For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for adults aged 19 to 65 years old across the country with trauma experience. Among them, 316 data suitable for research analysis were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, posttraumatic growth showed a statistically significant positive correlation with self-efficacy, alternative and control of cognitive flexibility, and hope. Second, the increase in posttraumatic growth was directly related to the increase in hope, and the increased hope was found to be positively related to the increased alternative and self-efficacy level. Third, in the relationship between self-efficacy and posttraumatic growth, the sequential mediating effect of alternatives and hopes was found to be statistically significant. Based on these findings, implications, limitations and suggestions of the study were discussed.

  • Recently, ICT has emerged as an indispensable tool for teaching a variety of subjects in education systems. In this paper, we examine the effect of the instructional models for ICT on the practical ability in the application of information with relation to the levels of self-regulated learning strategies. Students were divided into 3 groups, according to the instructional model for ICT which were problem search learning, problem solution learning, and discussion learning. As an experimental tools, we did pretest using self-regulated learning strategies measurement questionnaire and did pretest and posttest using practical ability in the application of information measurement questionnaire. The results show that higher level of self-regulated teaming strategies group has high practical ability in the application of information than lower level group. Other interesting results are also provided.

  • This study investigated the impact of leader's coaching on job satisfaction and job involvement. In particular, this study examined employees' self-efficacy as a mediator in the relationship between leader's coaching and job satisfaction and job involvement. On the basis of theoretical linkages between the constructs, a conceptual model and hypotheses were established. Empirical data were collected by using a set of questionnaires. This survey was administered to employees working in 20 firms. 269 samples were used for the analysis. This study conducted a exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis for the validity test, structural equation modeling(SEM) was employed to test the hypothesized relationships in the conceptual model. This study shows that the proposed model is reasonably fit to the actual data. From these analyses, the following results were obtained. First, leader's coaching is positively related to employees' self-efficacy. Second, leader's coaching is positively related to job satisfaction and job involvement. Third, employees' self-efficacy has partially mediated effects on the relationship between leader's coaching and job satisfaction and job involvement.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among self-directed learning ability, learner-instructor interaction, learner-learner interaction, and class satisfaction in online learning environments by the structural equation modelling (SEM). Participants of the study consisted of 300 students (110 = high school students, 190 = college students). Through latent mean analysis (LMA), there was no significant difference of study variables between high school and college groups. However, thorough multi-group analysis, self-directed learning ability had a direct and indirect effect on class satisfaction for the college group via learner-instructor and learner-learner interactions, while learner-learner interaction played a full mediating role of the relationship between self-directed learning ability and class satisfaction for the high school group. In addition, self-directed learning ability had a stronger influence on learner-learner interaction for the college group than the high school group. These results would provide important implications for understanding the different mechanisms between high school and college online learning contexts.

And this study verified the expectation about counseling partially mediated the relationship between self-stigma and attitude toward seeking counseling. The findings of this study provided meaning in that particular search was made for variables that mediate the relationship between self-stigma and attitude toward seeking counseling. This study suggested that the stigma of individual acts effects on using real counseling services than emotional issues with each individual. Finally, this paper suggested the needs of development about the counseling and the education program as a special intervention.

  • This study was conducted to explore the effect of family centered practice on children's self-efficacy and to verify the mediating effect of family strengths. Multiple regression analysis and Sobel test were conducted using data provided by children who participated in Children's Hope Network and their primary caretakers. The study results are as follows: First, families rated highly on their level of experience regarding family-centered practice, which show that social workers were faithful in performing family-centered practice. Second, the levels of both children's self-efficacy and family strengths increased significantly after project participation when compared to the levels measured before participation. Third, family-centered practice affected children's self-efficacy only indirectly through family strengths indicating that the level of family strengths had a complete mediating effect. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of family-centered practice and measures to improve social work practice.
