임상추론은 환자를 평가하고 관리하는데 사용되는 임상가의 필수적인 생각 또는 동적인 인지과정이라고 할 수 있다. 임상추론은 환자의 문제를 인식하고 식별하며 더 나은 환자관리가 이루어지도록 환자의 상태에 대처하며 정보를 해석하고 분석하는 것으로서 이를 위해 임상가는 적절한 지식을 가지고 있어야 하며 임상추론 기술과 관련된 폭넓은 이해가 요구된다. 임상추론은 치료사, 환자, 그리고 환경간의 상호관계를 가진 복잡한 과정으로 임상추론과정에서 치료사와 환자간에는 충분한 협조가 이루어져야 한다. 임상추론에서의 해석적 모델로는 진단적 추론, 상호작용의 추론, 이야기적 추론, 협조적 추론, 예언적 추론, 윤리적 추론, 추론의 교육 등이 제시된다. 임상추론 과정에서 필수적인 주요 요소는 충분한 지식, 인지와 초인지 기술을 포함하며 이들 요소는 치료사와 환자간의 관계에서 발달되어야 한다. 이들 기술 중에 어떠한 실수라도 임상추론의 오류를 초래할 수 있다. 추론에서 오류의 원인으로는 암시된 정보의 잘못된 인지, 임상페턴에 대한 지식부족, 특정 상태에 대해 알려진 사실을 잘못 적용하는 경우를 들 수 있다. 오류는 임상추론 과정의 어떤 단계에서도 일어날 수 있으므로 효과적인 학습전략을 통하여 이들 오류를 예방할 수 있을 것이다.

국내 제약산업의 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위해서는 신약의 심사/허가 기간을 단축시켜 급변하게 변하는 글로벌 제약시장에서 경쟁 우위적 위치를 선점할 수 있도록 기회를 제공할 수 있도록 체계 개선이 시급하다. 신약허가를 위해서는 임상시험 결과에 대한 안전성과 유효성 등에 대한 심사가 수행되게 된다. 하지만 현재 신약허가를 위해서 제약사와 임상시험수탁기관(Contract Research Organization, CRO)에서 데이터 정보체계인 Domain, Variable 및 Parameter 등의 표준을 따르지 않고 다양한 유형의 임상정보데이터를 심사기관에 제출하고 있어 이로 인한 심사기간 증가와 심사업무 비효율성을 야기시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제민간기구인 CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium)에서 제정한 글로벌 임상데이터 표준인 CDISC 표준을 준용한 국내 임상시험정보관리 체계 (eCTD 시스템)및 의약품 전주기적 관리체계를 제시하고자 하며, 본 연구를 통한 기대효과로는 국제표준의 임상정보관리 인프라 구축으로 인한 국내 신약개발 및 해외 진출 환경을 마련하여 글로벌 시장선점의 기회를 제공할 수 있고, 규제기관 차원에서는 의약품 허가, 심사업무의 효율성 증가는 물론 전주기적 의약품 안전관리체계를 마련할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Clinical experiment is a set of experience to help student acquire technic, attitude and knowledge by participating in the clinical work. The radiotechnologists who are employed in departments of radiology serve as clinical instructors. Their responsibilities include teaching students them to become competent radiotechnologist. Clinical instructors often have no formal preparation in teaching student. The purpose of this study is to review some principals that will help clinical instructors support and foster the professional development of student radiotechnologists. The clinical instructor should be able to identify the qualities of instructor, the characteristics of feedback and use facillitation skills when is evaluated student performance. And the survey was performed to evaluate the satisfaction of student participated in clinical experiment, the purpose of this research is to fine the problems and improvements in clinical experiment of student radiotechnologist in Korea.

Film is all about people. Characters in films represent the worldviews and perspectives on "people" of film directors. Lee Chang-Dong, Lim Sang-Soo, These are the directors who concentrate on "persona" in their films, but in turn, they see it at unique and distinctive angles. Director Lee Chang-Dong seeks for innocence as the core of humanity and hopes to recover it in his films. On the other hand, director Lim Sang-Soo keeps his sarcastic and nihilistic stances towards human nature, claiming that we are just mere beings who "happen to" be living and staying at our time in history. This paper examines the contrasting views on 'human nature' of the two directors, which are uniquely explored in the films , of Lee Chang-dong and , , of Lim Sang-soo respectively. What is the true human nature that each of these two directors wants to imbue his films with and how different are their perspectives?

The purpose of this study was to test the effects of simulation practice education on clinical judgment, self-confidence, and clinical performance ability of nursing student. This study used a one group, pre-post test design. The subject of this study were 45 second grade nursing students who participated in the simulation practice education. Data were collected before and after the simulation practice education using the questionnaire. As a result of this research, the improvements of the clinical judgment, self-confidence, and clinical performance ability were statistically significant. Therefore, the simulation practice education has a positive effect on nursing students in terms of the clinical judgment, self-confidence, and clinical performance ability.

정보화사회에서 필수적인 사회간접자본으로 간주되고 있는 지리정보체계는 국토공간의 효율적인 이용 및 관리, 재해예방 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 특히, 전 국토의 2/3 이상을 차지하고 있는 산림은 환경적 가치의 확산에 따라 산림정보의 체계적인 관리를 위해 지리정보체계의 활용이 급증하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수치사진측량 방법을 이용하여 수치임상도의 효율적인 수정 및 갱신방법을 제시하였고, 이를 실제작업에 적용함으로서 적합성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 연구 대상지역의 항공사진 영상과 IKONOS 위성영상을 이용하여 수치임상도를 갱신함으로서 임상의 판독정확도, 임상의 위치 정확도, 에피폴라영상 제작과정에서 소요되는 제작시간 및 제작 숙련도, 제작비용 등을 비교, 분석함으로서 사용되는 수치영상의 적합성 여부를 판단하였다. 이러한 비교 결과를 토대로 위성영상을 이용하는 방법이 기존의 방법이나 항공사진을 이용한 방법에 비해 보다 효과적인 방법임을 판단할 수 있었으며, 고해상도 위성영상을 이용한 임상도 제작 및 갱신방법이 항공사진이 갖는 판독상의 문제점과 제작과정의 복잡함을 보완할 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study investigates the current situation of medical technologists for blood collection, which is considered the most important step for diagnosis. The survey enrolled 650 medical technologists working in hospitals and medical check centers in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam. We found that each medical technologist performed blood collection for about 100 patients. There was more than one blood collection failure per day, with more than one case of pain and filing of civil complaints per year. Hence, there was a high work burden on the medical technologists. Cases where a medical technologist was stabbed with a used needle occurred more than once a year, and about 15% of them received infection control and treatment because of stab wounds. Additionally, more than half of the participants suffered from musculoskeletal disorders and mental stress due to blood collection work. Unlike administering intravenous and intramuscular injections using the same needle, no fee is charged for blood collection. Based on the results of this study, it will be possible to improve the safety and rights of medical technologists by calculating the actual fee for blood collection work and assigning a relative value score.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the exhaustion of emotional intelligence of clinical dental hygienist and to improve the quality of customer service and effective management of clinical dental hygienist. The results of the study were as follows: 394 clinical dental hygienists working in Jeollabukdo from February 6 to May 31, 2017. Clinical dental hygienist's emotional intelligence showed a significant negative correlation with burnout(r=-.623, p<.001). Self emotion appraisal, others' emotion appraisal, and use of emotion were found to be related factors to exhaustion of clinical dental hygienist..Based on the results of this study, it would be necessary to develop programs to improve the emotional intelligence of clinical dental hygienists, to reduce burnout and to improve the work efficiency of clinical dental hygienists.

목적 : 본 연구는 감기에 대한 한약제제 임상시험을 수행하고 평가하는 데 보편적인 원칙을 제공하는 가이드라인 개발과정 및 내용을 소개하여 가이드라인 활용성 및 접근성을 높이고자 한다. 방법 : 임상시험 가이드라인 개발을 위해 총 9인으로 이루어진 위원회를 구성하고, 전반적인 절차를 수립하였다. 먼저, 가이드라인 집필위원회에서 관련된 국내외 가이드라인을 고찰하고, 감기에 대한 최신 임상시험 논문을 분석하여 초안을 완성하였다. 이후 대한한방내과학회 소속 전문가 자문위원회 검토 및 8인의 전문가로 구성된 협의회 자문을 통해 최종 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 결과 : 본 가이드라인은 (1) 일반적 사항 (2) 유효성 평가 기준 (3) 유효성 평가 방법 (4) 시험 대상자 선정 (5) 임상시험 설계 (6) 안전성 평가 (7) 감기 치료에서의 병용요법 (8) 한의학적 고려 사항의 8가지 범주로 나뉘어진다. 최종 개발된 가이드라인은 한의약임상시험센터 협의회와 대한한방내과학회의 인증을 득하였다. 결론 : 본 가이드라인은 감기 치료를 위한 임상시험을 수행하고 평가하는 데 유용하게 사용될 것이며, 이를 통해 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 이끌어내고 정확한 해석을 용이하게 할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. 또한 추후 해당 가이드라인 개정 및 관련된 호흡기질환 가이드라인 개발 과정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

국내 신약 1호를 기다리며, 현재 우리나라의 임상시험 현 주소와 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향에 관하여 한번쯤 검토하고, 어떻게 임상시험의 수준을 선진국 수준으로 끌어올릴 수 있는지 검토할 필요가 있다. 졔약 산업은 요즘 한창 주가를 높이고 있는 정보 통신 분야 만큼이나 고부가가치 산업이다. 때문에 정부의 주도하에 제약 기업 부설연구소 및 정부출연구소에서 의약품 개발과 관련한 연구 수행 과제 중 신약 개발 연구과제가 약 200여 가지나 되며, 이중 임상시험 단계가 10과제로 현재 임상시험이 진행되고 있다. 따라서 머지않아 이러한 노력에 대한 결실을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 특히, 신약 개발은 인류의 건강, 복지와 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있으며, 기초 학문과 응용 분야의 접목이 필수적인 분야이다. 그러나, 하나의 신약을 개발하기 위해서는 평균 12년이라는 긴 세월의 개발 기간과 약 1,800억이라는 천문학적인 비용이 소요되기 때문에 쉽게 투자하지 못하는 산업이기도 하다. 때문에 잠시 한 걸음 옆에서 첨단 산업 분야로 신약 개발을 계속 추진하여야 할지 고민할 필요가 있다. 우리에게 이러한 자본, 인력, 시간이 충분치 않기 때문이다. 아마도 선진국으로 진입하기 위한 커다란 관문일지도 모른다. 하지만 포기할 수 없는 산업이기 때문에 어떻게 하면 우리의 목적을 달성할 수 있는지 그 방안을 모색하는 것이 현 상황에 대한 올바른 판단일 것이다.
