Internet, media connecting global, has increased fast at every year. Many people have been used email as method of exchanging data. But, email has many problem. 능동 네트워크는 기존의 네트워크 노드(교환기)의 역할인 데이터 교환과 전송의 기능에서 프로그램의 실행 기능이 추가된 노드를 갖춘 네트워크를 말한다. 능동 노드는 프로그래밍 언어의 선택에 따라 운영환경에 많은 영향을 끼치는 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 안전한 능동 노드 기술 언어의 요구사항과 운영환경에 관해 연구하고, 이를 바탕으로 최적의 능동노드 기술용 프로그래밍 언어의 모델에 능동 네트워크 언어의 표준으로서 가장 유력한 자바 언어 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

객체 지향 분산 시스템에서 어느 한 객체가 메모리를 차지하게 되면 그 객체를 Active 하다고 하며 그 반대를 Passive 하다고 말한다. Activation 이란 Passive 한 객체를 Active 하게 해주는 전환 과정을 뜻한다. 자바의 RMI(Remote Method Invocation)는 Activation 메커니즘을 JDK1.2.x 버전부터 채택해 사용하고 있는데, Activation 메커니즘이 지원되지 않는 JDK1.1.X의 RMI 에 Activation 메커니즘을 덧붙이는 형태로 API를 제공하고 있기 때문에 그 뼈대는 Activation 메커니즘 기반이 아니므로 그 효율성 및 성능이 떨어진다 볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 이를 개선 Activation 메커니즘 기반의 API를 설계 구현한다.

Jini 서비스 중 하나인 Javaspace는 자바환경의 분산 컴퓨팅 모델로서 객체를 저장하고 저장된 객체에 접근할 수 있는 공간을 말한다. 이러한 Javaspace 서비스는 객체를 공유하는 방법으로 매우 유용하게 사용되고 있 만, 보안성이 취약하여 객체정보에 대한 접근 보안이 요구되는 분산시스템의 개발에는 적합하 않다. 본 논문에서는 Javaspace의 취약한 보안성을 강화시켜 안전한 Javaspace 서비스를 제공하는 SecureJS 시스템에 대하여 설명한다.

Inspection of an Electrical Meter is an action of measuring power usage to charge electricity rates and Electricity AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) is a system to automatize the action. AMR has been highlighted because it can reduce metering cost by substituting an automatic system for personnel and strengthen customer service. In this paper, we proposed and developed a smart card based AMR framework SCEMS as an alternative to other current AMR Models. This proposed SCEMS uses a java card based multi-application smart card and supports customer service such as various meter rates according to electricity consumption pattern data per household and transaction data that are accumulated in a smart card. This research can be a solution to the problems such as diversity, heterogeneity, and complexity that environmental changes will cause soon to the power supply industry.

This study suggests that it dynamically generates semantic Web services from Java and C++ components in order to supporting semantic Web service by using ontology. And the semantic Web should enable greater access not only to content but also to services on the Web. It needs semantic service discovery for components. So, we add ontology-based framework to Web service generation system from components. Especially, components and ontologies are transformed UML model so that it makes WSDL documents to support a generation of dynamic Web service using object modeling. The main contribution of this study is to generate web service dynamically from components and to support semantic Web environment by using ontology. In other words, this study integrates semantic Web service based on ontology and CBD method.

We study the process of horizontal and vertical mathematization on the polyhedron problems through the history of mathematics, computer experiments, problem posing, and justifications. In particular, we explore the Hamilton cycle problem, coloring problem, and folding net construction on the Archimedean and Catalan polyhedrons. In this paper, we present our mathematical results on the polyhedron problems, and we also present some unsolved problems that we found. We found that the history of mathematics and mathematical experiments are very useful in such R&E exploration as polyhedron problem posing and solving project.

The Jini system provides an infrastructure to facilitate a programmer to develop distributed systems. As one of the Jini services, JavaSpare has been used as a repository which is accessible publicly in the Java distributed environment. Although JavaSpace could give a useful method for saving and sharing java object, it would not be applicable to develop a distributed system requiring access securities for the objects because JavaSpare does not support secure access control. In this paper, we present a secure JavaSpare service based on Jini2.0 named SeureJS, which strengthens the security weakness of JavaSpare. The system consists of ObjectStore to store Java objects, AccessManager to control access of ObjectStore and KeyManager to manage public keys.

A web-based model for implementation of mobile compliance analysis system for software contents is proposed. It is said that the content is compliant if the content can be executed properly in mobile environment. The mobile compliance analysis of contents is very important because contents can't be serviced if they arc not proper for mobile environment. The categories of mobile compliance analysis for software contents are proposed. The model of this paper uses the Factory Method pattern and the Facade pattern. The workflow of the s${\gamma}$stem is described through collaborations of classes in the model. As a case study, core Java APIs for implementation of the model arc represented and the mobile compliance analysis system for HDML contents has been built. The model is flexible so that it is easy to add new modules or remove some modules for contents analysis. Although the model is based on the JSP and Java beans, it can be expanded to support any other programming technique such as EJB.

인터넷은 전 세계를 연결하는 매체로서, 그 사용자가 매년 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 사용자간의 자료 교환 수단으로서 전자우편은 표준이라 말할 수 있을 만큼 많이 사용되고 있다. 일반 편지에서부터 상업광고 목적의 전자우편에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 전자우편에도 많은 문제가 존재한다. 기존의 전자우편은 간단한 방법으로 내용을 열람하거나 변조할 수 있어 중요한 정보나 사생활 노출의 위험에서 벗어날 수 없다. 이러한 데이터에 대한 보안이 기대에 미치지 못하고 있기 때문에 암호학적으로 강력한 전자우편 시스템의 개발이 시급하다 본 논문에서는 기본적인 정보보호 서비스 외에 기존의 전자우편 시스템에서는 제공되지 않는 배달 증명 및 내용 증명 기능을 제공하고 자바 암호 API를 사용하여 안전한 키 교환이 가능하도록 하였다.
