Everyday demand of wireless internet is increasing. Security problem is certainly resolved for wireless internet activation. Especially problem is only wiretap in mobile communication with voice, but problems, user authentication, data integrity guarantee etc., are resolved in data-services that have commercial transaction over simple data information service such bill, banking. Necessity of wireless PKI that can offer security service likely in wired environment is requested for offering security service in wireless environment. For offering security services, confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation etc, that of offered in wired environment in wireless environment, first it must construct wireless PKI infrastructure and do service activity. This paper analyze various wireless internet technology for offering safe wireless internet service and wireless PH standards. Performance Result of this paper expect activity of safe wireless PH service and activity of electronic commercial transaction used wireless internet such banking service, bill transaction, online shopping.

Many countless services form using the Internet technology of things, in order to provide a variety of services in the current also many institutions, have created a new technology and protocols. In this paper, we design the resource service model for the efficient service provided by the system for controlling access to the Internet services of the things, to implement. The resources of the service that the user tries to access modeled using LCRS (Left Child-Right Sibling) tree, by utilizing the service token resource, it is possible to perform access control to services.

초고속 유선 인터넷 서비스의 성숙된 시장환경에서 이동중에도 인터넷 서비스를 제공 받으려는 사용자의요구가 증가되고 있으며, 이러한 요구를 수용하기 위한 기술로서 휴대인터넷이 주목 받고 있다. 본 고에서는 휴대 인터넷의 표준화 동향을 중심으로 서비스 실현을 위해 고려되어야 하는 요소기술과 연구개발이 진행되고 있는 외국의 휴대인터넷 기술사례에 대하여 살펴보고, 한국전자통신연구원과 통신업체(제조업체 및 통신사업자)들이 협력하여 연구 개발중인 초고속 휴대인터넷(High-Speed Portable Internet: HPi) 시스템의 구조 및 기능을 중심으로 기술한다.

현재 국내 인터 넷 상용망은 케이티(KORNET), (주)데이콤(BORANET), (주)온세통신(Shinbiro), 하나로통신(hananet), (주)두루넷(Thrunet), (주)엔터프라이즈 네트웍스(CNGIDC), 에스케이텔레콤(SKSpeedNet), 드림라인(DreamX), (주)파워콤(POWERCOMM)등 78개 업체가 인터넷 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 인터넷 서비스 사업자는 1998년도에 총 ISP수가 25개이고 2001년도 99개였으며, 2003년도에는 78개로 약간 감소 추세인 것으로 보여진다. 전국적인 인터넷 기간망 사업자를 대상으로 인터넷 망 구축기술과 규모, 제공되는 서비스현황 등을 한국전산원이 발간할 2004인터넷백서를 근간으로 하여 알아본다.(중략)

본 연구에서는 한국과 중국의 휴대폰 사용자를 대상으로 무선인터넷 서비스 사용자의 특성(성, 나이, 직업)에 따라 컨텐츠 선호 유형이 달라지는가를 실증적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 유무선 인터넷 컨텐츠와 관련한 기존문헌들을 중심으로 무선인터넷 서비스 사용자의 인구통계학적 특성 및 무선인터넷 컨텐츠 유형을 도출 및 정의하였다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 한국과 중국의 휴대폰 사용자에게 설문지를 의뢰함으로써 다양한 통계분석을 실시하였다.

In this study, we propose the multiple VoIP service networks for P2P network environments based on portable internet. We found that voiceservice using portable internet is possible for real time services. After we designe the multiple VoIP service networks for P2P network environments based on portable internet, evaluate the performances. from the performance evaluations, we found satisfactory results and so we can expect the possibility of the portable internet services.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 IT의 눈부신 발전과 더불어 언제, 어디서나, 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 인터넷을 사용할 수 있도록 하는 사회적 요구가 구체화 되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 부응하고자 국내에서는 200km 이상의 빠른 속도로 이동 중에 있더라도 초고속인터넷이나 방송 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 위성/무선통신 연동 초고속인터넷 시스템기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같이 개발된 연동시스템을 국내 고속철도(KTX)에 적용하여 서비스를 제공할 때, 관련 시설투자에 대한 경제적 타당성을 검토하고자 한다. 경제성 분석을 위해 현재 유럽에서 이미 제공되고 있는 고속철도 인터넷 서비스를 조사하였고, 국내 고속철의 특성을 감안하여 필요시설과 장비의 항목별 비용분석을 수행하였다. 해외 사례와 비행기 등의 다른 운송수단에서 예상되는 수요 및 요금 수준에 근거하여 고속철도 인터넷서비스 매출을 시나리오별로 산정하였으며, 각각에 대한 순현재가와 수익률을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 하여 위성/무선통신 연동 시스템 기술 개발에 대한 경제적 타당성을 도출할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공 시 마케팅자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

인터넷 가치사슬구조상 많은 서비스가 융합된 형태로 제공되고 있다. 컨버전스 환경에서 필수 요소인 사업자간 협력은 매우 중요하고, 인터넷전화 및 IP-TV 등의 신규 서비스는 POTS(기존 전화 서비스: Plain Old Telephone Service) 보다 더 직접적이고 활발한 사업자간 협력을 필요로 하다. 따라서 향후 인터넷 산업생태계 전체의 균형적 발전을 위해서는 망 이용대가를 포함하여 참여하는 사업자간 공정하고 합리적인 수익배분 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 인터넷 망 이용대가 산정에 관해 논의하고자 한다. 주로 원가 중심적 접근, 이전가격 이론, 수익 배분 등 이용대가 산정에 응용될 수 있는 다양한 이론적 접근법에 관해 다루게 될 것이다. 더불어 관련 연구동향 및 논의 의슈, 인터넷 망의 구조 및 사업구도 분석 등의 내용도 논의 대상에 포함된다.

This paper is related to the optimal pricing of Internet Backbone Services that are differentiated according to the size of the bandwidth required for applications with different quality sensitivities, Itdiscusses IBP (Internet Backbone Provider) optimal nonlinear pricing process in the presence of a congestion externality in addition to strategic behavior by users. In this scenario, the quality of service provided may reach its socially optimal level irrespective of strategic behavior by users and may be independent of the characteristics of the applications delivered over the Internet.
