Future Direction of Mission Operation System for Satellite Constellation and the Automation Priority Evaluation (군집위성 임무운영시스템 발전방향 및 자동화 우선순위 평가)

  • According to the Space Development Promotion Basic Plan, more than 110 satellites are expected to be deployed by 2031. Accordingly, the operation concept and technology for satellites constellation are required, compared to the existing few multi-satellite operations. It is essential to automate and optimize the mission operation system, for efficient operation of the satellite constellation, and preparations are urgently needed for the operation of satellite constellation in domestic as well. In this study, the development direction and strategy of the mission operation system applying automation and optimization for efficient operation of the satellite constellation are proposed. The framework for evaluating the automation level and priority of the mission operation system was developed, to identify the tasks to which automation should be applied preferentially.

  • As the COVID-19 pandemic is prolonged, non-contact work has increased, as well as the demand for automation of simple and repetitive questions and tasks with success of using them. Therefore, companies are attempting to expand the area of automated business and apply various technologies such as AI to complex and various business processes of E2E to provide automation of all business. However, the extension to Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) is still in its beginning stage so that it is difficult to find practical use cases and related solutions. In this aspect, it is safe to say that there is insufficient evidence for companies which have various and complex enterprise processes to make a decision about the adoption. In this study, to solve this problem, a Hyper Automation Platform (HAP) that consists of RPA, Chatbot, and AI technology was proposed. Moreover, an implementation method that can bring intelligent process automation using HAP, and practical use-cases were provided so that it makes it possible to review the implementation of the HAP objectively and comprehensively. This study is meaningful and valuable to check the feasibility of the Hyper Automation concept and to actively utilize HAP.

  • Today's fast-paced world is becoming increasingly characterized by technology-facilitated transactions. Growing numbers of customers interact with technology to create service outcomes instead of interacting with a service firm employee. Self-service technologies provide technological interfaces that enable customers to produce a service independent of direct service employee involvement. To investigate on the customer satisfaction with self-technological based product design in Subway. I used the critical incident technique developed by Flanagan(1954) with quantitative measures of attributions. In this research, it results that customers are considered more important the value of technological-function and easy to use than the aspect of automated machine. It is likely that the technological aspect of many self-service options has a unique influence on customer perceptions of self-service encounters. Also, Research has shown that customer's needs are defined as situations in which external environmental factors add a sense of urgency to the transaction and saved time. On the other hand, customers realize that their favorable image of self-technological based product follows as ; first, customers prefer to the simple & modern image on the aspect of product design, secondly, customers prefer to the hitech-functional image to do its job fast in a short time by automated technology on the aspect of functional service, thirdly, customers prefer to the comfortable and sanitary image to be suitable for the underground circumstance.

  • Numerous efforts are currently underway to automate pavementcrack and joint sealing activities. Productivity improvements, improved safety and quality, and reduced road user costs motivate these developments. Recently, an automated pavement crack sealing machine has been developed to automate the process of sealing pavement cracks and joints in Korea. This paper mainly describes the results of the economic feasibility analysis revealed through its overall performance evaluation and field tests. Finally, it is concluded that the automated machine exceeds the performance in terms of productivity, safety, and quality required in conventional method, thus making the machine economically feasible.

  • Construction of automated terminal it urgently demanded to gain the foundation of hub-port in north east Asia. Therefore we suggest an adequate operating system layout of automated terminal in Korea. In this paper the aim of automated terminal operating system is satisfied. four basic models are divided according to moving course of export and import cargo of each automated equipments, several input data are changed and analyzed dynamically by Trial and Error method, and then an optimized operating system model is selected, and designed for yard operating system layout on the basis of the selected model. Particularly, the productivity of automated port is up to the kind of automated equipments. However, because expense and present work process must be considered actually. In order to prevent confusion of the work, the method to optimize the present work and substitute prevent equipments and automated equipments was designed. It is a premise that ail the yard equipments described in this paper must be automatic except quay crane.

진공챔버를 이용한 Military Standard 810G:2014 500.6 방법을 따르는 고도시험 수행 결과 및 시험장치 자동화 구현

  • 한국항공우주연구원에서는 Military Standard 801G:2014 문서의 500.6 방법에 따른 고도시험 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 이를 위해 직경 1.6 미터, 길이 1.8 미터의 진공챔버를 활용하고 있다. 규격에서 요구하는 고도변화율(10 m/s 이하)를 만족시키기 위해서, 건식펌프를 이용하여 챔버 내부 진공도를 낮추고, 동시에 매뉴얼밸브의 개도를 적절히 조절하여 왔다. 따라서, 작업자의 능력과 숙련도에 따라 실제 고도변화율이 달라지게 되고, 이는 곧 시험의 재현성을 방해하는 요소로 작용하였다. 이러한 단점을 보완 하고자 기존의 데이터를 바탕으로 하여 원격 유량조절밸브 적용 후 질소의 챔버내부 유입을 통한 고도시험의 자동화를 구현하였다. 고도시험의 자동화를 통해, 일정한 고도변화율을 유지할 수 있으며, 정확한 시험결과를 도출 할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 고도시험 자동화 구현 방법과 일련의 진행 과정에 대해 기술하였다.

  • 전력공급의 안정성과 신회성을 높이기 위해 우리나라 배전선로에는 2002년부터 자동화가 추진되고 있으며 2010년을 기준으로 자동화 추진 대상 배전설비의 90% 이상이 자동화 설비로 교체되었다. 배전자동화는 고장의 조기검출과 고장복구 시간의 감소 등으로 배전선로의 전기 공급 신뢰도를 높인 것으로 평가되고 있지만 자동화 기기의 사용 증가로 인한 고장의 증가와 이에 따른 보수비용의 증가가 새로운 문제로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 배전선로에서 사용되는 자동화용 단말장치에서의 고장현상에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 2009에 걸친 고장자료가 수집되었으며 이들 자료의 분석을 통해 주 고장모드를 확인하였다. 고장모드의 분석을 위해서는 제작자 및 운영자가 참여하여 FMEA(Failure mode and Effect Analysis) 방법을 사용하였으며 본 고에서는 이들에 대한 세부 내용을 기술하였다.

  • The mobiAutoBot is a conceptual model of robotic process automation software with cognitive automation that can support mobile devices. The mobiAutoBot consists of two parts: mobiAutoBot controller and mobiAutoBot runner. The mobiAutoBot controller directs the job to the mobile device and performs monitoring and interworking. The mobiAutoBot runner installed on the mobile device performs the command execution. With the mobiAutoBot, you can build cost-effective robotic process automation capabilities and use it in a variety of applications, including mobile devices.

  • 목 아래로 전신마비가 되어 간병인 없이는 일상적인 생활이 불편한 와병 환자들을 위하여 뇌파(EEG) 및 목의 근전도(EMG)와 같은 생체신호 기반의 인터페이스를 제안하였다. 이를 이용하여 환자의 이상 상태를 보호자에게 알릴 수 있고 환자의 제한적인 움직임이나 집중하는 것만으로도 간단한 서비스 등을 직접 로봇에게 명령을 내릴 수 있도록 구현하였다.
