지역복지계에서 대상자별 서비스 네트워크는 매우 중요한 일이다. 그 이유로 각 기관 및 단체간 서비스 재원 및 인력의 상호 협력과 중복성의 조정에 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 한국종교계사회복지협회, 한국사회복지협의회, 복지재단, 자원봉사단체 등의 전문가들이 협력하여 구성한 ‘복지서비스 네트워크’가 바로 ‘주민 통합서비스 실현을 위한 전국 네트워크’의 모태가 된다고 할 수 있다.

호스피스 자원봉사는 치유 불가능한 말기환자가 생의 마지막 여정을 준비하는데 중요한 역할을 하며 그 근본 정신은 인간에 대한 사랑에 있다. 사람이 이 세상에 태어나고 죽는 일은 인간사 중에서도 가장 큰 일중의 하나며, 한 생명이 세상에 태어나는 순간이 자연스런 아름다움인 것처럼 이 세상을 떠나는 순간도 삶의 한 과정으로 아름다고 존귀하게 여겨져야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 여성복지 관련 조직들간의 네트워크 실태, 특히, 네트워크의 구조적 특성을 파악함으로써 부천 지역내 여성복지기관들간의 보다 긴밀한 네트워크 구축의 중요성을 강조하고, 여성들의 욕구 충족과 임파워먼트에 필요한 네트워크 구축의 방향에 대한 기초자료를 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 부천시 여성들을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하는 사회복지기관, 민간차원의 여성단체, 여성의 자원봉사활동을 목적으로 하는 여성봉사단체, 여성활동을 지원하는 여성관련 공공기관 등을 포함하여 총 30개 단체이며, 정보교환, 대상자의뢰, 단체간협의, 자원교환 영역에서의 조직간 네트워크 분석을 통해 네트워크의 중심조직을 찾고, 유사한 관계양상을 가지는 조직들을 하나의 구획으로 모형화하여 조직간 네트워크의 구조와 특성을 보여주었다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 네트워크 영역마다 차이는 있지만 여성관련 공공기관들이 네트워크에서 중심적 역할을 하고 있었고, 네트워크의 모든 영역에서 봉사단체들은 소외되어 있었으며, 봉사단체와 여타 여성단체들간의 소원한 관계에서 공공조직들이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직의 유형에 따라 민간여성단체와 여성관련 공공기관끼리, 복지기관끼리, 여성봉사단체끼리 "끼리 네트워크"이 두드러진 특징으로 나타났다. 이러한 부천지역 여성복지 관련 조직들간의 네트워크의 결과는 앞으로의 네트워크 활성화를 위한 중요한 전략과 시사점을 제공해 준다.

지식경영(Knowledge Management)의 중요성은 여러 측면에서 이루어지고 있는 이론 연구나 정부의 기업 경영혁신 시행 지침으로 지식경영을 주요한 도구로 하고 있는 데에서도 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 지식경영은 결국 지식의 순환과정, 즉 지식의 생성, 축적, 공유, 활용, 학습과정을 원활하게 촉진시켜서 기업내의 지적자산의 질과 양을 향상시켜 기업내의 많은 의사결정 문제를 효과적으로 해결하고자 하는 것이라고 정의되는데, 이러한 정의는 곧 전문도서관의 운영이론 및 철학과도 일치하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업이 이미 기업 내에 설치하고 있는 전문도서관을 활용하여 지식경영을 추진하기 위한 이론적 연구와 구체적 사례를 제시하고, 향후 전문도서관 기반의 지식경영 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 전문도서관의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 참고 정보봉사를 통하여 지식경영의 주요 요소인 지적자원과 인적 자원이 융합하며, 기업 문화가 활성화되는 사례를 소개한다. 본 연구는 향후 지식경영을 도입하고자 하는 기업에서 새로운 방식에 의한 지식경영 추진을 위한 의미있는 벤치마킹 자료가 될 것으로 판단한다.

연구목적: 2007년 발생한 태안 기름유출사고는 우리에게 커다란 교훈을 주었으며 사회적 재난의 대표적 사례이다. 자원봉사자의 눈부신 헌신과 봉사를 통해 극복했다. 그러나 자원봉사 이면에는 유출된 기름에 직간접적으로 노출되어 두통 등 건강장해와 안전사고가 발생하였다. 안전사고는 불안전한 행동에 기인하였고, 불안전한 행동은 안전의식의 결여 또는 무지에서 왔다. 자원봉사자에 대한 체계적인 안전의식 고취를 위한 교육훈련 프로그램을 산업안전보건법과 연계하여 찾고자 한다. 연구방법: 산업안전보건법과 해안방제와 관련한 법률 그리고 과년도 산업재해통계의 불안전 행동 요인을 중심으로 파악하였다. 연구결과: 해안방제에 투입되는 자원봉사자에 대하여 실시하여야 할 교육내용과 교육 시간을 산업안전보건법의 근로자와 대비하여 제시하였다. 결론: 자원봉사자와 자원봉사 관리자에 대한 안전보건교육은 안전의식과 직결하고 불안전한 행동을 방지할 수 있다.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the satisfaction for voluntary activity and the meaning of life in hospice volunteers. Method: Data were obtained by self-reported questionnaire from 102 volunteers and were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation. Result: The mean score of the satisfaction for hospice volunteer activity was $2.48{\pm}0.38$. Of the domains of the satisfaction, the experience domain had the highest mean score $(2.93{\pm}0.53)$, and the social exchange domain had the lowest mean score $(1.65{\pm}0.63)$. The mean score of the meaning of life was $3.20{\pm}0.33$. The score of satisfaction was significantly different by economic status, and volunteering time per week. The score of meaning of life was statically different by financial status. There was a positive correlation between satisfaction for voluntary activity and the meaning of life. Conclusion: Satisfaction for hospice volunteer activity was significantly related to their meaning of life. In order to increase the satisfaction of volunteers, it is important to consider their financial aspect and the volunteering time.

Purpose: This study attempted to identify differences in elders' health status, quality of life, and satisfaction with customized home visiting health service depending on connection to volunteerism. Methods: A total of 400 subjects participated in this research. Data were collected from May to August of 2009 and the measurement tool used for this study was the house visiting health service recording sheet recommended by the Ministry of Health. Results: According to the results of this research on elders' health status in customized home visiting health service depending on connection to volunteerism, elders' connected to volunteerism positively showed a high level in functional health status areas such as daily life performance ability, instrumental daily life performance ability and Joint exercise capacity, and in the quality of life area. Conclusion: The results of this study can be utilized as complementary information when resources and networks are used for the effective management of house visiting health service subjects.

There are three goals of college students volunteerism. First, to act up to community needs. Second, to strengthen the academic ability and social responsibility, required skill as a citizen. Third, to provide opportunity for students quantitatively as well as qualitatively. We have many social backgrounds why we need beauty volunteerism but, if we summarize, things going like this, 1. An advanced age has come, and most of the elderly citizens are suffering from financial difficulties. 2. They have strong desire for youth regardless their physical mental aging. 3. The elderly citizens: living in solitude, the disabled, war veteran's family and low-income family. 4. The coverage of beauty is getting various and has many services areas. Up to present, beauty services are just limited to hair but skin and make-up have the various ways. This study final aims are how to do effective healthy volunteer activity and develop a program to fit according to each person's major, improve the curriculum in order to have effective volunteerism.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationship between self-esteem and satisfaction with volunteer work in a population of health care center volunteers. Ultimately, the results from this study would help to find ways to keep volunteers continuing their work. Methods: The participants of this study were 179 volunteers who were affiliated with three health care centers located in Gyeonggi-do. Descriptive statistics and multi-stage regression were conducted to analyze data. Results: Self-esteem was significantly associated with the satisfaction with volunteer activity. In addition, the relationship with clients rather than volunteers' general characteristics was also significantly related to the satisfaction with volunteer work. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to increase a volunteer's self-esteem so that the volunteer can keep continuing his or her volunteering activities. Also, in order to promote good relationships between the volunteers and the clients, it will be important to teach communication skills to volunteers.

The study aims at exploring a general trend of psychological well-being (PWB) of elderly volunteers and analyzing the variables which give effects on their PWB. The subjects were two hundred men and women over 60 years old currently participating in voluntary service. The data collected from interviewing were analyzed by descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The main results are: First, PWB of the elderly is higher than the average score of PWB. Second, the elderly's generativity is positively related to PWB. Family support such as an emotional and instrumental support was also positively related to PWB. Third, the variables effecting on PWB of elderly volunteers were education level, participation frequency, generativity level, and an instrumental support of their family members on it. The lower their educational level was, the more frequently they participated in voluntary activity, the higher their generativity level was, and the more support given from their family, the higher PWB scores they showed.
