  • Blind persons are information alienation class in spite of development of an Information-Communication technology. Need dog's paw of a business automation technology that apply Information-Communication know-how to do these in white-collar job go to work. I wish to develop VI 05 that can improve computer practical use ability by developing integration solution that can analyze know-how that need in transaction of business and overcome this technologically. Because developed VI 05 reserves and handles work that require screen spread, function that convert data of screen including character into voice, accuracy by integration solution that is necessary in transaction of business the process simplificaton make function that need in Secretariat state process such as knowing function have.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive priorities for the introduction of smart port technology by utilizing domestic and foreign prior research and AHP analysis to establish an automated pier at Gwangyang Port.   • A tele-operated hume concrete pipe laying machine has been developed to solve several problems on safety, quality, productivity, etc. It is required to propose a performance evaluation model and methodology in order to measure productivity, economic feasibility, quality and safety. The primary objective of this study is to propose a model and methodology for the performance evaluation of the developed tele-operated hume concrete pipe laying machine. Furthermore, this study evaluates its performance compared with the existing hume pipe laying work by using data which obtained in field trials. It is anticipated that the proposed model and methodology might be effectively used in analyzing the performance of other automation robots.

  • In developing an automated construction system, it is essential to propose a performance evaluation model and methodology, which can measure productivity, quality, safety and economic feasibility in order to verify its superiority. Recently, a tele-operated hume concrete pipe laying machine has been developed to solve several problems related to safety, quality, productivity in conventional method. The primary objective of this study is to propose a model and methodology for the performance evaluation of the developed tele-operated hume concrete pipe laying machine. Furthermore, this study evaluates the automation machine's performance compared with the existing hume pipe laying work by using data which obtained in many field trials. It is anticipated that the proposed model and methodology might be effectively used in analyzing the performance of other automation robots.

  • Utilizing smart phones based on android applications in the field of FA(Factory Automation) or PA(Production Automation) is being deployed actively. In general, MDM(Mobile Device Management) is a crucial infra-structure to build such a FA or PA environment. In this paper, we suggest an open mobile device management platform and implement its prototype. The developed prototype consists of three modules such as DMS(Device Management Server), FUMO(Firmware Update Management Object) and SCOMO(Software Component Management Object). In addition, we suggest a security module based on the concept of the EAP (Extensible Authentication Protocol) and the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard). The suggested security module's prototype is applied to guarantee the data integrity in the process of communicating among DMS, FUMO and SCOMO for the purpose of utilizing smart phones based on android applications in a FA field. We also evaluate the performance of the implemented security prototype. According to our simulation results, the implemented prototype has a good performance in a FA environment and can be utilized in the other FA, PA or OA(Office Automation) environment with guaranteeing the security.

  • 전자계 센서 또는 감지기는 여러가지 산업기기, 전자기기, 연구설비에 응용되고 있으며, 특히 마이크로일렉트로익스분야의 발전에 있어서 핵심요소가 되었다. 직접회로의 적용, 고밀도 기기와 센서의 조합으로 다기능, 고안전성 제품의 생산이 가능하게 되었으며, 자동화기술, 제어와 생산공정, 생체의용기기의 개발, 전자계환경에 대한 연구에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 특히, 자동차공업분야에는 전자유도작용을 이용한느 센서가 주로 사용되고, 원자핵 설비주변에 대한 전자계영향 평가와 뇌방뇌현상의 해석과 뇌해대책, 지뢰탐지와 무기의 위치표정 등에 관한 분야에도 많이 적용되고 있으며, 앞으로 전.자계센서에 관한 기술의 전망과 응용분야에 대하여 살펴보면 센서기술은 고성능의 고감도인 센서의 기술개발에 집중될 전망이며, 각종 제품의 기술혁신은 오로지 적절한 센서의 적용과 자동화기술에 대한 연구와 개발은 가격이 저렴하고, 지능성으로 고정확도를 가지는 센서의 이용과 개발에 집중될 것이며, 정보와 통신분야에도 점차 이용의 정도는 확충될 것이다. 더불어 전자계센서기술은 자동차공업에서 안전성, 환경문제, 조작의 편의성 등의 향상을 위한 연구개발에 중추적 과제로 대두되어 있으며, EMI/EMC와 관련된 분야에도 핵심적 요소기술로 활성적인 연구가 진행될 전망이다.

사출 금형 자동공정계획시스템

  • 다품종소량생산의 특징을 갖고 있는 금형공업에서 컴퓨터통합생산시스템(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System;CIMS)의 실현을 위한 중요한 분야의 하나는 부품설계도면으로부터 최종제품을 생산하는데 필요한 공정계획의 자동화, 즉 컴퓨터를 이용하여 공정계획을 자동적으로 생성하는 자동공정계획시스템(Computer Aided Process Planning;CAPP) 기술의 개발이다. 국내외적으로 CAPP분야의 연구는 컴퓨터 지원에 의한 자동화 기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어 지난 20여년 동안에 기계가공품에 관한 CAPP은 약 150여가지가 개발되었으나, 이는 컴퓨터 지원에 의한 설계의 자동화(Computer Aided Design;CAD)나 컴퓨터 지원에 의한 제조의 자동화(Computer Aided Manufacturing;CAM)분야에 비해 상대적으로 저조한 형편이다. 특히 금형을 대상으로 한 CAPP시스템의 개발은 아직 초기단계에 있기 때문에, 본 연구에서는 사출금형을 대상으로 하여 실용성이 있는 공정설계시스템을 개발함을 목적으로 한다. 일반적으로 공정계획은 "소재로부터 제품을 경제적, 효율적으로 생산하는데 필요한 제조공정의 체계적인 결정"이라고 정의할 수 있다. 공정계획은 제품의 종류와 수량, 재료와 부품의 종류, 보유 생산설비와 제조기술의 수준에 따라 다르나, 공정설계(Process Design)와 작업설계(Operation Design)로 구분할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 공정계획을 광의의 공정설계로 정의하고, 공정설계와 공정계획을 동의어로 통용토록 한다. 기존의 CAPP시스템의 개발에 관한 기본적인 접근방법은 변성형방법(Variant method), 창성형방법(Generative method) 및 자동화방법(Automatic method)이 있다. 이들 CAPP시스템을 개발할 때 사용하는 기법은 크게 5가지- (1) GT(group Technology) 접근기법, (2) Bottom-up 접근기법, (3) Top-down 접근기법, (4) AI와 전문가시스템(Expert System) 접근기법, (5) 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 언어 - 로 분류할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전문가시스템 기법을 도입해서 사출금형 공정계획전문가의 지식과 경험을 획득하여 지식베이스를 구축하고, 전문가시스템 셀(shell)중 CLIPS를 이용하여 자동공정계획시스템인 Mold CAPP을 개발하였다.PP을 개발하였다.

  • Gangform compared with conventional wood and steel form is systemized form which has a capability to install and dismantle form at a time without repeating to assembly and disassembly small members. Gangform compared with ACS has some problems such as 1) Tower Crane load increase, 2) increase in safety incidence during climbing Gangform, 3) decrease in detachment operation productivity, 4) stop work due to climate impacts, and 5) decrease in labor cost, productivity, quality. A conceptual design model of automated Gangform climbing system is suggested for apartment housing construction to show its technical/economic feasibility and workers' safety while increasing operation productivity and concrete quality.

  • The purpose of this paper is to build a system applicable to floriculture, hydroponics and vinyl house agriculture by a development of remote control equipments using programmable logic controllers (PLC). Remote factory automation and home automation systems have been developed and used due to the rapid progress in the fields of information and automation; however, the systems are so expensive that their applications have not been feasible in agriculture. So we have developed simple modules for PLC to replace the expensive conventional systems. The developed systems have potentials to be applied to automation systems in agricultural industry. Technologies for motor control, microprocessor, PLC programming and wireless interface are developed and implemented in the form of application modules of our systems, and our system is applicable to the remote form automation of floriculture and hydroponics.

  • In this paper, a university curriculum of Automation Robotics Process(RPA) among several goals for digital transformation of companies was developed. In the process of the development of ICT technology and the 4th industrial revolution, the existing analog information has changed through the stages of digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation. Recently, digital transformation has been cited as an essential survival strategy following a disruptive revolution that changes the paradigm of existing industrial systems and business. It is defined as a continuous process by which a company adapts to or promotes disruptive changes in customers and markets by using digital capabilities to create new business models, products and services. To this end, process automation in companies or organizations is an important factor. Accordingly, the need for a curriculum of robotics processes automation in universities has been raised according to these changes, and the related education contents, which have been centered on companies, have been redesigned to introduce the curriculum for universities. Education contents are composed to help students to attain certificates of essential or advanced of AA.
