A Study on Cataloging Digital Resources in Libraries (도서관에서의 디지털 자료 조직 현황과 실태)

  • This study intends to make a comprehensive inquiry about the present state of digital resources in Korean libraries Emphasis was on analyzing types and characteristics Of digital resources Which libraries have collected, and on surveying how both reasonable and systematic access to theses resources is provided To the end, this study examined 108 university libraries' retrieval mechanism and bibliographic records of digital resources. The result of this study is expected to be utilized in preparing the strategies to overcome the problems and limitations in organizing practices of digital resources.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the longitudinal causal relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, focusing on security related workers. For this purpose, the Korean Labor and Income panel data were classified into security employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0, and validity and reliability analysis were conducted before hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment at time t-1 has a positive effect on organizational commitment at time t, and that job satisfaction at time t-1 has a positive effect on job satisfaction at time t Respectively. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The organizational commitment has a significant effect on the job satisfaction. 2) The effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was also significant 3) The cross-lagged coefficients show that organizational commitment precedes job satisfaction and serves as a predictor

  • Due to rapid internet supply, the increase of electronic resources including network resources, and the appearance of metadate, there has been a sudden change in cataloguing fields. To deal with rapid changes, the related organizations such as IFLA are organizing the research team and revising rules. This study analyzes current trend of cataloguing digital resources, considering recent matters in regards with the revision of ISBD(ER), AACR2R 2002 edition, MARC 21, Dubin Core, KCR4 etc. This research discusses also the questions of how digital resources are organized; automatic indexing, matadata, and MARC format.

  • 본 연구는 교회도서관규정에 관한 이론적인 배경을 확립하고, 교회도서관규정안을 제시하고자 한 것이다. 이론적 배경 항목으로 교회도서관의 기능, 조직, 직원, 자료, 열람봉사, 자료보존관리, 예산 및 전산을 채택하여 고찰하였다. 이러한 이론적인 배경 및 현행 3개 교회도서관규정을 비교 분석하여 교회도서관규정을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 교회도서관규정안을 9장 30조로 구성되었으며, 내용은 (1)총칙, (2)조직, (3)도서관자문위원회, (4)운영, (5)수서, (6)열람 및 대출 (7)변상 및 제재, (8)자료의 제적, (9)자료의 복사 그리고 부칙으로 구성하였다.

The Effect of Organizational Fairness of Court Security Team on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Role of Self-Leadership as the Mediator (법원보안관리대의 조직공정성이 셀프리더십을 매개하여 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the organizational fairness of court security team on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The data for this research were collected from court security officials located in six metropolitan cities including Seoul from April 1 to May 3, 2019. After discarding thirty-eight cases with missing values and outliers, a total of 402 cases were analyzed using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. The results showed that organizational fairness did not have a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, it was found that self-leadership affected organizational citizenship behavior positively, and organizational fairness had a positive impact on self-leadership. Therefore, organizational fairness had an indirect positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediating effect of self-leadership. The results of current research suggest that the supervisors of the court security teams should consider policy changes for improved treatment and working conditions of the security officials as well as educational programs aimed at promoting self-leadership which is shown to increase with organizational fairness and affect organizational citizenship behavior positively.

  • 21C를 맞이하여 도서관의 환경은 점점 더 변화되어가고 있고, 기존의 자료의 보존이나 처리기능에서 이용자중심으로의 역할변화가 뚜렷해지고 있다. 이용자중심의 도서관이 되기 위해서는 전통적인 조직구조보다는 보다 유연하고 개방적인 조직구조로의 전환이 필요하며, 이러한 상황에 효율적으로 대처하기 위한 조직유형의 한 방법으로 팀조직의 도입을 제안하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 팀조직의 개념과 유형 및 특성, 그리고 최근에 외국도서관에서 실제로 적용되고 있는 팀조직의 유형에 대하여 고찰해보고, 이와 함께 도서관조직에 팀조직의 효율적인 활용가능성과 응용성에 대하여 분석하고자 한다.

화물연대를 통해 본 특수고용노조운동의 동학

  • 조직적 침체를 겪고 있는 특수고용노조들과 관련하여 초기조직화 후 노조활동경험에 대해서는 연구가 이루어지지 않은 상황에서 이 글은 특수고용노조운동으로서 가장 두드러진 활동을 전개해온 화물연대의 노조활동경험을 사례분석하여 특수고용노조 나아가 비정규노조의 활동에 있어서 고려해야 할 '노조운동의 동학'은 무엇인가를 탐색하였다. 연구자료로서 노조의 문서자료와 관련 연구결과자료 등을 이용하였다. 먼저 화물연대의 동학의 배경을 이루는 화물연대 5년의 전개과정을 환경, 전략, 요구, 조직, 투쟁, 교섭의 측면에서 그리고 성과와 한계를 개괄적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 화물연대의 전개과정에서 볼 수 있는 특수고용노조운동의 특수한 동학을 특수고용노조운동에 함의를 갖고 있다고 보이는 것에 초점을 맞추어 재정리하는 방식으로 추출하였다. 특수고용노조운동의 동학으로서 노동자성 불인정의 악영향, 노동자집단의식 형성의 어려움, 조직확대의 어려움, 조직의 동맥경화 가능성, 간부의 취약성, 대상, 공간 및 수준의 복잡성으로 인한 어려움, 높은 내외이질성으로 인한 어려움을 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 동학을 고려하여 초기조직화 이후 특수고용노조들이 집중해야 할 활동방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

A Study on Resource Organization in Infants & Young Children's Sections in Public Libraries: Focusing on the Arrangement of Library Materials in J City's Municipal Libraries (공공도서관 영유아실 자료조직 실태분석에 관한 연구: J시 시립도서관의 배가를 중심으로)

  • With a purpose of investigating the current status of resource organization for infants and young children's resources, this study examined 8 municipal libraries in J city and suggested recommendations for improvements. To do that, interviews were conducted with 8 children's librarians and 25 users, who were parents visiting the libraries. All libraries examined were using KDC to classify young children's resources, but books were shelved by the alphabetic order of publishers' names. This arrangement strategy was regarded very convenient in re-shelving materials from the perspective of librarians, but users had difficulties in finding books because of the separation of the classification system and the arrangement system. Also, the online public cataloging system did not provide accurate and sufficient information to locate a book. Based on the results, this study suggested two ways for improvements: (1) classifying and arranging books by KDC, (2) developing a new classification system customized to infants and young children.

Impact of Earthquake Response Perception on Fire officials on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (소방공무원의 지진 대응인식이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: This study identifies the impact on composition of the firefighting organization, fire command ability, and public opinion operation on organizational citizenship behavior for fire officials to respond to the earthquake disaster, and provides practical implications as basic data for firefighting organizations to cope with the earthquake disaster. Method: Questionnaire survey was performed for 159 fire officials, and the surveyed data was statistically analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 program. Result: First, the results of the verification of the hypothesis showed that the composition of the fire organization, firefield command ability and public opinion operation have a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the relative contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables was identified in the order of composition of fire organization, fire command ability and public opinion operation. Conclusion: The implications of this study suggested from a practical perspective that the government needs to organize firefighting organizations, develop firefield command ability and operate public opinion in advance in order to respond to earthquakes.

Effect of Organizational Justice on Organizational Effectiveness and the Mediating Role of Supervisor Trust -With a focus on the MICE industry employees- (조직공정성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향과 상사신뢰의 매개역할 -MICE산업 종사자들을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of distributive and procedural justice on organizational effectiveness and the mediating role of supervisor trust among the MICE industry employees. For the study, data were collected from 303 MICE industry employees in metropolitan area by self-administered questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. The results of this study showed that organizational justice had effects on organizational effectiveness measured in terms of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviour of MICE industrial employees and that supervisor trust mediated the relationship between organizational justice and organizational effectiveness. Based on the results of this study, the theoretical implications of the findings were discussed and directions for future research were advanced.
