Traditionally airport users have presented their passport themselves to immigration for entering and leaving countries. To improve the inefficiency of this traditional immigration system, Incheon International Airport (IIA) has introduced automatic immigration system called Korea Immigration Smart Service (KISS). This research investigates airport users' behavioral intentions of KISS. To achieve the research purpose, the conceptual model is developed on the basis of the technology acceptance model. The result from this research can be used for improvement of KISS system.

현재 대부분의 출입관리시스템은 중앙 서버와 각각의 자동 개폐기로 구성된 중앙 관제 시스템으로 빈번한 출입이 필요한 환경에서의 출입보안에 목적을 두고 있다. 그러나 기존의 중앙집중식 관제 시스템은 인증기가 야외에 노출되거나 네트워크 인프라의 구축이 어려운 특수한 환경에서의 도입에 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 인증키로 하는 출입관리시스템의 개발을 최종 목표로 하고 있으며, 이를 위해 출입관리시스템 웹 서버를 구현하였다. 출입관리시스템 서버는 개폐기 및 사용자관리, 개폐기 권한 할당, 지도기반 모니터링, 출입 모니터링, 출입내역 조회가 가능하다.

본 논문에서는 사용자 인증이 요구되는 장소에 자동으로 출입을 인증하여 사용자에게 더 나은 편의성과 보안성을 제공하기 위한 자동 출입 인증 시스템을 제안한다. iBeacon과 일회용 인증 방식을 이용하여 정당하지 않은 사용자의 접근을 불허하여 보안성을 강화하고, Bluetooth LE 기술을 기반으로 한 저전력 iBeacon 기술을 이용하여 사용자의 불편한 인증정보를 스마트 디바이스가 자동으로 수행하여 편의성을 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문은 스마트폰 기반의 출입관리시스템을 목표로 하며, 이를 위한 출입관리시스템 서버를 개발하였다. 출입관리시스템 서버에서는 자동개폐기를 제어하고 출입자의 권한관리, 출입 및 점검 이력 등 체계적인 출입관리를 한다. 그리고 자동개폐기 동작에 관한 상태정보를 스마트폰 앱으로 전송하여 원격지 서버에서의 실시간 모니터링을 제공한다.

본 논문에서는 출입국자 관리의 효율성과 체계적인 출입국 관리를 위하여 여권 코드를 자동으로 인식하고 위조 여권을 판별할 수 있는 지능형 여권 인식 및 얼굴 인증 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 지능형 여권 인식 시스템은 여권 영상에서 경계선 검출 및 수평 최소값 필터 등을 적용하여 코드의 문자열 영역을 추출하고 기울어진 각도를 보정하였다. 검출된 코드 문자열의 인식을 위해 새로운 ART 알고리즘을 제안하여 적용하였고 휴리스틱 방법을 이용하여 인식 결과를 보정한 후 이 인식 결과를 바탕으로 여권 소지자의 사진 및 관련 정보를 여권 데이터베이스에서 추출하였다. 여권에서 추출된 출입국자의 사진 및 얼굴과 데이터베이스에 저장된 사진 및 얼굴과의 유사도 측정을 통하여 여권 사진의 위조 여부를 판단하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 여권 코드의 자동인식과, DB에 저장된 사진 정보를 바탕으로 얼굴 사진 영역의 인중을 통하여 위조 여권을 판별할 수 있는 지능형 출입국 관리 시스템을 제안하였다.

Most of access control systems for underground utility tunnel work through wired network between central system and the automatic switch control unit. However, there are several issues regarding the absence of network infrastructure and an outdoor reader in a relatively unique environment. To solve these issues we propose an authenticated key based smart phone control system for secure access to the underground utility tunnel and this scheme is anticipated providing us with crucial information about a systemic entrance history and effective management procedures of utility tunnel. In addition, the proposed scheme enables to access to secured control system in smart phone based bluetooth network and it provides information about systemic control and history management for the switch controls through smart phone applications.

With the prolonged COVID-19 worldwide, it is essential to create a list of visitors when using various facilities to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to investigate epidemiology in the event of confirmed cases. In the beginning, there were many problems due to the leakage of personal information and false preparation by making a list of visitors with a handwritten list. To compensate for the problems of handwritten lists, the KI-Pass system based on QR codes is mainly managed. However, KI-Pass systems have the disadvantages of issuing QR codes and abusing personal information. In this paper, we propose an access management system using beacon. Beacon is an close-range wireless communication device and visitors when they are near the facility and automatically registers their personal information on the cloud server for access management. It is expected that this will be effective in preventing and responding to the spread of new infectious diseases in the future.

출입보안을 목적으로 하는 대다수의 출입관리 시스템은 중앙관제시스템과 자동 개폐기 간의 네트워크가 구축되어 있으며 RFID/지문인식과 같은 형태의 인증시스템을 통해 시스템을 구축한다. 그러나 지하공동구의 출입구와 같은 빈번한 출입이 필요 없는 환경에서의 출입관리를 위한 시스템이 없는 실정이며, 지하공동구의 환경 여건상 외부통신의 연결이 어려운 곳에 위치하고 있어 기존의 유선중심의 중앙관제시스템을 구성하기 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지하공동구 또는 공공시설물 출입관리의 효율성과 보안성을 높이기 위해 스마트폰을 키로 사용할 수 있는 출입관리시스템을 제안한다.

In addition to complying with access standards for facilities that require infection control (operating rooms, delivery rooms, intensive care units, etc.) in accordance with the 2019 Medical Care Act Enforcement Regulations, entry, exit, contact information, etc. for entry and exit, the criteria for entering and exiting special rooms of medical institutions have been revised so that records of facts are kept for one year. However, even now, the inconvenience continues due to the fact that such contents are created by hand or due to errors. For this reason, this study designed and implemented a system that provides automatic opening, closing, and accessing record storage functions for authorized users using IoT devices and UWB technology, and we expected that the convenience of the visitors and systemized access control will be possible.

본 논문은 지하공동구에서의 출입자의 통제를 위해 스마트폰을 이용한 출입관리시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 지하공동구 자동개폐기의 MCU를 통해 온습도, 개폐기의 상태, 출입자의 기록 등 다양한 정보를 취득하여 관리한다. 이때 취득한 정보는 블루투스4.0 모듈을 통해 ECB 암호화 방식을 사용하여 스마트폰에 전송한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 출입관리시스템은 기존 물리적인 키에 의존하던 출입 방식을 대체하여 신뢰성 있는 보안 및 체계적인 관리가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.
