Antecedents of Mobile Commerce Satisfaction and Outcomes: Empirical Test (모바일 커머스 사용 만족의 선행요인과 결과에 대한 연구)

  • Traditional commerce has transformed into electronic commerce, then, mobile commerce again plays a critical role in diversifying different types of business. Although the fast changing of mobile commerce as an emerging channel of communication in business, not many studies address why consumers stay on mobile commerce and how they are influenced and influence other consumers. In this study, we investigate the impact of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation on customers' satisfaction and its results. We adopt the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), value-satisfaction theories, and other motivation studies in developing theoretical framework. We then synthesize these theoretical approaches to conceptualize mobile customers' behavior. Specifically, we postulate cognitive beliefs that influence customers' satisfaction with mobile commerce, and, in turn, significantly contribute to the spread of positive word-of-mouth. The current research model and its results could provide a rigorous basis for understanding customers' behavior in wireless contexts.

Antecedents of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Job Performance in Public Organizations (공공기관 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과의 선행요인에 관한 실증 연구)

  • As the level of people's demand for service quality provided by public institutions increases, interest in improving organizational effectiveness of internal members is increasing. In this context, this study aims to identify the predisposing factors affecting the job satisfaction and perceived job performance of public institution members. In this study, public service motivation, work autonomy, and person-system fit were presented as antecedents to verify the organizational effectiveness, and the results were tested by regression analysis. As a result, all three antecedents have significant effects on job satisfaction and perceived job performance. Public service motivation, work autonomy has a relatively higher impact on job satisfaction. On the other hand, person-system fit has a relatively higher influence on perceived job performance. In particular, the results of this study confirmed that PSM theory is consistent with the main trends and is significant in organizations created through artificial integration. This result suggests the need to maintain the effectiveness of the public organization in the future due to the change of integration of public organizations.

  • 본 연구는 상호작용성의 속성과 이용자에게 주어진 통제력에 따라 상호작용성을 4 가지 차원으로 나누고, 이것이 어떤 경로를 거쳐 이용자 만족에 이르는지를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 상호작용성을 최적화하는 킬러 콘텐츠로 e 러닝을 선정하고, 상호작용성에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 서비스, 콘텐츠, 미디어 품질을 도출 하였으며, 상호작용성과 이용자 만족을 매개하는 변인으로 사회적 현존감과 인지적 몰입을 포함하는 연구모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impacts of individual factors, such as demographic characteristics, personality types and cognitive styles, on job satisfaction of university librarians. The study further investigated the relationships and interaction effects among those factors. Three independent variables examined were demographic characteristics (sex, age, year at work, and position), personality types (Type A and Type B), and cognitive styles (Held-dependence and Held-independence). The dependent varilable was the level of job satisfaction. five factors that affect the level of job satisfaction were the nature of work, salary level promotion practices, supervision style, and the relationships with co-wokers. The number of subjects participated in the study was 166 university librarians working in Pusan area. The SPSSWIN package was used for statistical analysis.

  • Attitude of librarian's Job satisfaction was shown differently by individual characteristic, personality, and cognitive structure in the same circumstance. This means that it is related to the personal psychological difference and subjective thinking. The purpose of this study is to analyze the psychological difference of libraians, especially their Cognitive style and to know what acts the difference and effect in Job satisfaction. The methodology of the study is a suvey of 160 librarians in 11 academic libraries at Pusan. The results are as fellows. In General, they were satisfied with ph than the normal level ane the most dissatisfied with promotion. They had no difference of Cognitive style with a demographic characteristics, had a similar difference with job satisfation, and the older and the higher position peoples were satisfied with thou ph. Cognitive style firly effect at the ph satisfation. Field dependence librarians are more satisfied with their job than field independence librarians. Field independence librarians are oppropriate to technical Services and field dependence librarians are more oppropriate for public services. In conclusion, they demonstrated that it Is very important to consider each psychological difference with cognitive style.

Perceived Interaction in Online Classes and Technology Acceptance Model to Student Satisfaction (원격교육환경에서 기술수용모델과 상호(相互)작용이 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper examines an augmented technology acceptance model, which includes perceived interaction as a mediator in the relationships between the technology acceptance model (perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness) and student satisfaction in online classes, and its impact on student satisfaction. Data has been collected from 842 undergraduate students in online universities. The data is analyzed by using factor analysis and structural equation modeling techniques. The results demonstrate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived interaction serve as predictors for student satisfaction in online classes. Perceived usefulness has a positive relationship with perceived interaction while perceived ease of use has no effect on interaction.

The Effect of Care Workers' Assistance Services on Behavioral Changes of the Elderly (요양보호사의 지원서비스가 노인의 행동변화에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of care workers' assistance services on behavioral changes of the elderly. To achieve this, a survey was carried out on 100 elderly people, who receive the services from care workers in J area-based elderly care facilities, and elderly patient families. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of care workers' assistance services on the elderly's satisfaction of physical activities showed that the nursing and caregiving services have a significant positive effect on their satisfaction of physical activities(p<.05). Second, the effect of care workers' assistance services on the elderly's satisfaction of psycho-emotional activities showed that the caregiving services have a significant positive effect on their satisfaction of psycho-emotional activities(p<.01). Third, the effect of care workers' assistance services on the elderly's satisfaction of social cognition activities showed that the caregiving services have a significant positive effect on their satisfaction of social cognition activities(p<.01). Consequently, if the elderly receive the repetitive and continuous nursing and caregiving service in the limit that is forced to deteriorate the elderly's physical, psychological and cognitive development, and slow down their activities, there will be changes and promotion in their physical, psychological and cognitive behaviors. In other words, it is of use in that care workers' continuous assistance services can improve the elderly's life, driven by the changes of their physical, psychological and cognitive behaviors.

The Effects of Perceived Justice of Service Recovery Efforts on the Customer Relationship Performance in Mobile Social Commerce (모바일 소셜 커머스에서 서비스 회복 노력의 공정성이 대고객 관계성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper aims to examine the effects of perceived justice of service recovery efforts on the customer relationship performance in mobile social commerce. To this end, we classified cognitive-affective trusts and post-recovery satisfaction into the customer relationship performance. This research employs a field survey of customers who experienced service failures in mobile social commerce and a covariance structural model analysis in order to test hypotheses of our research model. The findings present that all justices of service recovery efforts positively affect the cognitive trust, whereas the only procedural justice significantly influences the affective trust. In addition, the results show that cognitive-affective trusts have a positive effect on the post-recovery satisfaction. Our results suggest practical implications that are used to help managers maintain and improve relations with the customers who experienced service failures and to increase the post-recovery satisfaction.

직무성과에 대한 인지적 및 비인지적 능력의 영향: 대학생의 학업성과를 중심으로

  • 조직이나 기업에서 높은 수준의 직무 성과는 뛰어난 지적 능력과 더불어 다른 요소들의 영향에 의해 결정된다고 광범위하게 인식되고 있다. 따라서 인사선발시 인지적인 능력뿐만이 아니라 성격과 같은 비인지적 능력을 평가하는 시도가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이를 실증적으로 검증하고자 수행되었다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 서울지역에서 재학 중인 대학생 (n=260) 을 대상으로 하여 인지적 능력은 입학성적으로, 비인적 능력은 Big Five 성격 특성으로, 직무성과는 학업성과(예, 학업평점, 대학 및 학과에 대한 만족도, 동아리 활동, 등) 로 각각 측정하여 이들의 관계성을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 인지적 능력과 더불어 Big Five 성격 특성 중 성실성과 개방성이 다양한 학업성과와 상관관계를 보여주었다. 본 연구는 추가적으로, 학업성과 중 동아리 활동이 대학생활의 만족도와 상관관계가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 결과는 인사선발 과정에서 지원자의 잠재적 직무성과를 예측할 때 지적 능력 같은 인지적 측면뿐만이 아니라 성격과 같은 비인지적 측면을 동시에 고려해야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

  • This study is designed to examine how emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence affect customer satisfaction (social satisfaction, economic satisfaction) and long-term relational orientation of a service provider. The results of the study revealed that both cognitive intelligence of a service provider and economic satisfaction of customers have a positive relationship with longterm relational orientation, while only use and control of emotions except understanding emotions in the self and in others among emotional intelligence of a service provider have a positive, significant effect on social satisfaction of customers. As mentioned above, it can be said that the study is much more significant, at this point where previous studies failed to sufficiently recognize the importance and necessity of studies on emotional intelligence of a service provider. Moreover, the study is expected to provide useful foundations for training and development of employees in the service industry in practice.
