An Effects of Blended Novel Engineering on Improving Creative Problem-Solving Ability (블렌디드 노벨 엔지니어링이 창의적 문제해결력 향상에 미치는 영향)

  • Novel Engineering(NE) is integrated learning model to figure out problems in a book and solve them with creative engineering process. NE has been performed on offline until now. We have to research blended learning projects for COVID-19 outbreak. In this paper, we are going to explore that blended NE is effective to creative problem solving ability. The results showed that blended NE is highly effective to all of four sub-elements; self conviction & independence, diffusion thinking, critical thinking and motivational element. This means that blended novel engineering class is effective to competence-centered class proposed in 2015 revised curriculum. We hope that the research is spread and settled into our school.

Design and Implementation of Social Media Platform for Sound Communication: POCHAK (건강한 소통을 위한 소셜 미디어 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현: 포착)

  • The original purpose of SNS was to facilitate online networking among people. However, in recent years, this purpose has been faded, and the platform has become more of a means of self-promotion than genuine self-expression. This paper proposes and implements POCHAK, a social media platform designed to address the aforementioned issues and facilitate "sound communication." The POCHAK platform does not permit the users to take their own photos, thereby eliminating the potential for photos being manipulated and retouched. The POCHAK platform only allows other people to take photos of users only through the in-app camera. Furthermore, the photos cannot be edited during the upload process and cannot be saved before uploading, thus requiring users to upload the photos in their original form. In this paper, we implemented the POCHAK platform as an iOS app, application server, data management server, and photo storage server, and verified its feasibility by utilizing it in the field. We are sure that the POCHAK platform will be a new type of SNS platform that regains the original purpose of SNS and enables sound communication.

  • This research analyzes some Korean historical figures and presents the core values of their leaderships so that we can bring up the theory of leadership which would be compatible with the current circumstances around Korea. Through this work, we expected that we would not only find out typical examples among historical leaders but also reaffirm our identities in our history. As a result of the research, it was possible to classify some figures in history into several patterns and discover their archetypal qualities. Those qualities were 'transform(實事)', 'challenge(決死)', 'energize(風流)', 'create(創案)', and 'envision(開新)' respectively. Among the qualities, this research concentrated on the quality of 'challenge', exclusively 'death-defying spirit'. This spirit is the one with which historical leaders could sacrifice their lives for their great causes. This research selected twelve figures as incarnations of death-defying spirit, who are Gyebaek(階伯), Ganggamchan(姜邯贊), Euljimundeok(乙支文德), Choeyoung(崔瑩),ChungMongju(鄭夢周), Seongsammun (成三問), Yisunsin(李舜臣), Gwakjaewoo(郭再祐), Choeikhyeon(崔益鉉), Anjunggeun(安重根), Yunbonggil(尹奉吉), Yijun(李儁). Through analyzing their core values and abilities and categorizing some historical cases into four spheres such as a private sphere, relations sphere, a community sphere, and a society sphere, we came to find a certain element in common among those figures. It was that they eventually took the lead by showing the goal and the ideal to their people at all times. Moreover, their goals were always not only obvious but also unwavering. In the second chapter, I described the core value in a private sphere, so called '志靑靑'. It implies that a leader should set his ultimate goal and then try to attain it with an unyielding will. Obvious self-confidence and unfailing self-creed are core values in a private sphere. In the third chapter, I described the core value in a relative sphere, the relationship between one and others. It is '守信結義'. It indicates that a leader should win confidence from others by discharging his duties in the relation with others. Confidence is the highest leveled affection to others. Thus, mutual reliance should be based on truthful sincerity and affection toward others. Stubbornness and strictness are needed not to be prompted by pity simultaneously. In the fourth chapter, I described the core value in a community sphere. It is '丹心合力'. For this value, what are required to a leader are both his community spirit and his loyalty to one's community. Moreover, the strong sense of responsibility and the attitude of taking an initiative among others are also required. Thus, it can be said that the great power to conduct the community is so called fine teamwork. What's more, the attitude of the leader can exert a great influence on his community. In the fifth chapter, I described the core value of death defying spirit in the society sphere. This value might be more definite and explicit than other ones described above. A leader should prepare willingly for one's death to fulfill his great duties. 'What to do' is more important for a leader than 'how to do'. That is to say, a leader should always do righteous things. Efficiency is nothing but one of his interests. A leader must be the one who behaves himself always according to righteousness. Unless a leader's behaviors are based on righteousness, it is absolutely impossible that a leader exerts his leadership toward people very efficiently. Thus, it can be said that a true leader is the one not only who is of morality and but also who tries to fulfill his duties.

The Infuence of Venture Club Activity by University Student's Goal-Oriented Behavior Model on Self-determination and Startup Intention: Focused on the Medaiation Effects of Big 5 (벤처동아리활동 대학생의 목표 지향적 행동모델이 자기결정성 및 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 성격 5요인의 매개효과)

  • The question of why do you want to start a "start?" Is the most basic step in trying to do something. In other words, previous studies have shown that the degree of confidence in an individual's decision affects the setting of a specific purpose. Based on this, this study aims to provide basic data for deriving the direction of entrepreneurship education in college students by analyzing the effects of goal-oriented behavioral model on college students' self-determination and intention to start a business through the 5 factor model. To achieve the purpose of the study, a self-report questionnaire was conducted from October 01 to November 11, 2019 for university students attending located in Gyeonggi-do, Seoul. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed, and 125 parts were used for the final analysis, except 25 parts with insincere responses or errors. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win 24, and reliability, validity analysis, frequency analysis, One-way ANOVA and regression analysis were performed, and three-step regression analysis and Sobel verification were performed for mediating effects. The summary of the study is as follows. First, the influence of university students' goal-oriented behavioral model on self-determination showed that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral controls had statistically significant positive effects, and positive and negative expectations were statistically significant. Did not affect. Therefore, the higher the attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, the higher the university students' self-determination. Second, the influence of college students' goal-oriented behavioral model on the intention to start a business was as follows.). As a result, the higher the perceived behavioral control and positive expectation, the higher the intention to start up. Third, regression model 1 showed that the behavioral control and positive expectation sentiment among the goal-oriented behavioral model had a significant positive influence on the college students' intention to start a business. Affected. Regression model II added the parameters of the 5 factor model, which increased 2.5% of explanatory power than the first regression model. Perceived behavioral control and positive expectations had a statistically significant positive effect, negative expectations had a statistically significant negative effect, and among the 5 factor model, openness had a statistically significant positive (+) Affected. From these results, it can be seen that the Big Five personality factors have a mediating effect on the relationship between goal-oriented behavior model and intention to start up. This study confirmed that the goal-oriented behavioral model of college students is an important variable in implementing self-determination and intention to start a business. In addition, by using his Big 5 personality factors as positive feedback, he has proved to play an important role by identifying the mediation role that can be set, planned and utilized to plan and achieve his life. The result of this study is that college students are interested in the intention of individual start-ups, so they are not freed from difficult employment difficulties. It is intended to provide basic data useful in the age of creation of government.

  • The three-dimensional MT(Magneto-Telluric) modeling is performed to examine the validity of difference arrow of GDS(Geomagnetic Depth Sounding) survey, In this paper, we investigate the validity of the difference arrow on three configurations of conductors; which is located 1) at surface, 2) at the deep part and 3) vertically extended f개m surface to the deep part, respectively, For conductors located at surface, the validity of difference arrows is certified in our numerical model when long periods over 40 minutes are used or the distance between sea and conductor is over 150 km. However, for conductors located at the deep part, the validity of difference arrow is dependent on the size of conductors. Further, if the size of conductor is adequately larger than that of our model, we recognize the possibility that the mutual coupling of them influences up to longer periods, Moreover, in case of conductors which is vertically extended from surface to the deer part, the mutual coupling of them is reinforced for all periods, especially for longer periods, so that the validity of difference arrow is considerably in doubt. Therefore, to remove the known conductor effect such as the sea effect from the observed induction arrow, the mutual coupling between them must be examined. The difference arrow that certifies the validity in this way can only provide the Subsurface information based on physical supports.

  • This research aimed at developing STEAM Program with the medium of films for scientific talents in elementary schools and examining its influence on the problem solving ability, creative personality, and scientific attitude. The results were as follows: First, the STEAM program using movies was proved to be effective in forming creative personality, and a significant difference was found especially in the areas of patience/obsession, self conviction, sense of humor, curiosity, imagination, openness, adventurous spirit, and spirit of independence(p<.05). Second, the STEAM program using movies was found to be a successful way to improve their problem solving ability, and in particular, the difference was significant in the areas of planning an experiment and creative problem solving ability(p<.05). Third, the program was also found to be effective for the enhancement in their scientific attitude, and the difference, particularly in the areas of curiosity, openness, criticism, cooperation, spontaneity, patience, creativity and scientific attitude, was significant(p<.05). The study results above indicated that the STEAM program using movies was an efficacious way in forming creative personality, and enhancing creative problem solving ability and scientific attitude.

The Effects of Badminton Club Members' Self-identity and Ego-resilience on Interpersonal Relationship (배드민턴 동호인의 자아정체감 및 자아탄력성이 대인관계에 미치는 영향)

  • This purpose of this study was to provide information to contribute to the expansion and development of badminton clubs by identifying the effects of self-identity and self-resilience of badminton club members on interpersonal relationships. Thus, in order to achieve the objectives of this study, 259 badminton club members were verified throught correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis, which resulted in the following result: First, Among the sub-factors of self-identity, ego-resilience and interpersonal relationships, all of them were statistically relevant, except for a few factors in handling anger management, first-time relationships, self-exposure, and dealing with interpersonal conflicts. Second, Among the sub-factors of interpersonal relationships, the factors affecting the first relationship were interpersonal efficiency, future certainty, intimacy, anger management and subjecthood. The factors affecting the claiming displeasure with others were subjecthood and intimacy. The factors affecting the self-exposure were interpersonal efficiency and subjecthood. The factors affecting the emotional support and advice were subjecthood and optimistic attitude. The factors affecting the dealing with interpersonal conflicts were anger management and confidence. Therefore, the factors of self-identity and self-resilience of badminton club members suggest that they serve as important factors to facilitate interpersonal relationship.

The Effect of Elementary School Distance Science Classes on Science Academic Achievement and Creative Personality (초등학교 원격 과학수업이 과학 학업성취도 및 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of science classes using elementary school distance science classes on science academic achievement and creative personality. The research group and non-research group were selected for 6th grade elementary school students. After 10 weeks of experimental treatment, science classes were conducted with the contents of the elementary school science section, 'Changes of the seasons'. In the three domains of 'knowledge', 'inquiry', and 'attitude', which are sub-domains of science academic achievement, as a result of the pre-post test, there was a positive effect in 'inquiry' and 'attitude', which are sub-domains of science academic achievement. However, it was found that there was no positive effect in 'knowledge', a sub-domain of academic achievement. However, it was found that there was a positive effect in the overall test result of academic achievement. Therefore, it is interpreted that science classes using elementary school distance science classes had an effect on academic achievement. There was a significant effect in the sub-domains of the creative personality test, 'persistence/obsession', 'self-confidence', 'humor', 'imagination', 'openness', 'adventure', and 'independence'. However, it was found that there was no effect in the sub-domain 'curiosity'. The overall test results of the creative personality test showed a significant effect. Therefore, it is interpreted that science classes using elementary school distance science classes are effective in cultivating creative personality. Students' perceptions of science classes using elementary school distance science classes also showed positive responses.

Educational Effects of Interdisciplinary Creativity Promotion Program Based on Movie-Assisted Flipped Learning of creativity and STEAM literacy indexes in College Students (영화를 활용한 플립러닝 기반의 학제 간 융합 창의성 증진 프로그램이 대학생의 창의성과 융합인재소양에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how flip learning based interdisciplinary fusion creativity promotion program using movie is effective for university students creativity and fusion talent literacy. To do this, we conducted a total of 15 sessions for a total of 89 students from 44 college students and 45 non - attendance college students who attended the "Creative Fusion Creative Encounters with Film" course at Busan Metropolitan City. The collected data were analyzed by independent sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, flip learning based interdisciplinary fusion creativity enhancement program using movie was significant in the order of patience / attachment, humor, self - confidence, imagination, openness, independence, and curiosity in the creativity sub - domain of college students. Second, flip learning - based interdisciplinary convergence creativity enhancement programs using movies were found to have a significant effect in the order of convergence, care, communication, and creativity in the sub - areas of university students' literacy achievement. The findings of the study proved the educational effects of the interdisciplinary creativity promotion program that was based on movie-assisted flipped learning, and this study is expected to suggest some of the right directions for education-based interdisciplinary research and to give some suggestions on that.
