인터넷 중독이란 인터넷의 게임, 음란물, 커뮤니티, 쇼핑 등을 무절제하게 과다하게 사용하므로 자율적인 통제가 불가능한 증세를 의미하며 최근 성인은 물론이고 청소년 계층의 인터넷 중독 인구가 증가되고 있다. 기존 인터넷 진단 도구는 설문조사를 이용한 것으로 설문 응답자의 주관적 판단이나 고의적인 거짓 등으로 응답오차가 생기며, 이로 인한 진단 결과 및 분석 결과의 신뢰성이 낮다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 인터넷 사용 데이터를 바탕으로 인터넷 중독을 진단하는 데이터 마이닝을 이용한 인터넷 중독 진단기법을 개발하고, 시뮬레이션 데이터를 이용하여 성능평가를 수행하였다. 성능평가 결과 인터넷 중독 분류 및 중독 점수 예측 모두 MLP를 이용한 경우가 우수한 성능을 보였다.

In this study, we investigate the individual-, parents-, and family-related variables affecting the internet overuse of adolescents by the gender, school grades and school systems, which is based on surveys of 480 students in the middle and high school, employing multiple regression analysis. Major findings are as follows. 1. In the case of male students, internet use was higher when the students are playing online games more often, when the students are under stress, or when they have lower self control. In the case of female students, internet use was higher when the students are playing online games more often or when the students are visiting pornographic sites more often. 2. In the case of middle school students, internet use was higher when the students play online games more often, when they use file downloads more often, when they have lower self control, or when they have parents who are setting lesser rules on the students' internet use. In the case of high school students, internet use was higher when they play online games more often, when they engage in internet club activities more actively, when they have lower self control, when they use e-mails less frequently, when they have fathers with better internet ability, or when they are under parents' strict control. 3. In the case of academic high school students, internet use was higher when they play online games more often, when they engage in internet club activities more actively, when they visit pornographic sites more often, when they have lower self control, when they have mothers with poor internet ability, when they use e-mails less frequently, or when they have fewer number of close friends. In the cases of vocational high school students, internet use was higher when they play online games more often, when they are under more stress, when they get better grades, when they have fathers with better internet ability, when they are under parents' strict control, or when they have lower self control.

인터넷과 기타 휴대용 PC등이 발전하고 보편화됨에 따라 인터넷 이용이 편리해짐은 좋지만 비대면성, 비익명성, 비 국경성 등 인터넷의 이러한 특성상 사이버 범죄들이 나날이 다양해지고 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 사이버 범죄 중에서도 스토킹, 원조교제의 수단, 몰래카메라, 사이버음란물 유통 등 각종 신종 성폭력이 심각해지고 있어 사회문제로 끈임 없이 등장하고 있다. 현실세계에서의 성폭력과 마찬가지로 피해자가 느끼는 성적 수치심이나 심적 고통은 피해자의 자아에 깊은 상처를 남기며 더 나아가 왜곡된 성문화를 정착 시키는 새로운 사회적 문제로 작용한다는 점에서 사이버성폭력의 심각성과 문제는 오프라인상의 성폭력범죄에 비해 결코 뒤지지 않을 것이다. 물론 이러한 범죄들에 대한 처벌 조항들은 있다. 그러나 이런 것들이 있음에도 사이버상의 성폭력은 근절되지 않고 있다. 이것은 법적인 조치의 강화를 요구하는 동시에 인터넷을 사용하는 네티즌 스스로의 적극적 대처를 요구하는 것이기도 하다.

This study aims to analyze the social and legal status of Internet personal broadcasting in Korea and propose the direction of personal broadcasting regulation based on overseas regulatory laws and the media characteristics of Internet broadcasting. The influence of Internet personal broadcasting has increasing, and social and legal problems such as pornography and fake news have also growing. In the absence of legal regulations on personal broadcasting on the Internet, academia is also discussing relevant legislation and policies at a general level of analysis. In addition, the current study argues that new legislative research is needed to respond to the rapidly changing media environment and to cope with the newly introduced Internet broadcasting content and platforms. The findings suggest that freedom of expression is a significant value, yet obscene materials for minors should be thoroughly regulated, and that internet personal broadcasting should be regulated to the minimum extent through self-regulation guidelines through cooperation between councils and related agencies or businesses. The significance of the current study indicates that it proposed the practical and concrete laws for the improvement of the quality of Internet personal broadcasting content, the establishment of new broadcasting policies for fair and diverse content development, and the efficient and fair regulation of personal broadcasting content.

This paper proposes on the technical blocking method of Internet harmful pornographic sites which is the most Internet negative-function. At Present, most technical methods based on web sites back-searching or words filtering for blocking the pornographic Internet sites have limitations. For this, this paper proposes the acoustic and image based blocking method for filtering harmful Internet sites. For this, sexual main body parts are extracted by texture analysis and curve fitting. Also acoustic signals are analyzed using pratt tool and auto-correlation function is adopted for matching between prototype signals and test signals. Finally, the effectiveness of this paper is demostrated by several experiments.

인터넷을 잘 활용하면 생활에 유용한 도구가 될 수 있으며, 인간관계의 폭도 늘릴 수 있고, 다양한 활동을 통한 경험을 쌓을 수 있다. 그러나 한편으로 게임이나 통신 중독, 음란물 유통 등의 정보화 역기능을 일으키기도 한다. 자라나는 청소년들이 건전하게 인터넷을 활용하기 위해서는 부모의 관심과 지도가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 부모가 정보통신기술 및 정보통신윤리에 대해 알아야 한다. 본 논문에서는 자녀 지도를 위한 학부모의 역할에 관심을 갖고 실제 설문을 통해 효율적인 학부모 정보통신 윤리 교육의 내용과 방법을 제시하였다.

This study reviewed and ascertained policy researches relating to the Internet in the field of communication. With using a meta-analysis, this study attempts to classify 44 academic papers from 2000 to 2009 by research theme, methodology, theoretic rationale, related sub-theme, and targeted service and area. It is found that the themes of preceding researches examined herein were limited to the 4th domain in Developmental Model of Media Research. Such researches mainly relied on exploratory studies and only a few of them addressed theoretic rationales. Also, most of Internet regulation discussions focused on content regulation and general internet service. Lastly, researchers discussed laws having bearing on the Internet and social-cultural issues of the Internet.

컴퓨터와 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발달은 우리생활 전반에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 정보통신 기술은 순기능 못지않게 많은 역기능을 가지고 있다. 이러한 정보화 사회에서 정보통신기술을 활용하여 초등학교 고학년 학생들의 성인식 향상을 살펴보고 사이버 공간에서의 음란물이나 성 폭력물에 접속하는 것을 스스로 제어할 수 있는 의식 향상을 위해 성윤리 의식 실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과를 근거로 초등학교 학생들부터 인터넷을 통한 성윤리의식을 강조하는 교육이 이루어져야 하겠다.

정보통신에 관련된 영역들은 매우 빠른 속도로 발전해 오고 있다. 하지만 이에 비해 정보에 관련한 의식과 윤리는 그 속도와 발전을 따라가지 못하는 지체 현상을 보이고 있다. 특히, 성장기의 청소년들이 인터넷 중독증상을 보이며 각종 음란물이나 폭력 게임, 욕설과 바이러스에 무차별적으로 노출되어 있으며, 혼자만의 밀폐된 공간의 사이버 중독 환자들이 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고교에서 발생하는 사이버 중독문제와 이에 연관된 정보통신윤리교육 문제를 다루고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 광주지역 고등학생들의 정보통신 윤리 교육의 실태를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 바람직한 지도 방법을 연구해 보고자 한다.
