This study was to develop improving vocational basic skill program and content which are basic of instruction-learning ability for the vocational education substantiality. To pursue this goal, 'self-development capability' among vocational basic skills was developed through the research methodology and procedure. The interpersonal relation capability was selected as one of vocational basic skill areas when it was more effective by e-learning contents through literature review, expert conference etc. The self-development capability can be self-control and development under performing business tasks. In this study, self-development capability was programmed a interpersonal scheme, a cooperative capability, a leadership capability, a conflict management, negotiation capability, and a customer service capability. Especially this program was developed as a form of e-Learning contents focusing on improving problem solving under real case using multimedia strategies such as movies, simulation, game.

본 연구는 산업체 임직원 및 오산대학 교수들이 학생들에게 우선 요구하는 직업기초역량이 무엇이고, 우리나라 대학들에서는 이러한 직업기초역량을 향상시키기 위해 어떤 노력을 기울이고 있는지를 파악하여, 향후 오산대학 재학생의 직업기초역량 향상 방안을 모색, 이를 대학의 정책에 반영하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 정승환(2005)이 개발한 직업기초능력 진단지를 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정하여 각 학과에 협조문과 함께 배포하여 이를 회수하였다. 그리하여 설문에 응한 총 292명의 산업체 임직원 및 51명의 교수들 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 한편, 우리나라 대학들에서 재학생의 직업기초역량 향상을 위해 어떤 노력을 하고 있는지를 문헌 등을 통해 분석하였다. 조사결과, 첫째, 각 직업기초역량별 하위 항목들에 대한 중요도 대비 현재수준을 통해 개발이 요구되는 직업기초역량을 산업체 임직원들의 담당업무별로 알아본 결과, 사무 관리직은 '자기개발 관리능력', '문제해결능력', 그리고 영업서비스직은 '문제해결능력', '자기개발 관리능력'을, 기술 생산직도 '문제해결능력', '자기개발 관리능력'을 기타 업무의 경우도 '문제해결능력', '자기개발 관리능력'을 부족한 역량으로 꼽았다. 둘째, 교수들이 속한 학과의 계열별로 볼 때, 공학계열은 '기획능력', '자기개발 관리능력', '문제해결능력', '비즈니스 예절'을 그리고 인문사회계열은 '자기개발 관리능력', '기획능력', '문제해결능력', '비즈니스예절', '직업윤리'를, 기타 계열은 '문제해결능력', '기획능력', '직업윤리', 자기개발 관리능력', '정보능력'의 순으로 부족한 역량으로 꼽았다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 오산대학 각 계열 재학생들에게 우선 요구되는 직업기초역량 둥에 대해 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of individual characteristics of college students on the basic skills of the profession. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of personal characteristics of college students on self - development ability was significantly influenced by outward personality (.423) at p <.001 level. Second, introspective personality (p <.05, ${\beta}=.268$) and outward personality (p <.001, ${\beta}=5.862$) had a significant effect on the information ability and $R^2=.389$ showed an explanatory power of 38.9%. Third, personal characteristics did not have a statistically significant effect on interpersonal abilities. Fourth, personal characteristics are related to self - development ability and outward personality (.144), self - development ability and information ability (.201), self - development ability and introvert personality (.120) There is a correlation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job characteristics on the basic competence of the upper and lower group through the diagnosis of the basic competence of individual characteristics and to verify the effectiveness of the study.

Recently human resources who have core competencies are regarded as an important factor in the labor market. However, there are few limitation about instruments to measure university students' core competencies. Recognizing this limitation, this study aimed to develop and validate the tests that could measure core competencies of students in universities. Among NCS core competencies, this study primarily focused on the self-development skill, organizational skill and resources management skill. This study concluded the proper definition of core competencies for university students, sub factors of 3 domains and questionnaire and validated its measurement. Implications of this study were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of self-development competency on employment readiness for job achievement of women's university students and to enhance the recruiting rate of female students ultimately. This paper classified the factors of self-development competency and employment readiness and defined a new research model. This study is meaningful what self-development competency is actually helpful for female undergraduates to get a job. Both self-recognition skill and self-control skill have positive primary effects on their career development skills in self-development competency. Career development skills has a positive secondary effect on not only their goal setting for job seeking but also their searching for job information. This paper suggests that career development skills is of paramount importance so as to improve employment readiness. It is expected that executable education policies and cases can be more developed on the basis of this study.

The objective of this study was to prepare the baseline data for vocational key competence of radiologists by analyzing the communication skills, problem-solving skills, self-development capability, interpersonal skills, and vocational ethics, which are required by NCS job descriptions for radiologists, of college students majoring in radiology. This study surveyed 79 sophomore and junior college students majoring in radiology at S University from Nov 19 to Nov 30, 2018, using questionnaires and analyzed the levels of vocational key competencies. The analysis results of vocational key competences levels showed that the level of interpersonal skills was the highest (71.2 points for juniors and 74.9 points for seniors). The levels of problem-solving skills and self-development capability were low. Conflict management capability, which is a sub-domain of interpersonal skills, was 77.5 and 80.5 points for juniors and seniors, respectively, which were the highest, while leadership ability was the lowest. When the sub-domains of self-development capability were analyzed, self-recognition capability was the highest (70.0 points for juniors and 74.8 points for seniors) and the career development capability was the lowest. Colleges are required to develop a customized regular curriculum that is well-linked to the clinic in order to improve the vocational key competencies required by the NCS job description to prepare for the blind hiring process. Colleges also put efforts to educate radiologists who can actively cope with rapidly changing medical environment by running various non-regular programs.

It is important that students have the ability to prepare, practice, and reflect their mathematics learning. This study defines the self-directed learning ability based on Vygotsky. We consider the components of self-directed learning in aspects of motivation, learning strategy, and metacognition, and analyse 10 factors of self-directed learning ability Thus we develop the self-directed mathematics learning test, which is tested by factor analysis.

Strengthening self-directed learning ability is established as one of the goals of gifted education in Korea. In addition, it should be noted that self-directed learning can be realized in variety of ways as favorable conditions and environments are fostered to provide gifted education utilizing program. in the recent days. But, gifted learning programs for programming are programmed for information gifted student. Therefore, we have analyzed in this study the effects of improvement on self-directed learning ability of mathematically gifted student through class utilizing app inventor program for self-directed learning ability. Built up from the 4th and 5th grade to elementary math one class for gifted children complete by making math quiz, we use the app inventor to activity. The result of experiment showed very significant difference in the post-survey to less than .002 in the pre-survey in terms of three domains, which are intrinsic motivation, the openness of learning opportunities and autonomy which corresponds to sub-elements of self-directed learning ability. We could verify from the result of the study that mathematically gifted student learning program utilizing app development activity have positive effects on self-directed learning ability of mathematically gifted students.

The purpose of this study was to suggest efficient method for development of learner's self-directed learning ability through literature review on self-directed learning, component of self-directed learning, development of self-directed learning ability, design education steps adopting problem based learning and project based learning. This study was conducted through literature review on self-directed learning and development of self-directed learning, design education. Design education and project based learning process and problem based learning to extract the items that are common to bring out five steps, and differences in levels of learners based on self-learning led to Grow(1991) model to connect the lessons of 9 steps present the design education steps, that is, the learners ready for learning, the definition of problem and recognition of necessity, team building, related data collection, team learning about real problem with the teacher, select optimal solution, student-centered discussion, models and product creation, testing and evaluation, complement.

This study was conducted to investigate learning motivation, communication skill, academic self-efficacy which influence self-directed learning ability in nursing students. A total of 194 second year students were recruited from nursing department in Gwangju. Structured questionnaire was self-administrated from November 2 to 30, 2015. In self-directed learning ability, there were significant differences in gender, personality disposition, applied motivation, satisfaction on major, satisfaction of campus life, and school grade. In multiple regression analysis, learning motivation, communication skill, academic self-efficacy, satisfaction on major and school grade were significant factors of self-directed learning ability explaining 53.1% of the variables. In conclusion, to enhance self-directed learning ability for nursing students, it is necessary to develop program and curriculum for increasing learning motivation, communication skill, and academic self-efficacy.
