  • Although concrete is a material widely used in the construction industry, it is very vulnerable to cracking and has a disadvantage in that durability deteriorates when cracks occur. When cracks occur, harmful factors are introduced through the micro-cracks of the structure, reducing durability. Therefore, in this study, as part of a study to alleviate the problems of maintenance and durability deterioration due to cracks in concrete structures, the mechanical properties of self-healing mortar according to the size of the capsule made of cement material were reviewed.

Evaluation of Crack Monitoring Field Application of Self-healing Concrete Water Tank Using Image Processing Techniques (이미지 처리 기법을 이용한 자기치유 콘크리트 수조의 균열 모니터링 현장적용 평가)

  • In this study, a crack monitoring system capable of detecting cracks based on image processing techniques was developed to effectively check cracks, which are the main damage of concrete structures, and a program capable of imaging and analyzing cracks was developed using machine vision. This system provides objective and quantitative data by replacing the appearance inspection that checks cracks with the naked eye. The verification of the development system was applied to the construction site of a self-healing concrete water tank to monitor the crack and the amount of change in the crack width according to age. In the case of crack width detected by image analysis, the difference from the measured value using a digital microscope was up to 0.036 mm, and the crack healing effect of self-healing concrete could be confirmed through the reduction of crack width.

  • 알루미늄은 취약한 내식성을 보완하기 위하여 나노다공성의 산화물 피막을 형성하는 양극산화 처리를 주로 활용한다. 이러한 나노다공성 산화물 피막에 소수성 처리와 불용성의 윤활유를 침지하면 표면에 접촉하는 물을 비롯한 다른 유체들의 젖음성을 크게 감소시킬 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 부식성 물질이 다공성 구조물로 침입하는 것을 억제할 수 있다. 따라서 양극산화 피막에 윤활유 침지를 이용하여 알루미늄의 부식에 대한 저항성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 추가적으로 외부의 물리적인 손상에 대한 치유 능력을 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 성능뿐만 아니라 침지된 윤활유의 내구성은 나노다공성 산화피막의 물리적 형상에 따라 차이가 날 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 나노다공성의 양극산화 피막의 기공 구조를 다양하게 변화시켜 그 형상에 따라서 윤활유를 침지 후 알루미늄 소재의 내식성 및 자기 치유 특성의 차이에 대하여 알아보았다. 기공의 형상은 한쪽 끝이 막혀있는 기둥형, 후처리를 통한 확장된 기둥형 및 침상형의 기공 구조를 제조하였고, 전압제어를 통한 병목 형상의 기공 구조를 구현하여 그 특성 차이를 비교하였다. 기공들이 서로 고립된 형태를 가질수록 윤활유가 안정적으로 산화물에 침지될 수 있으며, 기공의 공간이 클수록 더 많이 윤활유를 포함하여 우수한 자기 치유 특성을 보여주었다. 병목 형상의 가공 구조는 내부의 충분한 크기의 기공 공간과 표면에 작은 기공을 가지고 있기 때문에 우수한 내구성과 자기 치유 특성을 보여준다.

Investigation on the Self-Healing Performance of Cement Mortar Incorporating Inorganic Expansive Additives (무기질계 팽창재가 포함된 시멘트 모르타르의 자기치유성능에 관한 연구)

  • Herein, the properties and self-healing performance of cement mortar incorporating calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA), crystalline admixture(CA), and magnesium oxide(MgO) were investigated. Mortar strength test and water permeability experiments were conducted to analyze self-healing performance of the mortar. Also, variation in crack width were measured via digital optical microscope observation. The hydration products formed in the crack via self-healing were analyzed using x-ray diffraction(XRD), thermogravimetry(TG), and digital optical microscope. The analysis revealed that compressive strength and tensile strength increased as CA substitutional ratio increased. However, in the case of MgO replacement, the compressive strength and tensile strength decreased as the CA substitution ratio increased. The products in the recovered cracks are found to be mostly Ca(OH)2, MgCO3, and CaCO3. CaCO3 was shown to be the main healing product and had a higher portion than Ca(OH)2 and MgCO3 in the recovery products. Moreover, the optimal mix derived via water permeability and crack width results was 8% CSA + 1% CA + 2.5% MgO.

A Study on the Development of Self-Healing Smart Concrete Using Microbial Biomineralization (미생물의 생체광물형성작용을 이용한 자기치유 스마트 콘크리트 개발에 관한 기초연구)

  • This study was conducted to develop self-healing ability of concrete so that inspection could be available even in the event of minute cracks without complex works at any time for more economic concrete structure maintenance and longevity. A completely different method has been carried out in comparison with many of similar researches on self-healing concrete. This is a basic study on the development of self-healing concrete using microbial biomineralization. Compounds were generated except for cells by precipitation reaction of CaC$O_3$ during the microbial metabolism and we examined the use as a binder that hardens the surface of sand using biomineralization that Sporosarcina pasteurii precipitates CaC$O_3$. In result, the formation of new mineral and hardening of sand surface could be verified partly, and it was available for cracks to be repaired by calcite with organic (microorganism) and inorganic (CaC$O_3$) complex structure through the basic experiment a little bit. Therefore the use of biomineralization by this sort of microbial metabolism for concrete structure helps to develop absolute repair-concrete like this concrete with microorganism. The effect of microbial application will be one of the most important research tasks having influence on not only repair for concrete structure but also development of new materials able to reduce environmental problems.

  • The purpose of this study is to help self-healing by identifying self-description by utilizing the self-description diagnosis of literary therapy and the resonance of the work narrative. Therefore, the research was conducted through the methodology of literature therapy, which uses the self-introduction team of literary therapy and basic photography team to understand their own narrative and to heal themselves through resonance with the work narrative. Through this study, we understood that it is possible to understand and identify and understand one's psychological problems through self-description and self-culture techniques. This case study revealed that it can be used as a new technique for understanding self-description by applying the methodology of literary therapy and for healing self-exploration through resonance with the work narrative.

  • Sulfate anion which cause concrete degradation is affected on marine structures. There are two of control method concrete degradation which is arisen by sulfate anion. Cementitious materials prevent permeation of sulfate anion and water-binder ratio increase to improve watertightness. But, those methods are passive. So, this study is developing new materials which prevent actively concrete degradation on sulfate anion.

치유농업시설 이용의도에 관한 연구: 주관적규범과 주도성향의 매개효과 중심으로

  • 최근 농업은 6차산업을 넘어 국민의 건강회복 및 유지증진을 도모하기 위하여 이용되는 다양한 농업·농촌자원의 활용과 이와 관련한 활동을 통해 사회적 또 는 경제적 부가가치를 창출하는 산업으로 치유농업을 들 수 있다. 현 코로나19로 인한 고립과 단절, 앞날을 예측하기 어려운 상황이 길어지면서 우울감을 느끼는 '코로나 블루(Blue)'를 넘어 우울과 불안 감정이 분노로 폭발하는 '코로나 레드(Red)'를 호소하는 이들마저 있다고 한다. 최근 한국건강증진개발원이 한국갤럽에 의뢰해 전국 만 성인 남녀대상으로 '코로나19로 인한 건강 상태'를 조사한 결과에 따르면 응답자의 40.7%가 코로나 블루를 "경험했다"고 답했는데 특히 여성(50.7%)의 경험 비율이 남성(34.2%)보다 높았다고 한다. 이에 따라 실내에서 반려동물이나 반려식물을 키우는 이가 급증하고 노년층은 실버 텃밭 정원프로그램을 통해 우울증이 크게 감소됐다. 이와 같이 치유농업은 자연친화적인 환경을 조성해 주고, 도시민의 농업에 대한 이해를 높이며 도시와 농촌이 상생하는데 이바지할 수 있기 때문에 지속적으로 발전시켜 나갈 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 치유농업시설의 이용의도를 가진 자를 대상으로 치유농업시설 선택속성에 주관적규범과 주도성향이 치유농업시설 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 치유농업시설을 이용하는 데에 있어 선택속성의 요소들에 대하여 파악하고 주관적규범과 주도성향에 따른 영향도 확인하여 치유농업시설 선택속성을 제공하고자 할 때 우선시해야 할 시사점을 파악하고자 한다.

Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's Self-Healing and his View of Happiness (다산 정약용의 자기치유와 행복관)

  • This paper examines how Dasan Jeong Yak-yong developed self-healing and his perspective of happiness during the hardest point of his political and social career. Just after the death of King Jeongjo (正祖, reign. 1766-1800) the arrest and persecution of those who accepted Christian knowledge from the West began. Among them were Jeong's family members and friends. Jeong, who had learned but had not accepted Christianity as a religious belief, was exiled to Ganggin 康津 in southern Jeolla Province where he was to spend the next 18 years. The two things that helped Jeong through his exile were the Book of Changes 易經 and his commitment to the study of Confucian thought, political, and social reforms. His life-long commitment to writing and his progressive understanding of the principle of changes of the universe in the Book of Changes, represented processes of self-healing and cultivation, depriving Jeong of self-pity and enabling him to attain the highest level in self-realization. According to Jeong, there are two kinds of happiness; "secular happiness" (yeolbok 熱福) related to power and wealth, and "pure happiness" (cheongbok 淸福), a free and idyllic life. For Jeong, the latter was more valuable than the former. Jeong believed that life pursing ethical virtues only could bring authentic joy to people. Furthermore, his devotion to the issues of systematic, social reforms was out of his desire to bring the public happiness by "practical learning", silhak 實學.
