시뮬레이션을 이용한 JIT와 소 Lot 생산공정분석

  • 대 Lot 생산 계획은 기종변경 시간을 최소화함으로써 생산성을 높여 원가를 절감할 수 있으나 수요의 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 없으며 잦은 생산 Schedule 변동에 의하여 재 품절이 발생하여 Main Line이 정지되고 재공품 재고의 과다 발생으로 Lead Time이 길어지고 완제품 재고가 증가하는 등의 문제점을 내포하고 있다. JIT 시스템은 필요한 때에 물건을 필요한 양 만큼 생산제조 한다는 이상적인 생산 개념을 실현하기 위하여 평준화 생산 시스템, KANBAN시스템, 소 Lot 생산시스템 등의 하위 시스템으로 구성된 생산시스템이다. JIT 시스템은 Pull Type 시스템으로 생산의 흐름을 원활히 하고 공정을 개선하여 재공품 재고, 납기 및 생산준비 시간의 단축을 도모하여 Lot의 크기는 되도록 작게하는 소 Lot 평준화 생산 방식을 추구하기 때문에 수요의 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있으며 자재 납품 업체의 부하를 평준화하여 자재 품절을 방지함으로써 생산 효율을 높일 수 있다. JIT 시스템의 이러한 효과를 계량화하여 가시적으로 보여주기 위하여 Computer simulation 기법을 도입하였다. 이 기법은 생산 Line에 물리적 변화를 가하지 않고 Model 사용자들이‘What if’라는 Scenario를 작성하여 제안된 시스템에 대한 결론을 추론하는 것이 가능하기 때문에 문제 해결에 효율적인 Tool이라 할 수 있다.

Analysis on the Lotting Price Fluctuation of the Multi-Family Attached House According to the Construction Material Cost Variation (건설자재 가격 변동에 따른 공동주택 분양가 변화 분석)

  • This study analyzed the fluctuation of the construction material cost from 2001 to 2008 in Busan to examine the effect of the fluctuation of the construction material cost on lotting price of the multi family attached house. The major findings are as follow. First, as the result of the analysis on four materials such as reinforced bar, remicon, PHC piles, Copper Tubes, those take largest portion of construction cost, it was found that the there is wide difference in price fluctuation of the each materials. The reinforced bar and Copper Tubes showed high price increase by an average 14.03% and 14.91% per year while remicon, PHC piles remained almost unmoved by an average 0.86% and 2.41%. Second, According to the result of the analysis on the mutuality between the fluctuation of the construction material cost and the lotting price of the multi-family attached house, it was found that the fluctuation of the construction material cost have the most enormous effect on the sale price of the multi-family attached house, when there is 3 month time lag in reinforced bar, remicon, PHC piles, Copper Tubes, commonly. Also this mutuality continues to 6 month, 9 month and 1 year, although it decrease a little bit.

  • The purpose of this study is to present an improved lift-up &procurement work flow for effective resource utilization in building construction. The current lift-up &procurement work flow has some waste factors; complicated information system, connection lack with process and decision-making delay. Therefore the study applied the value stream mapping methodology for improvement of current lift-up &procurement work flow. The main contents of the study are as follows; 1) Problems of current work flow were analyzed through current state mapping(CSM). 2) An improved work flow was suggested through future state mapping(FSM). 3) An improvement effect analysis of information system and lift-up planning was investigated. The study recommends continuous improvement of lift-up &procurement work flow and efficient management of information in building construction as a future research.

  • This study aims at improving work reliability. It proposes a way to overcome the limitations of current scheduling methods by providing a new framework, CPAM(Construction Process Analysis Model) based on the lean principles. It suggests methods which improve work reliability and production effectiveness with variability control methods. Also it suggests methods which reduce inventories of materials and equipment and WIP(Work In Process) using two techniques; Lookahead Schedule and Weekly Work Plan. The contribution of this research also includes that it assumes planning as a process of reducing uncertainty and maximizing throughput, counter-posing plan reliability to resource redundancy as alternative strategies for managing in conditions of uncertain work flow.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the process to support and evaluate experts' decision making on vertical transportation planning in high-rise building constructions. Experts generally carry out the vertical transportation planning by heuristic methods, so there is a possibility that their decisions failed. The failure of the vertical transportation planning can be result in much loss of time and cost. The process presented in this paper evaluates experts' alternatives, organizes the results of the vertical transportation plan, and then leads to the systematic flow of materials and crews.

  • The duration of highrise building projects is more shorter than its increasing of the numbers of floors. The project is liable to overrun of the time in which the project must be complete. AS highrise buildings are increased, time management has been reorganized as critical success factor. To improve time management, time management softwares are introduced and the software's education is made lively in construction company. However a large amount of time management works still have been based on not the software but scheduler's experience. We often can find the time overrun risk of highrise building because of the shortage of scheduler's experience. To diminish the mistake of the scheduler who does not have much experience, we suggested HRB Expert which uses expert's knowledge to make the time plan of highrise building. We made an example of knowledge acquiring and knowledge usage which cased on reinforced concrete work of highrise building by literature review and interview with scheduling expert. The precision of time plan will be enhanced and time overrun will be prevented on condition that HRB Expert is constructed and used

An Application of Simulation Method to Planning of Road Pavement Operation (시뮬레이션을 이용한 도로포장 공정계획의 수립방안)

  • Project management means usually managing the rate of construction progress. But it also contains preparing scheme of execution and establishing plan for equipment, material, labor force to finish project within expected duration. In this paper to establish effective project planning a road pavement operation is selected as a case and simulation method is used for analyzing it. Next probability distributions are created after analyzing collected data and these are reflected in simulation model. Simulated result is compared with real project planning using models of lean concrete pavement process and concrete slab pavement process to verify efficiency of this model. In the event we know that project planning using simulation is more effective than one of the field in the aspects of duration and cost. Meanwhile simulated result in this paper has a limitation in accuracy because various constraints of filed are not reflected in it. However if we reflect this constraints in model through examining field in future this limitation is expected to be improved.

  • 본 논문에서는 자동차용 전기배선 제조공정 중 절압공정을 대상으로 기계별 작업순서결정에관한 개선된 방법에 관하여 연구한다. 기계별 작업순서에 대하여 작업자들이 현장에서 느끼는 불편한 점들을 개선하려는 목적에서 연구를 진행하였음 개선된 방법을 통하여 자재교환과 치구교환횟수를 감소시킬 수 있었다. 그 결과 기계가동율이 향상되었고 계획된 작업순서에 대한 작업준수율을 높일 수 있었다.

친환경 패시브하우스로 주택환경변화에 대응

  • 패시브하우스는 주거공간에 필요한 공기량을 단지 신선한 외부의 공기만을 데우거나 식힘으로 실내 열적 쾌감을 만족 시킬 수가 있는 건물을 말한다. 이 정의는 단지 기능적인 표현이며 어떠한 절대적 수치를 포함하지 않으며 어떤 기후에도 적용된다. 패시브하우스 용어의 선택은 임의적으로 지어진 것이 아니라 건물의 계획과 사용에 있어서 최대한 간접적인 수단으로 열적 쾌적함이 이뤄 질수 있도록 노력하는 것이며, 직접적인 수단은 최소화 시키는데서 이루어진 것이다. 직접적인 수단은 단지 꼭 필요한 것과 필요한 곳에 한정해 최소화 시키는 것이 궁극적인 목적이다. 이러한 패시브하우스 도입은 온실가스 감축, 고유가 등 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 것으로 디자인에서부터 자재사용까지 전 과정에 걸쳐 이뤄지고 있다. 본지는 국내에 적용 중이거나 적용할 예정인 패시브하우스에 대해 알아본다.

법령과 고시 - 청정건강주택(Clean Healthy House) 건설기준 제정

  • 국토해양부(장관 정종환)는 두통, 아토피 등 새집증후군을 예방하고 공동주택 입주민들이 건강하게 거주할 수 있도록 “청정건강주택(Clean Healthy House) 건설기준”을 제정하였으며, 올해 12월 1일 이후에 주택건설사업계획승인 신청을 하는 1천세대 이상 신축 또는 리모델링 주택부터 적용한다고 밝혔다. 국토해양부가 청정건강주택 건설기준을 마련한 것은 현재의 "다중이용시설 등의 실내공기질 관리법" 등 새집증후군 관련 규정이 건축자재에서 발생하는 일부 유해물질의 실내공기中농도만을 규제함으로써 새집증후군 문제를 근본적으로 해결하는 데는 한계가 있으므로, 주택의 설계 시공부터 입주후 유지관리 단계까지 주택을 청정하고 건강하게 건설 관리할 수 있는 기준을 제시한 것이다.
