멀티미디어 시스템에 있어서 제공하는 영상 콘텐츠의 화질은 우선적으로 보장되어야 할 요소이다. 화질에 최적화된 시스템을 설계하고 평가하기 위해서는 화질의 측정 기술이 필수적인데, 기존의 신호 기반 화질 평가가 갖는 한계 때문에 최근에는 시청자가 실제로 인지하는 화질을 평가하는 기술의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히 UHD 시대에는 단순 화질뿐만 아니라 실감성 등의 인지적 요소도 주목을 받고 있기 때문이다. 본 글에서는 인지 화질 측정에 관련된 기술 동향을 살펴보고, UHD의 인지 화질 측정 관련 최신 연구를 살펴본다.

최근 부족한 무선자원을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 인지 무선 기술이 큰 관심을 받고 있고 필요한 핵심요소 기술에 대한 연구가 집중적으로 이루어 지고 있다. 이에 따라, 실제 인지 무선 단말의 전송을 제어하고 네트워크를 관리하는 정책기반 인지무선 네트워킹 기술에 대한 연구 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 인지 무선 네트워크에서 동작하는 단말은 동적으로 변화하는 무선 환경에서도 단말의 행동을 규제하는 정책을 기반으로 기회적 전송을 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 변화하는 무선 환경 조건에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 동적 정책 관리 및 제어 기술이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본고에서는 정책 기반 인지 무선 네트워크에서 정책 표현의 확장성을 고려한 정책 기술 언어 동향과 동적 정책 구성 및 적용을 지원하는 정책 기반 인지 무선 네트워크 시스템 구조 기술 동향을 소개한다.

Social commerce is a combination of social media and shopping. Social commerce, based on Web 2.0 technologies, has the various potentials, which is the factor attracting customers. In Korea, collegians are more active user of social media, in turn, are estimated more active customer in social commerce context. Present research explored what made Korean collegians use social commerce with extending technology acceptance model(TAM) with word-of-mouth(WOM) and perceived enjoyment(PE). We found that WOM affected indirectly the intention to use(ITU) with mediating PE, in turn, PE has a positive effect on the all of constructs in TAM. Accordingly, TAM extended with WOM and PE is validated in social commerce context. Finally, based on the findings, implications and suggestions for future studies are discussed.

Recently, ultra-wideband(UWB) technology based on the transmission of short duration pulses has gained much interest for its application to wireless communications. Various wireless communication and wireless broadcast will require more efficient use of frequency. Cognitive radio technology is an intelligent technology which can sense the spectrum environment and adaptively adjust the parameters for wireless transmission. In this paper, by using Cognitive UWB, the spectrum efficiency of the transmission channels is largely improved, and the interference between the other systems can be effectively avoided.

This paper alms to analyze gender sensitiveness of national R&D projects-in the field of health- in Korea and to find a new policy which can enhance gender sensitiveness. From the gender sensitive perspective, the gender unbalanced participation in scientific research should be reconsidered, and the result of research also has to be gender balanced. In advanced countries such as european countries or United states, gender sensitive research are enforced in various ways. The NIH developed guidelines on the inclusion of women in clinical research, while the Health Canada invented a new evaluation tool of gender sensitiveness in researches. The analysis of gender sensitiveness in korean national R&D programmes showed that low number of women researchers involved in national R&D programmes, one gender oriented research subjects, and ignorance of women's specific interest in research programmes should be reconsidered and changed. In order to Improve the korean situation, not only a selection process, but also an evaluation process of performed programmes should be developed and implemented.

IT 디바이스, 컴퓨터 등의 인지능력 향상 기능을 가진 전자기기의 혁신적인 발전과 사용으로 현대인간의 인지능력은 수백 년 전 인간에 비하여 크게 확대되었다. 그러나 이러한 인지향상 기기들은 아직까지는 대부분 인간의 몸에 휴대한 상태로 사용되고 있으며 인간의 신체와 일체화되거나 스며들어 자연스럽게 융합접속되어 있지 않다. 만일 인지향상 기능을 갖는 정보통신 전자기기들이 인간의 몸과 일체화되어 활용할 수 있다면 인간의 인지능력은 상상을 초월할 정도로 향상될 것이다. 본 고에서는 이러한 인간인지의 향상을 목적으로 하는 인지향상 융합기술 개념에 대해 간략하게 소개하고 인지향상 융합기술의 사례와 전망에 대하여 살펴보았다.

In an advanced computer and information network technologies, users are rapidly approaching environment in which information will be created, delivered, managed and stored, using vastly different methods to traditional pap r based systems. Information seeking behavior contains not only physical access, but also cognitive process in which reading, viewing, analyzing, reasoning etc. The most Important factor determining the usability of electronic documents is cognitive process. But, currently Navigation tools for using electronic documents depend on physical searching without considering cognitive process. Therefore, this study examined feasibility of using overal cognitive process in developing navigation tools. Six cognitive process style have been analyzed to find common skill of information seeking process. Also this study suggests skills that needs to introduce to functions of navigation tool, such as searching, filtering, visualization, traversal, content structure.

This study, through the potential research variables constituting smartphine shopping utilization, affects to some extent the social relevance and rapid adaptability of technology according to the cognitive age level perceived by customers. Research hypotheses and research models were established and tested to verify the research results on how they affect brand loyalty within the segmented market to which they belong. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, it was verified through the degree of casual relationship between smartphone shopping usage and potential research variables of innovation, convenience, usefulness, and hedonism that compose it, on the cognitive age level. Second, according to the cognitive age level perceived by customers themselves, it was verified through the degree of casual relationship between the mediators of social relevance and technology quick adaptability. Third, the casual relationship between social relevance, technology quick adaptability, and brand loyalty was verified according to the cognitive age level. Fourth, a theoretical study was conducted on the conceptual and operational definitions of the research variables of the research model of this study.

본 논문은 분석가들에게 Naive Geography에 기반 한 형상 추출기술과 상식적 공간추론 기술을 제공하는 문제 해결 환경인 NG Analyst의 개발 사례에 대해 다뤘다. 지형과 각각의 객체에 대한 구성 정보는 분산된 지형공간의 지식을 사실적으로 묘사하는 추론집합에 의해 표현되며 사용자가 형상정보를 인지적으로 이해할 수 있도록 3차원으로 표현한다. 여러 그래픽 적인 요소들로 표현된 Naive Geography 정보들은 분석가들에게 실세계의 공간과 객체들을 유사하게 구성하여 제공함으로서 직관적으로 이해하고 상호작용 할 수 있는 문제 해결 환경을 제공한다.

RFID 기술은 우리 생활에 편의를 도모해 주고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, RFID 기술은 소비자들의 프라이버시 문제를 유발할 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에, 소비자들은 RFID 기술의 수용에 있어 적극적인 자세를 견지하는데 한계가 존재한다. RFID 기술수용에 대해 소비자들의 수용 형태는 개인의 인지 스타일에 따라 다양하게 나타난다. 실제로 소비자들 중 도전적이고, 새로움을 추구하고, 기술에 대한 이해가 높은 소비자들의 RFID 기술 수용은 그렇지 않은 소비자에 비해 높게 나타날 것이다. 이러한 소비자의 RFID 수용에 대한 사전 인지는 기업 측면에서 마케팅 전략 수립에 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 RFID 기술 수용에 있어 인지 스타일 측면에서의 수용 차이를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 RFID 기술 수용에 대한 소비자의 차별적 수용 특성을 제시해 주어, 소비자의 RFID 기술 수용 활성화에 유용한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.
