Purposes: The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of each activity in the high school students (568 students) after school career education (Career and vocation, Curriculum-related career education, Special lecture related to career, Entrance exam session, Career psychology test, Internet lecture), and then to analyze the career decision-making self-efficacy of the items Goal selection, Job information, Problem solving and Future plan by high, middle, and low group. Methods: Questionnaires administered to subjects after career education counseling education. Results: Career decision - making self - efficacy was significantly higher in the high group than in the middle and low groups in the goal selection, job information, problem-solving and future planning by the educational satisfaction on career and vocation, curriculum-related lectures, entrance examination session (p<.001). The level of satisfaction of special career lectures was in the order of low group> high group> middle group in career decision self - efficacy, and the values of high and low groups were significantly higher than those of the middle group. The effect of satisfaction on career decision self - efficiency in Career psychological examination education was in the order of top> middle> low groups in goal choice and job information, and the high group values were significantly higher than the middle and low groups. In the problem solving and future planning, there was a difference between high, middle, and low group values, but there was no significant difference. The effect of the satisfaction of the internet course on the career decision self - efficacy was not significant, but there was a difference between the high, middle, and low groups. Satisfaction with the internet course was low and did not affect the decision - making self - efficacy significantly. Conclusion: The higher the satisfaction of career education, the higher self - determination efficacy of goal selection, job information, problem solving and future plan. This study suggests the direction of career education.
There are 17 cyber universities granted by the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Department. Most of them have Design department and their educational purpose is practical education. However, their educational process is limited of teaching how to operate computer or production tools and has not offered practical training to students for pre-designer. But it does not mean that students in cyber university are lacking in capability of design. About hundreds of students will graduate from cyber university with a certificate of the completion of a design course on February in 2005. They look for achievement contrary to negatively social view. Because according to the record of 2004 Multi-media major in Seoul Digital University, 73% of them has worked in design field. The purpose of Cyber university is not to instruct a designer but do a lifelong education. I studied how to educate students in cyber university. In other words, I researched an educational methodology in cyber university for practical skill in design, an educational effect in various design contents, an educational process for current designers and beginners, a required education in reality, an limitation of online and an unique contents for design education. And then, I discussed how students in cyber university accept the value of design in online contents and improve their design abilities.
In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, enhancing achievement evaluation based on process oriented instruction is essential. It assists human growth both cognitively and mentally. The purpose of this study is to analyze current condition of high school achievement evaluation in Daejeon region for enhancing English class based on achievement Assessment. Analyzing high school achievement evaluation plans as well as analyzing items of paper and pencil test using TELL program was conducted. Reanalysis of global citizen theme-based English according to core achievement standard was performed. The questionnaire was analyzed using the SPSS Win 20.0 Program to figure out significant difference of instructional method, the rate of students' grade improvement, English class related to the state of career recognition. T-test, ANOVA was performed to determine if there was a difference between the individual instructional variables. The research result is designed to construct or develop English class based on achievement evaluation while providing each high school with the result of current state of high school achievement evaluation. Specific characteristics of individual achievement result was conducted in terms of analyzing distribution of answer sheet response in order to be used as information for managing each high school achievement evaluation.
In this paper, we analyzed the freshmen's achievements on general mathematics their GPA based on 'basic mathematics diagonal test score' among college entrance types in natural science or engineering. Also, we studied the achievements of students who were not passed the 'Basic Mathematics Diagonal Test (BMDT)' and had to take supplementary lessons to improve their mathematics abilities four times a week during the first semester of academic year 2012 in Mokpo National University. We found the followings; first, freshmen were accepted by the university through the regular admission have a higher level of academic achievement compared other type admission. Second, freshmen's academic achievement in the first semester has significant meaningful effect on their academic achievement in the second semester. Finally, there are correlations between achievements of general mathematics and a curriculum of freshmen who were passed test after taking supplementary lessons.
Low-salted Kochuzang was made by the replacement of a part of NaCl with 4% ethanol as the preservative. Comparative analysis were performed for general components in 7 kinds of low-salted Kochuzang. The activities of ${\alpha}-and{\beta}-amylase$ and protease were high in ripened Kochuzang of low salt concentration in case of addition of alcohol. The changes of total sugar and pH were remarkably decreased when alcohol and salt were added. Total acid contents showed a remarkable increase when alcohol was not added, and in case of salt concentration. Total nitrogen contents were not remarkably changed, but the contents of amino nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were increased in case of low salt conuntration with alcohol. Reducing sugar contents were increased in case of low salt concentration and alcohol added. Alcohol contents were not remarkably changed in case of addition of alcohol, but when alcohol was not added and low salt concentration they showed a remarkable increase(about 2.2%). A good Kochuzang may be produced by adding 4% alcohol to a low salted one (5.1% content in Kochuzang) in seventy days of the fermentation.

The purpose of this study is to review and draw lessons from the case of Family and Consumer Sciences(FCS) curriculums in Ohio and to provide implications to the designing of HE elective courses for high schools in Korea. For this, 19 curriculum documents that are available from the website of the Ohio Ministry of Education were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were drawn: First, following the example of the Ohio Pathway which was developed in consideration of the characteristics of the field, college admission, student's interests, and the societal change, it is recommended that Korean HE curriculum consider developing HE Pathway that reflects the characteristics of Korean HE education system. Second, Ohio's FCS curriculum offers a well-structured system consisting of total 18 courses and contents within the four broad FCS Pathway themes. Thus, it is suggested that the Korean Home Economics Education Association organize a task force to develop 'HE Pathways'-'College majors'-'Elective career focused courses', and student-centered career exploratory elective courses focusing on the students' needs. Third, it is necessary for HE teachers and professors to newly develop basic elective courses which lays the foundation for understanding of Home Economics and help students to follow advanced HE elective courses. Lastly, there is a need for designing career-focused elective courses that can provide practical resources for the college admission process by interviewing college admission officers, education specialists, career counselors, college admission specialists, home economic professors and teachers.

In this study, we investigated how scientists and teachers engaged in mentoring program are conducting research ethics education and how they are creating an ethical educational environment. A questionnaire survey was given to 32 scientists and 44 teachers conducting mentoring programs for gifted high school students. In the content of research ethics education, most of the respondents opined that they should teach against falsification, plagiarism, and fabrication. Teachers were most likely to teach ethical decision-making in each step of the research process. Most of the scientists said that they should teach how to write research note. For the difficulties, the teachers pointed out the challenging system that focuses only on college entrance exams while the scientists answered that it was difficult to recognize research ethics as the problem of the students themselves. For the teachers, the most affective factor in creating an ethical research environment is the amount of time to teach research ethics while for the scientists, it is the ethics of the mentors. For creating an ethical research environment, the teachers responded with making an atmosphere wherein failure is tolerated, and the scientists responded with increasing the degrees of freedom in results. For the difficulties of creating an ethical research environment, the teachers were constrained by research time while the scientists were pressured about the results. These results provide implications for ways to teach research ethics and for ways to create an ethical research environment in the mentoring program for science-gifted students.

This study was attempted to identify the current status of education of gerontological nursing at nursing colleges across the country and to check whether 19 senior nursing competencies suggested by the American Association of Nursing Colleges are reflected in the courses. The subjects of this study were 198 nursing education institutions accredited by KABONE, and each university's website, department homepage, university handbook, admission-related information, curriculum table, and syllabus were collected and analyzed through an internet search engine. The collected syllabus and the most recent curriculum table of the elderly nursing course were checked and analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The current status of gerontological nursing management was presented by calculating the frequency and percentage, and the educational contents presented in the syllabus were analyzed based on 19 geriatric nursing competencies presented by AACN. 185 institutions (93.43%) operated the geriatric nursing subjects, 98 institutions (49.49%) offered theory subject, and 84 institutions (42.42%) offered both theory and practice. In the case of compulsory majors, 52.92% had the most, 27.84% for the first semester of the 4th year, and 53.54% for 2 credits. As a result of analyzing the lesson plan, communication-related educational competency was included in 40% of cases. As AACN gerontological nursing competency 'effective information provision ability for the elderly', 'ethical and non-coercive decision-making', 'care without restraint', 'safe and effective transition across levels of care' was not included in the education content. In conclusion, gerontological nursing education has been focused on disease, and effective information provision capabilities including communication with the elderly need to be reflected.
In the age of population cliff, an aggressive entrance exam strategy for the development of excellent human resources for beauty is very important for the survival of beauty departments and universities. Therefore, for the purpose of in-depth trend analysis of department names and affiliated departments that reflect department characteristics as well as external department promotion tools, we investigated and analyzed department affiliated departments and department titles in 2020 targeting the Beauty Department of Central University. As a result of the study, the departments belonging to each of the four regions had the most beauty arts department (28.57%) and health department (50.00%). In Daejeon, beauty design (37.5%) was the most, and in Chungcheong, beauty care, beauty cosmetics, and medical beauty care (11.11%) were the most. Through this study, it will be possible to analyze the overall characterization trend of the Department of Beauty, and it will be used as an important basic data to suggest the future direction of the department when the departments are merged or separated in the future. In addition, I believe that it will provide a foothold for follow-up research on the curriculum for each department or the change of department name by year.
The geochemical characteristics including minerals, major and trace elements chemistries of the Proterozoic, Jurassic and Cretaceous granites in Korea are systematically summarized and intended to decipher the origin and crystallization process in connection with the tectonic evolution. The granites in Korea are classified into three different ages of the granites with their own distinctive geochemical patterns: 1) Proterozoic granitoids; 2) Jurassic granites(cratonic and mobile belt); 3) Cretaceous-Tertiary granites. The Proterozoic granite gneisses (I-type and ilmenite-series) formed by metamorphism of the geochemically evolved granite protolith. The Proterozoic granites (S-type and ilmenite-series) produced by remobilization of sialic crust. The Jurassic granites (S-type and ilmenite-series) were mainly formed by partial melting of crustal materials, possibly metasedimentary rocks. The Cretaceous granites (I-type and magnetite-series) formed by fractional crystallization of parental magmas from the igneous protolith in the lower crust or upper mantle. The low temperature ($315{\sim}430^{\circ}C$) and small temperature variations (${\pm}20{\sim}30^{\circ}C$) in the cessation of exsolution of perthites for the Proterozoic and Jurassic granites might have been caused by slow cooling of the granites under regional metamorphic regime. The high ($520^{\circ}C$) and large temperature variations (${\pm}110^{\circ}C$) of perthites for the Cretaceous granites postulate that the rapid cooling of the granitic magma. In terms of the oxygen fugacity during the feldspar crystallization in the granite magmas, the Jurassic mobile belt granites were crystallized in the lowest oxygen fugacity condition among the Korean granites, whereas the Cretaceous granites in the Gyeongsang basin at the high oxygen fugacity condition. The Jurassic mobile belt granites are located at the Ogcheon Fold Belt, resulting by closing-collision situation such as compressional tectonic setting, and emplaced into a Kata-Mesozonal ductile crust. The Jurassic cratonic granites might be more evolved either during intrusion through thick crust or owing to lower degree of partial melting in comparison with the mobile belt granites. The Cretaceous granites are possibly comparable with a continental margin of Andinotype. Subduction of the Kula-Pacific ridge provided sufficient heat and water to trigger remelting at various subcrustal and lower crustal igneous protoliths.
