Effect of Leisure & Recreation Liberal Art Lecture in the University on Leisure Attitude (대학·여가 레크리에이션 이론수업이 수강생의 여가태도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to exam the effect of the leisure lecture on the class participants' leisure attitude. To achieve the purpose, a experiment method was performed. The167 subjects for this experiment were extracted from two leisure lectures of a university located in north Chungcheong province. With those subjects, a leisure lecture was operated for two hours in a week for fifteen weeks. To collect data, Ragheb & Beard[22]'s LAS(Leisure Attitude Scale) was used. The scale was used twice for the subjects. The first was tested at the beginning of first lecture and the second was at the last lecture. The collected data was analyzed with paired t-test by SPSS 12.0 program for Windows. The results proved that the leisure lecture affected on the subjects' all four sub-factors(cognitive, affective, intent, behavioral) of leisure attitude. Furthermore, the effect of the lecture was different by sex and grade.

The Effect of Leisure Constraint on Leisure Attitude of Workers (직장인들의 여가제약이 여가태도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand which factors affect on the leisure constraint and leisure attitude of workers, to observe how the factors of leisure constraints affect on the leisure attitude. The subjects of this study were 267 urban workers who are older than 20 years old and resident in Seoul. The periods of this study was from November 15 to December 5. The modified versions of leisure constraint scale and leisure attitude scale were utilized for this study. The results of this study are as follows : First, as a result to compare the average of leisure constraint factors, intrapersonal constraint, which are individual mental status as interest, self-consciousness, uneasiness et at., was founded generally less than interpersonal constraints as personal relationship for leisure activity, or structural constraints as financial, time, information et at., Secondly, it was found that interpersonal constraint was statistically different in age, and that structural constraint was statistically different in sex, education, health status, marital status, income, and career. Thirdly, there were statistically different in cognitive leisure attitude, feeling leisure attitude, and behavioral leisure attitude according to the average monthly income and career. But, it was found that marital status and the five-day workweek system were not statistically different in 3 leisure attitude factors. Finally, 3 leisure constraint factors(intrapersonal, interpersonal, structural) had statistically significant effect on cognitive leisure attitude. Also, intrapersonal leisure constraint and interpersonal leisure constraint had statistically significant effect on feeling leisure attitude and behavioral leisure attitude

The Effect of Retirement Attitude of Middle-aged Employees on Retirement Preparation and Job Satisfaction (중년직장인의 퇴직태도가 퇴직준비와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This thesis is a study to verify whether the attitude toward retirement perceived by middle-aged workers has a significant effect on retirement preparation and job satisfaction for middle-aged workers in their 40s to 50s working in Seoul and the metropolitan area. As a result, it was found that the forced frustration during the retirement attitude of middle-aged workers had a significant negative (-) effect only on the finances and family of retirement preparation. A new start was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on all sub-variables of retirement preparation. In the second hypothesis, the influence of job satisfaction, it was found that old-age breaks and new start of retirement attitude had a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. As a result, it can be seen that the attitude toward retirement of middle-aged workers who are about to retire has a significant influence on retirement preparation and job satisfaction.

An Evaluation of the Student Performance and Perception of the Food and Nutrition Subject in the Elementary School Curriculum in Incheon, Korea (실과의 식품영양 단원에 관한 교사 학생의 인지 및 학생의 지식, 태도, 기능간의 상관 연구 -인천직할시 공립국민학교를 중심으로-)

  • 본 연구는 국민학교 실과 과목의 식품 영양 단원에 관한 교사, 학생의 인지 및 학생의 지식, 태도, 기능 평가를 위하여 71개 인천시내 공립 국민학교 4,5,6학년 교사 510명과 12개교학생 1,754명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 내용을 분석한 것으로 연구의 목적은 1)실과의 정해진 교육목표에 관한 교사의 인지정도 규명 2)식품, 영양 단원에서 교사가 중요하다고 인지하는 내용과 가르치기에 어려움을 느끼는 내용 규명 3)교사가 인지하는 식품영양 단원학습을 증진하기 위한 요소 4) 학생들이 흥미를 느끼는 내용 5)본 단원 학습 후 학생의 지식, 태도, 기능 정도 6)지식, 태도 기능간의 상호 상관관계 규명 등이며 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 교사들이 인지하는 실과의 정해진 교육목표는 거의 모두가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 2. 교사들이 인지하는 식품 영양 단원의 중요한 내용은 영양과 질병과의 관계, 식품위생, 식품저장 등이며, 가장 중요하지 않은 내용으로는 영양 필요량이었다. 또한, 지도에 어려움을 느끼는 내용은 영양 필요량, 조리준비, 식품구성/함유량 등이며 어려움을 느끼지 않는 내용은 영양과 질병과의 관계, 식품위생, 식품저장 등이었다. 3. 교사가 인지하는 단원 학습 증진을 위한 긍정적 요소는 적합한 실습설비와 자료, 시청가자료등이었고 부정적 요소는 남교사, 실험 실습이 필요한 부분은 숙제로 미루는 것 등이었다. 4. 학생들이 흥미를 느끼는 내용으로는 간단한 음식 만들기, 영양소의 기능, 영양문제 등이었고, 쥬스나 차 준비, 조리연료, 부엌용구 사용법 등은 흥미를 느끼지 못하는 내용이었다. 5. 학생의 학업성취 중 지식은 4학년이 식품위생, 기초식품군이, 5학년은 알맞은 조리용구, 조리원리, 6학년은 여가활용의 뜻, 올바른 예절 등이 90% 이상 바르게 답하였고 5학년의 삶은 달걀의 화학적 변화, 감자의 주된 영양 등은 60%이하였다. 6 태도 테스트 결과는 5학년이 4,6학년보다 약간 높은정도(Mn=3.653) 였으나 기능테스트에서는 4학년이 5,6학년보다 약간 낮게 (Mn=3.0) 나타났다(구체적인 것은 본문 참조). 7, 4, 5, 6학년 모두 지식, 태도 기능 간에 정적 상관을 나타내었는데 특히 태도와 기능 사이에는 4학년 r=.7166, 5학년 r=.5175, 6학년 r=.6796을 나타내었고 지시과 태도(4학년 r=.1546, 5학년 r=.0872, 6학년 r=.2192)와 지식과 기능사이에서는 (4학년 r=.1631, 5학년 r=.0585, 6학년 r=.2521)태도와 기능간보다 약한 상관관계를 보였다.

Development of the Reading Attitudes Test Tool for Children (아동의 독서태도 검사도구 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a test tool that can be measured in various aspects for the reading attitudes of children. For that it was set the configuration based on the preceding reading attitude survey and models and tacit knowledge of attitude toward reading and wrote the questions for reading attitudes. It conducted a primary and secondary test for elementary school students in grades 4-6 to verify the validity and reliability of measurement tools. 8 factors of the reading attitudes measurement tool were extracted through exploratory factor analysis and it described 66.29% of total variable. the r-value for inter-item consistency about reading attitudes were above 0.4 on all questions. The Cronbach ${\alpha}$-value of reliability coefficient about reading attitudes measurement tool was 0.950. Therefore Reading attitude test tool have reading usefulness, reading efficacy, leisure, stiumulation, flow, expression, study, assertiveness as sub factors of reading attitude has been shown that it can serve as a useful tool for measuring various aspects of the reading attitude for children.

A Study on self-integration and frontal lobe cognitive of Leisure Activity Participants in the elderly welfare center (노인복지관 여가활동 참여자의 자아통합감과 전두엽인지기능에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between self - integration and frontal cognitive function in the welfare center users. The data were collected on January 18-30, 2018. 120 people in the M city, has participated in more than 65 years older. data were analyzed using frequency, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVAs, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed that current satisfaction of welfare center users is statistically different from 'attitude toward life', 'acceptance of lifetime', 'satisfaction of present life' of ego integrity. Self - integration sense showed 28.3% explanatory power in current life. Effect of prefrontal cognitive function in accordance with the partner showed a 16.1% explanatory power This study suggests the necessity of policy and program development for the elderly community life to improve self - integration and frontal cognitive function in old age.

The Structural Relationship among Physical Self-Efficacy, Depression and Ego Integrity (여가스포츠 참여노인의 신체적 자기효능감, 우울감 및 자아통합감의 구조적 관계)

  • The objective of this study is to examine the structural relations between physical self-efficacy, depression, and ego-integrity among the elderly (60 years and older) currently participating in leisure sports. In addition, since the variables affecting ego integrity are presented in a multidimensional manner, it is very important to examine the cause and effect of the variables from an integrated perspective. To achieve this objective, 427 senior citizens attending the leisure sports program of a seniors center were assigned as the research subjects. For the structural equation modeling performed in the study, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted for each variable, and direct, indirect, and total effects were estimated. The model fit is based on TLI, CFI, and RMSEA, and both the fit of the measurement model and the fit of the research model satisfy the criterion. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, in the results of verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, all the variables of physical self-efficacy, depression, and ego-integrity were suitable. Second, the perceived physical ability had positive effects on depression, current life satisfaction, wise life, and attitude toward life, whereas the physical self-expression confidence had positive effects on current life satisfaction and attitude toward life, but negative effects on acceptance of the past life. Lastly, depression had negative effects on current life satisfaction. The results showed that the elderly identified the integrated relationship of physical self - efficacy, depression, and self-integration.

  • The aims of this article are analyzing the job of healthy family supporter for culture work and understanding their core and development competency. As a result, the primary job of healthy family supporter for culture work is planning culture and volunteer work with family program, their core competencies are understanding of daily life and culture, interpersonal skills, creative thinking, problem-solving and social skills and development competencies are planning and evaluation program, word processing skill, creative thinking and problem-solving.
