The purpose of this study was to explore factors that affected the satisfaction of students' experiences in an education course, with the educational method and educational technology designed with a blended learning strategy. Blended learning is currently recognized as a good solution for the problems posed by both online and face-to-face learning, because it has features like flexibility and accessibility by using tools supporting both individualization and socialization. This study is one case that illustrates how blended learning can be applied at the university level. Subjects were 56 students who had participated in the class and responded to the survey questions. The gathered data were analyzed by using Factor Analysis and the Structural Equation Model. Based on the results of Factor Analysis, data revealed 5 factors: learning motivation, previous experience, ability to use information & technology, capability of self-regulated learning, and learning satisfaction. The results of the Structural Equation Model revealed causal relationships among the aforementioned factors as follows: (a) there was a statistically meaningful causal relationship between "learning motivation" and "capability of self-regulated learning", (b) there was a statistically meaningful casual relationship between "previous experience" and "capability of self-regulated learning", and (c) "capability of self-regulated learning" directly affected "learning satisfaction".

It is a tentative study on the influence of the consumers' motivation of charity impulse on their loyalty who donate to non-profit organizations. Based on the self-determination theory, this thesis paper analyzed the motivation of charity impulse on non-profit organizations which is the main factor influencing the donation loyalty with consumer-nonprofit identification as parametric variables. According to this study, it seems that the charity impulse caused by the concepts of autonomy of the self-determination theory has negative influence on consumer-nonprofit identification, donation loyalty. But relation-competence has positive influence to nonprofit organizations. Considering without any studies on donators' motivation of charity impulse from the aspect of psychology to non-profit organizations, as the very initial exploratory study, this study is conducted to analyze the possible factors to influence customers' motivation of chanty impulse on the basis of the self-determination theory so that it has a vital significance, which can furnish fundamental data to charitable organizations to carry out effective marketing strategies to guarantee the source of the money collection.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for the development of Creative Discretionary Activity Program to Home Economics teachers. The need scales were developed based on the development characteristics of adolescence and data was collected from 521 middle school students in the seoul. The results are as fallows. 1. Among the seven areas self-understanding and career explorations showed the highest degree of demand. and the area of family relationship and friendship and maladjustment of adolescents followed, knowledge about sex and manner awareness took the lowest position. 2. Finding potential ability, understanding aptitude and personality. understanding IQ and EQ, solution of character showed the highest degree of demand. and solution of stress, interest identification. changing society and new career followed. 3. Demands for Creative Discretionary Activity showed significant difference according to socio-demographic variables such sex, family types and economic levels.

본 논문에서는 IT전공자들을 위해 개설된 소프트웨어 관련 과목과 로보틱스 관련 과목을 통해 학생들이 함양되었다고 인식하는 제 4차 산업혁명에 필요한 핵심 역량 및 대학생 핵심 역량을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 한 학기동안 소프트웨어 관련 과목과 로봇 관련 과목을 수강한 경기도의 ${\bigcirc}$대학교 1, 2학년 160명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 총 6명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 분석하였다. 양적 분석 결과 제 4차 산업 혁명에 필요한 핵심역량 중 소프트웨어 관련 과목의 학생들은 업무처리 기술을, 로보틱스 관련 학생들은 복잡한 문제를 해결하는 기술이 함양되었다는 응답이 가장 많았다. 또한, 대학생 핵심 역량 중 소프트웨어 관련 과목을 수강한 학생들은 자기관리역량이, 로보틱스 관련 과목을 수강한 학생들은 종합적 사고력이 함양되었다는 응답이 가장 많았다. 질적 분석 결과에서도 소프트웨어 관련 과목 수강생들은 자기주도적 학습 능력이나 계획 수립 및 실행 능력과 자기 및 타인 모니터링 능력, 비판적 사고 능력이, 로보틱스 관련 과목 수강생들은 창의력, 문제해결능력, 의사결정능력, 논리적 사고력이 이전보다 긍정적인 측면에서 변화된 것으로 분석되었다. 인공지능, 로봇 등 IT기반의 제 4차 산업 혁명에 적합한 인재 양성을 위해 대학이 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있는 시점에서, 본 연구는 제 4차 산업혁명의 중심이라 할 수 있는 IT전공자를 위해 개발된 소프트웨어 및 로봇 관련 수업의 효과를 분석함으로써 시대의 변화에 적합한 대학 수업의 설계와 운영에 대한 시사점을 제공했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

This study focused on the psychological characteristics of viewers watching the video, the effect of the variables of the viewer's self-control and impulsiveness level on the purchase intention was examined. In addition, the relationship between viewers' psychological characteristics and product types was also examined, reflecting that the factors that viewers consider in the purchase decision-making process may vary depending on the product type. As a result of conducting a survey of a total of 214 people, it was confirmed that the group with a low level of self-control or high impulsiveness had a higher purchase intention after watching YouTube videos on specific products than the group without. In addition, it was confirmed that the effect was same when utilitarian product purchase situation is given.

The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of music therapy on enhancing self-awareness and intrinsic motivation among patients with schizophrenia, particularly those experiencing motivational deficits. This study, primarily based on quantitative analyses supplemented by qualitative insights, included six adults (three males and three females) across 8 weekly sessions proactive music activities based on the exploration of musical emotion, each lasting 60 minutes, from October 5 to November 16, 2023. Data collection and analysis focused on the last five sessions, from the fourth to the eighth. Although no statistically significant changes were detected, likely due to the study's short duration, qualitative data from in-depth interviews indicate that music therapy contributed to enhanced motivation and improved self-perception in participants. They demonstrated better emotional articulation, self-awareness, and communication skills, which not only increased their intrinsic motivation but also led to an improved perception of their life quality. Individual variability was noted, however, indicating that these outcomes could differ among participants. These results highlight music therapy's potential as a valuable intervention for enhancing self-awareness and reigniting motivation in individuals with schizophrenia, suggesting a further research to corroborate these findings over longer periods.

The purpose of this study was analyze the characteristics of self-management of the physical activity questionnaire elementary and develop self-management. To do this, from the average student is selected to receive training in physical education gifted students, and to cover up the children who are acting as an athlete in the current schools participated in a variety of students. Professional meetings, inductive categorization, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis conducted, the verification was carried out between different groups discriminant validity for verification. As a result, physical activity self-management factor is the support of the parents of elementary school students, exercise management, life management, interest, self-confidence, support of parents, personal management were six factors determined to be a total of 24 questions. In addition, Gifted children was higher than in all the sub-factors of physical activity self-management in the general child population. As a result, we ensure the validity of the test to diagnose physical activity as a self-managed by first responders schools.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of moral elevation and self control on the relationship between moral identity, character strengths, family strengths, and altruistic behavior in the times of convergence. The collected data were analyzed by SEM. The results of this study were as follows: First, moral self has indirect effect on altruistic behavior through moral elevation and self control in turn, and character strengths, have indirect effect on altruistic behavior through moral elevation and self control and moral elevation, self control in turn, and family strengths have indirect effect on altruistic behavior through self control. Second, it was found that there was a significant gender difference in the structural weights of character strengths and moral elevation.

This study examines the types and characteristics of traumatic events middle-aged women experience and to explore the effects of attachment in the process of post-traumatic growth and forming a self-realization. 221 of participants were middle-aged women from the area of Seoul, Gyeong-Gi and the survey was composed of post-traumatic experience questionnaire, attachment scale, post-traumatic growth scale, self-realization scale. The type and characteristics of traumatic experience by middle-aged women were executed by frequency analysis and correlation with the structural equation model validation was used in order to analyze the relationship between each variable. the major findings are First, the loss of someone close(such as death, breaking up, divorce, breaking off) was reported as something general yet the biggest crisis event, Second, looking at the relationship between attachment, post-traumatic growth and self-realization, the secure parental attachment and spiritual transformation showed the correlation in all subregions except the subvariables of humanity and self-acceptance and Third, the results of Structural Equation Modeling shows that attachment has a static effect on post-traumatic growth and self-realization, and post-traumatic growth appeared to be the mediating factor of attachment and self-realization.

In this study we investigated magnetism and magnetostriction of B2-structured FeX (X = Al, Si, Ni, Ga, Ge, and Sn) using a first-principles method, in order to survey the possibility of developing a transition metal based magnetostriction material. The Full-potential Linearized Augmented Plane Wave method was employed for solving the Kohn-Sham equation within the generalized gradient approximation for exchange-correlation interaction between electrons. FeX alloys are stabilized in ferromagnetic states except for the FeSi and FeGe alloys. Magnetostrcition coefficients of FeX (X = Al, Ni, Ga, and Sn) were calculated to be -5, +6, -84, -522ppm, respectively. It is noteworthy that the magnetostriction coefficient (-522ppm) of FeSn is larger than that (+400ppm) of Gafenol.
