DISCRETE TIME DYNAMIC MODEL FOR TELESCOPE AUTO-GUIDING SYSTEM (망원경의 자동추적장치를 위한 이산시간 동적모델 분석)

  • In the auto-guiding system for obtaining a long exposure astrophotography, CCD camera is usually used for measuring guide errors which are affected by optical dispersion and mechanical disturbances. In this paper, a discrete time dynamic model and a performance index are proposed for analysing the auto-guiding system. The optimal gain for proportional control is derived considering the optical dispersion and the disturbances. Some experiments are provided to illustrate that the optimal control gain is lower as the optical dispersion is higher.

  • Ships if 500 gross tonnage and upwards constructed on or after 1 July 2002 shall have an automatic tracking aids according to SOLAS V /19 but existing ships less than 10,000 gross tonnage constructed before 1 July 2002 have potential collision risks due to the lack of automatic plotting devices like as an ATA This paper aims to provide a homemade ATA by developing the tracking algorithm for ATA and to prevent collision incidents by distributing ATA system to coasters.

추적기능을 가진 지상위성 수신장치기술

  • NOAA 위성에서 보내오는 고해상도(HRPT) 전좌신호를 추적하고 수신하는 수신장치의 개발을 소개하였으며, 또한 저해상도(ART) 수신 장치 및 수신된 화상을 얻는 방법을 소개하였다. HRPT는 직경 3m의 안테나로 1500km의 거리에 있는 NOAA 위성으로 부터 받는 반송파대 잡음비는 15dB 측정되어 2000km 이내의 위성 신호 수신이 가능함을 보였다. 위성추적은 산출된 위성궤도를 따라 자동적으로 위성을 추적하는 program추적으로 할 수 있으며, 전파신호의 도래 방향으로 안테나를 자동 이동시키는 monopulse 추적이 성공적으로 동작됨을 확인하였다. 전 시스템 중 포물면 안테나와 치치 그리고 철탑을 국내 업체에 주문 제작 하였으며 복조기를 제외하고 각종 프로그램을 포함한 전 시스템이 실험실에서 설계, 제작, 시험되었다. HRPT수신시스템은 과학기술처 특정연구와 체신부 전파연구소 연구사업으로 4개년에 걸쳐 수행되었다.

  • A sun tracking controller for PTC(parabolic trough concentrator) is a control system used to orient the concentrator toward the sun always, so that the maximum energy can be collected. The work presented here is a design and development of microprocessor based sun tracking control system for PTC. Sun tracking control system consists of a sun sensor and a single axis tracking control system. 80c196KC based control system consists of an analog input unit, 24V DC servomotor drive unit, I/O unit. Sun sensor has been constructed using photodiode and can detect the sun located within ${\pm}50^{\circ}$ measured from the sun sensor normal direction. The sun tracking system developed is being implemented and shows a good sun tracking performance.

  • In the IMO COMSAR 10th meeting, the SOLAS performance standard draft for Long-range Identification and Tracking(LRIT) was submitted to MSC. '81 meeting for its approval. The LRIT and AIS would provide an important data in monitoring SOLAS vessels at shore. This paper aims to suggest the vision and future directions for a successful E-navigation development in co-orporation with vessel monitoring.

  • The study was performed on the development of system in which the bead width can be controlled. In order to control the bead width, we designed the automatic seam tracking device by attaching the probe type strain gauge sensor, motor driving slide and encoder to check the moving distance, and interface card connected MCU(80Cl96KC) upside the speed controllable carriage. Seam tracking experiments were done by changing the bead width. We compared and analyzed the sampling data which were obtained by output voltage of strain gauge sensor and rotary encoder pulse every 50ms.

  • In contrast with STT missiles, the guidance law design for BTT missiles should be based on 3-dimensional pursuit kinematics, since the pitch and roll channels of BTT missiles are coupled dynamically. More generally than the prior works, the dynamics of pitch and roll channels, as well as 3-dimensional pursuit kinematics are considered in the design of our terminal-phase optimal guidance law for BTT missiles proposed in this paper. Thereby, the proposed optimal guidance law guarantees high capturability with small miss distance without significant performance degradation due to time-lag effect even in case of relatively slow autopilot dynamics. Moreover, the resulting optimal guidance law is expressed explicitly in feedback-form with the coefficients given as the functions of time-to-go. The effectiveness and practicality of our work is demonstrated through various simulation results.

  • 본 기술개발은 기존 태양추적기의 구조를 크게 변화시킬 수 있는 무선망 활용 태양추적기 개발에 관한 내용이다. 기존의 태양추적기는 태양광어레이에 스탠드얼론 시스템으로 부착되어 태양추적 및 관련 제어기능을 수행한다. 그러나 본 무선망활용 태양추적기는 PC와 태양광어레이가 지그비 무선망으로 연결되는 구조이다. 무선망을 활용함으로서 기존 태양추적기 대비 제어모듈의 역할이 매우 단순화되어 장치의 강건함, 내구성 및 경제성이 증가되는 효과가 있다. 무선망을 활용함으로서 태양광에레이 측은 무선데이터 송수신 기능과 모터제어 부분만 구현되어도 되며 나머지 기능들은 PC에서 처리해서 무선으로 태양광에레이 모듈에게 전달된다. 또한 고가의 센서 등도 PC에만 구현되고 필요한 데이터는 PC에서 처리하고 계산해서 무선으로 태양광어레이에게 전달하는 구조이다. 그리고 태양추적을 위한 정밀한 자동제어 알고리즘도 PC에서는 충분히 구현할 수 있으며 이를 수행한 후 필요 데이터를 태양광어레이 모듈에게 무선으로 전달한다. 본 기술개발 내용에 대한 시제품이 완성단계에 있으며 필드테스트 수행을 준비하고 있다.
