지역교차로 교통사고 자동검지시스템 개선을 위한 교차로 제 음향특성의 해석

  • Actually, The present traffic accident detection system is subsisting limitation of accurate distinction under the crowded condition at intersection because the system depend upon mainly the image information at intersection and digital image processing techniques nearly all. To complement this insufficiency, this article aims to estimate the level of present technology and a realistic possibility by analyzing the acoustic characteristic of crash sound that we have to investigate for improvement of traffic accident detection rate at intersection. The skid sound of traffic accident is showed the special pattern at $1[kHz]{\sim}3[kHz}$ bandwidth when vehicles are almost never operated in and around intersection. Also, the frequency bandwidth of vehicle crash sound is showed sound pressure difference over 30[dB] higher than when there is no occurrence of traffic accident below 500[Hz].

  • Nowadays, one of the most interested area of automobile industry is the production of vehicle which has collision safety and ability to produce less amount of $CO_2$. The achievement of such a dual performance is done by choosing the materials like dual phase steel, ferrite bainite steel, etc. These steels have been used in automotive chassis and body parts, and also used to be formed by hole flanging to meet the goal of strength and design requirement. The formability of sheet material was experimented by hole expansion test and the judgement relies on human eye and his experience. This manual judgement involves many errors and large deviation. This paper develops the automatic crack recognition system which finds a crack based on CCD image to complement the problem of the current method depending on human's sense.

  • In this study, a new airbag sensor packaging technique of directly attachment by adhesive to the automobile frame is introduced. To assess the feasibility for the packaging, a test instrument was manufactured to examine the impact sensibility by drop tests. The conventional sensor module attached mechanically by bolts with plastic housing and the new sensor packaging were installed to aluminum channel, and the results were compared with each other. Numerical analysis was also performed to investigate the signal characteristics created by the sensors. The preliminary results showed that the pattern of the MEMS sensor signal was strongly dependent on the structural behavior of the frame where the sensors were installed, which indicated the complexity of the packaging design for proper airbag deployments.

4차 산업혁명 대비 중소기업 창업 벤처 지원 대상 업종에 관한 연구

  • 최근 인공지능 시대 및 제 4차 산업 혁명 시대의 도래로 제품 간, 제품과 서비스 간, 서비스 간 산업이 다양한 형태로 진화 중이며, 이종기술 산업 간의 융 복합화로 새로운 제3의 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 또한 소위 말하는 O2O(Online to Offline)는 이미 운송, 금융(핀테크), 자동차(카테크), 숙박, 음식, 의료(헬스케어테크) 등 많은 산업 분야에 진출, 기존 전통 산업과 충돌, 인허가에 어려움을 겪고 있으며 이러한 O2O는 IOT(사물인터넷)로 급속도로 가속화 되고 있다. 이렇듯 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 신산업의 탄생은 산업의 경계를 붕괴하고 있음에도 산업별로 구분된 제도, 규제, 지원정책 등은 여전히 신산업 창업의 장애가 되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 국내 벤처특별법, 창업지원법, 1인 창조기업법 내 투자 지원 업종과 미국을 비롯한 해외 창업 관련법 내 창업 지원 제한 업종과의 비교 분석, 몇 가지 중요한 시사점을 도출했다. 먼저, 우리나라가 선진국에 비해 지나치게 투자 제한 업종이 많음을 확인했다. 또한 선진국은 미풍양속을 해치는 업종, 투기적 사업 등 사회통념상 문제가 되는 사행성 업종을 제외하고는 대다수의 업종이 정책 지원 대상이다. 업종과 더불어 투자 행위로 투자 심사를 해 신산업 투자에 매우 탄력적으로 운영할 수 있게 설계되어 있다. 심지어 미국의 경우, 적극적 창업 투자를 위해 업종 및 투자 행위에 대한 심의를 중소기업청이 직접 수행한다. 특히, 우리나라의 중소기업창업투자회사제도는 미국의 중소기업투자회사(SBIC) 제도와 유사한 반면 투자 제한 업종 뿐 아니라 제도 운영 특히, 창업투자회사에 대한 관리 측면에서 매우 큰 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 우리나라 중기청은 간접관리를 하는 반면, 미국은 중기청 내에서 직접 관리를 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 창업 벤처 투자 제한을 미국을 비롯한 기타 외국의 사례에서와 같이 사회통념상 불가피한 업종과 더불어 투자 행위로 정의하길 제안한다.

  • Extra dosed bridge among the Cabled-stayed bridges have been increasingly built in korea in recently. But such bridges were often damaged by fire due to car collison. In this study Extra dosed bridges among the cabled-supported bridges are selected to analysis model frequently to be designed and/or constructed in recent and furture in this study. COSMOS FloWorks 2007 software are used for Heat Transfer Analysis and Thermal Stress Analysis. The safety of wire, HDPE pipe and stainless steel pipe are investigated. In the case of the constant of the temperature of the heat source, the significant three variables for the analysis are selected for study : (1) the distance between the fire-proof bulk head and the heat source, (2) wind velocity, (3) the height of the end of Stainless steel pipe.

  • Design with crashworthiness concept has been emphasized for almost aircraft and motor vehicles. However, crashes accompanied serious injury and death have been continuously occurred, and will be occurred subsequently. What was worse, it is a well-known fact that there were a good many crashes classified as survivable accidents in which fatal injuries were reported. But we cannot say that fatal injuries were inevitable consequences of those crashes. If crashworthy design for seat, restraint systems, and cabin strength were adequate or right, survivability in a crash event could be maximized greatly. To substantiate the right crashworthiness, we must thoroughly understand the characteristics of human tolerance under abrupt acceleration change, and the cabin design should be combined with proper use of energy absorbing technologies that reduce accelerations experienced by the occupants. In this paper, the emphasis on the human tolerance under abrupt accelerations as well as the necessity of change in design requirements for crash environment will be stressed to widen the belt of consensus for the right crashworthy design.

  • In this study, a multibody dynamic model of the cervical spine was developed for a virtual in-vitro cadaveric experiment. The dynamic cervical spine model was reconstructed based on Korean CT images and the material properties of joints and soft tissue obtained from in-vitro experimental literature. The model was validated by comparing the inter-segmental rotation, multi-segmental rotations, load-displacement behavior, ligament force, and facet contact force with the published in-vitro experimental data. The results from the model were similar to published experimental data. The developed dynamic model of the cervical spine can be useful for injury analysis to predict the loads and deformations of the individual soft-tissue elements as well as for virtual in-vitro cadaveric experiments.

  • In this study, the dynamic impact analysis for the passenger air-bag(PAB) module has been carried out by using FEM to predict the dynamic characteristics of vehicle ride safety against head impact. The impact performance of vehicle air-bag is directly related to the design parameters of passenger air-bag module assembly, such as the tie bar bracket's width and thickness, respectively, However, the product's design of PAB module parameters are estimated through experimental trial and error according to the designer's experience, generally. Therefore, the dynamic analysis of head impact test of the passenger air-bag module assembly of automobile is needed to construct the analytical methodology At first, the FE models, which are consist of instrument panel, PAB Module, and head part, are combined to the whole module system. Then, impact analysis is carried out by the explicit solution procedure with assembled FE model. And the dynamic characteristics of the head impact are observed to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method by comparing with the experimental results. The better optimized impact performance characteristics is proposed by changing the tie bracket's width md thickness of module. The proposed approach of impact analysis will provides an efficient vehicle to improve the design quality and reduce the design period and cost. The results reported herein will provide a better understanding of the vehicle dynamic characteristics against head impact.

Warehouse System of Parts in Variable Location by Rule-Based Module Management for Context Awareness (규칙기반 상황인식 모듈관리에 의한 가변위치 부품창고 시스템)

  • In this paper, we propose ubiWarehouse system which can efficiently manages mass and many kinds of parts such as automotive parts. First, user's work situation is defined systematically as context type of 5W1H, context-aware system is separated on function, and each module operates independently. An efficient route is selected and relevant parts frequently treated at the same time are gathered by calculating the suitability of parts and racks. If other users currently are on a visit or are supposed to visit soon, the hun of visit is changed making a concession for preventing collision. As a result, the proposed system with avoiding competition can provide users with routes for inbound or outbound parts, and can effectively use spaces of a warehouse by arranging racks to gather relevant parts to near location. Also, individual service can be offered by evaluating user propensity using history of the warehouse job, and the accuracy of stock information can be improved by processing of unexpected context and real-time renewing of warehousing and delivering.

The Study of Simulation Dynamic Behavior of CFRP Structural Members (CFRP 구조 부재의 시뮬레이션 동적 거동에 관한 연구)

  • The structural vehicles are steel members of square or circle tube with definite shape. These members support various components and absorb impact energy to protect passengers during accidentswhen crash happen. Structural members need to be lightweight and stable. In this study, we do an impact simulation of a CFRP square member using finite element analysis program Ls-Dyna in order to predict fracture shape and energy absorb feature of CFRP member. Also, we make square member shape of CFRP and do an impact experiment. We compare the analytical and experimental results and consider the fracture shape and energy features of CFRP members.
