operationally disruptive events. Experimental results using simulation show that the algorithm improves vehicle shipment performance with respect to lead time, labor efficiency, finished product quality, and transportation efficiency.
