IP 네트워크(공중망)에 새로운 네트워크 기술들의 결합, 예를 들면 IP-USN, IP-Mesh, IP-PLC 등의 이종 네트워크가 생겨나면서 이러한 네트워크를 안전하게 관리하기 위한 보안 기술의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 기존 IP 네트워크가 가지는 다양하고 견고한 보안 기술들이 이종 네트워크에 그대로 사용될 수 없으면서 생겨나는 문제 중 PKI 기반 인프라를 적용할 수 없다는 것이 가장 현실적이고 중요한 문제로 여겨지고 있다. 이러한 문제로 인해, 새로운 네트워크 기술들은 주로 내부에서 사용하는 대칭키 방식의 암호화, 복호화만을 정의하고 있다. 공개키 방식을 사용할 수 없는 가장 큰 이유는 인증기관에서 발급되는 인증서 중심의 인프라를 사용할 수 없기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 이종 네트워크 환경에서 비인증서 기반의 공개키를 활용하는 보안키 관리 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 신원기반 공개키 개념을 도입하여 적용하였으며, 디바이스간 인증을 위한 인증 티켓 방식 및 보안키의 유효범위를 정하고 이를 활용하여 보다 안전한 네트워크 환경을 구축할 수 있는 방안들을 제시하였다.

The information technology paradigm has been shift to smart service environment, as ubiquitous technology is used in the latest industry trend. The convergency between industry facilities and ubiquitous technologies accelerate related studies and technologies because of increasing accident prevention and decreasing cost. However, ubiquitous technologies are not used to life environment and industry facilities, because those technologies did not consider industry domain characteristics by means of developing IT technology for common environment until now. This paper aims to develop wireless city gas safety management system, which provide efficient service, and establish the field oriented wireless data transmission infrastructure in order to use ubiquitous technology to city gas facilities.

Cloud computing technology for the company's IT infrastructure, reduce the maintenance burden and the company's IT technology to achieve cost savings through innovation in the high field of economic expectations. In particular, cloud computing monitoring system based on the Android is maturing necessary operational solutions in the IT infrastructure environments. Therefore, in this paper, cloud computing environment in terms of user management and real-time server check the situation in case of abnormalities Android phones are sent through the reality of sulfur and this situation of the server administrator to remotely diagnose and treatment system and to development a viable technology is applied.

GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) based land transportation infrastructure system is consists of receiving station and central station. The functions of the central system include receiving station's data gathering and decoding, carrier correction and integrity information generated, transmission of data in real-time. In general, The central station architecture should take into account various important points relating to hardware/software of system, data archiving and checking, availability and continuity of operation, etc. There is a fundamental need for a generic design capable of being used in any situation. Also, There is need to develop an expandable and interoperable central station architecture. In this paper, the process of design and manufacture and verification will be introduced.

오늘날 기업의 인터넷 활용상태를 보면 인터넷을 통한 기업내의 인트라넷(Intranet), 기업간의 엑스트라넷(Extranet)이 활발하게 구축되고 있으며, 전자상거래 시도를 촉진하는 매개체로서의 역할도 충실하게 수행하고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷 환경에서 전자상거래가 활성화를 이루면서 웹사이트의 시스템을 제대로 구축하고자 하는 노력이 시도되었으며, 그 적용범위 및 가능성이 증대되었다. 기업의 입장에서 보면, 인터넷상의 모든 기업이 경쟁자가 되므로, 생존을 위한 더욱 치밀한 기술 및 기법이 필요하다. 전 세계의 고객으로부터 정보사용 수준에 관한 요구가 쇄도할 수 있으며, 그 요구는 현재의 수준보다 훨씬 다양한 형태로 나타날 수 있다. 이러한 고객의 욕구를 만족시키기 위해서는 단순한 정보를 제시하는 것에서 벗어나 전문지식을 이용한 웹사이트 시스템을 개발하는 것이 필연적이다. 이 상황에 적절한 대책 사업인 경남지역 기계산업정보화사업을 중점으로 해서, 그 동안 추진해 온 사업을 앞으로의 전국 대상으로 한 관련된 기업체들을 보다 더 확대 수용할 수 있게 정부차원에서 전략적인 방안이 마련되어야 하겠다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 적용하기 위한 전략적 방안은 국가차원에서 지역특성을 감안한 정보화 사업을 제대로 수행을 해야 한다. 이는 인프라 구축과 더불어 지속적인 사업이 되어야 한다. 대외적인 여세를 대비해 보면, 사업 추진해온 경남지역을 중심으로 한 경남지역의 4,877개 기계산업체를 대상으로 구성된 ASP(Application Service Provider) 기반 인프라를 현실화로 기하기 위해 국가차원에서 지속적으로 지원이 이루어진 여건 하에서 이용업체와 지원기관의 적극적인 협조체제가 이루어져야 만이 다가온 국제적 변화에 대응할 수가 있다는 것이다.

This article reviews the current infrastructure of multi-media network which has significant implications to digital library development and the networked information service. Network information service which is based on the digital technology has become quite popular in recent post-Web environment. But it is not easy and simple to develope digital library system with the rapid media innovation and digital network technology The existed multimedia network infrastructure need to be observed precisely and discussed critically in the context of economy and policy development for digital library service.

u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합해, 도시 생활의 편의증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적인 도시 관리에 의한 안전보장, 신산업 창출 등 도시 기능을 전반적으로 혁신할 수 있는 첨단 정보통신 도시를 의미한다. 최근 자치단체별로 활발하게 추진되고 있는 u-City사업의 성공적인 구현을 위해, 도시 관리의 효율적 운영, 편리하고 신속한 서비스 제공, 발생 가능한 정보의 통합, 각종 기관과의 연계 등을 일원화된 통합조직을 통해 수행할 수 있는 도시통합운영모델과 u-City 정보인프라의 핵심적인 역할(정보의 통합적인 수집 관리 제공)을 수행하는 도시통합운영센터 구현에 대한 관심과 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 이에 대한 구축방법, 운영방안 등에 대한 명확한 기준이 없어 실제로 도시통합운영센터를 구현하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 도시통합운영센터의 성공적인 구현을 통해 도시의 효율적인 통합운영을 달성하기 위해서는 도시통합운영센터 구축 운영 방안 수립과 함께 도시통합운영모델의 개발이 수반되어야 하며, 이에 앞서 무엇보다 도시운영에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 바탕으로 도시통합운영센터의 표준 업무 프로세스 정립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 도시통합운영센터의 표준 업무 프로세스를 구축하기 위한 선행연구로서, 도시통합운영센터 구현에 관련된 주요 이해관계자에 대한 분석을 수행하기 위해 도시통합운영센터 u-City 서비스를 선정하고, 운영방식 (센터 통합운영, 지자체 연계를 통한 센터통합운영, 개별운영)에 따라 분류하였다.

To a developing country, the advancement of economic status through informatization is an important element contributing to the local society, nation, and to the global world. This research paper is a study on application of Korea's local informatization successful model to Indonesia. Through activated interaction between enterprises and policy makers from Korea and Indonesia, the research paper seeks to create research based network and provide opportunities of information access and business matching to local informatized and e-business enterprises. In research adopted regions, Indonesia's pekalongan region where infra is settled to certain extent by city development project is selected. Therefore, investigating on pekalongan's current geographical, humanistic status quo, and infra, the paper suggest a road map to customized pekalongan's local informatization based on Korean local informatizing successful model.

The linkages between agricultural research and extension are important to enhance farmers' competence. The objectives of the study were to explore the linkage between research and extension for the family farm. Data including quantitative and qualitative were obtained from the key actors about the public management regarding linkage which were the method, the topic of the agricultural technology dissemination, and the agricultural research topics. Results show that the main structural problems of the agricultural technology dissemination were technical support services, credit services, and farm planning and infrastructure deficit. Furthermore, as for the topics or content of agricultural technology dissemination, organic agriculture, soil management and conservation, agricultural credit, organizational strengthening, marketing, participatory research, dissemination of technology, equipment, infrastructure and agricultural mechanization were preferred.

In this study, we developed a OBE(On Board Equipment) system in which moving cars communicate directly each other to exchange traffic information. this system achieved by using DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication). this technology can improve the fidelity of collected information by transferring current state information from a moving car to center in real time. As a consequence of it, moving cars can be offer information service of hight quality even in a shadow zone. and also, in addition to basic ETC function for toll payment, using our newly developed system, delivering traffic information and providing additive service like GPS can be achieved by car-to-car direct communication within shadow areas without additional infra-structure.
