Image-based Unauthorised person detection system using BLE beacons (BLE 비콘을 활용한 영상 기반 비승인자 감지 시스템)

  • 외부인들이 시설을 무단으로 이용하는 등의 범죄가 계속해서 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 시설물에서 사용하고 있는 단순 인증 절차가 아닌 BLE 비콘과 영상데이터를 활용한 비승인자 감지 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 스마트폰 어플리케이션에서 BLE 비콘의 데이터를 받은 후 UUID 값과 RSSI 값을 서버로 전송한다. 이후 전송된 데이터들로 핑거프린팅 기반 RadioMap을 구성하고 RNN 기반 딥러닝 학습을 진행하여 사용자 위치 데이터를 도출한다. CCTV를 통해 수집된 영상데이터는 서버로 전송되며, YOLOv4를 이용하여 객체탐지를 위한 프로세스를 진행한 후 Person 클래스를 추출한다. 이후 승인된 사용자의 위치 데이터에 실시간 영상데이터를 더하여 인증 과정 절차가 진행되지 않은 비승인자들을 추적한다. 본 논문은 COVID-19로 인해 시설물 인증 절차에 사용이 증가하고 있는 QR코드를 이용해 인증 과정 절차의 진행 방식으로 시스템에 대한 확장성까지 기대할 수 있다.

The Study on the Assistance Program for Evaluative Accreditation in terms of Child Care Teacher's and Principal's Position, Certificate Level, Expertise Level (보육시설종사자의 직위와 전문성 발달수준 및 보육교사의 자격에 따른 보육시설 조력활동에 대한 평가의 차이)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the principals' and teachers' assessment about the assistance program for the evaluative accreditation of child care centers. Subjects were 138 teachers and principal who work in private(family) child care center in D and G city. An instrument to survey of this study was 'Assistance Program Evaluation Scale for the Evaluative Accreditation of Child Care Centers'(Nam, 2010) and 'Self-Assessment of Developmental Levels for Kindergarten Teacher'(Baek & Jo, 2004). Data were analyzed by paired t-test and ANOVA With SPSS 18.0 Version. The results of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences in the both 'assistance system category' and 'assistance content category' between child care teacher group and principal group. Second, there were significant differences in the 'assistance content category' between the high group and the low group in expertise level. Third, significant differences were found to exist between a second-grade certificate level of child care teacher and a first-grade certificate level of child care teacher in terms of 'assistance domain'.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the state-of-the-art solar energy system design cases among LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified school projects and to explore the feasibilities for their applications in domestic school design. Investigating the sold wattages in some kinds of buildings, the wattages per an educational facility is the second-largest after that per an industrial facility. That shows that our attention should be actively directed to the utilization of New and Renewable Energy in school facilities. Therefore photovoltaics systems, lighting systems and solarthermal facilities of solar energy systems were analyzed in the LEED cases. Findings demonstrate that applications of solar energy systems in K-12 educational facilities have been executed more than those in higher educational facilities. However, K-12 educational facilities and higher educational facilities by private funds are not categorized as Green Buildings by Support for Making Green Buildings Act. That fact is needed to be amended. Besides that, design developments are needed for building integrated photovoltaics systems and solarthermal facilities in domestic educational facilities.

  • Promoting barrier-free living environments is necessary in residential facilities on which senior citizens rely most of their lives. Safety of elder people can be reassured by a certification system based on the existing barrier-free certification program in public facilities. The range of certification does not cover all living area, but is limited to the bathroom, which is a sanitary space. Given the nature of BIM modeling, an existing multi-family building was selected and modeled, as the certification process requires all the necessary information and various viewport. BIM modeling of the bathroom was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the certification for barrier-free living environment. The results suggested that there is a need for a removal of thresholds, larger doors, better selection of finishing materials, sufficient room for a wheelchair, larger space next to the toilet, and the availability of an emergency bell and grab bars. Such information supports the potentials of BIM modeling, and it is expected that an automated certification system would be established in the foreseeable future.

The Directors' Recognition for the Accreditation System of Child Care Programs (보육시설 평가 인증제도에 관한 시설장의 인식 연구)

  • This research was conducted to develop recommendations for the accreditation system of child care programs in Korea. To assist families in choosing the best child care for their children and to promote excellence in child care settings, an accreditation system of child care programs is necessary. The survey subjects were 262 public, private and corporation child care directors in Seoul, Kyonggi, and Inchon areas. The findings showed that 79.8% of the directors agreed with accreditation systems but they strongly insisted that the necessary time to apply must be well considered with 65.6% of the directors responding that $1{\sim}3\;years$ later was a good time to apply and 37.4% choosing the child care environment as the major area that should be evaluated among the 7 indices of the accreditation system. Most directors were in favor of 7 areas as the indices of accreditation systems while more educated and early childhood education majored directors were more affirmative of the accreditation system.

  • Control and development systems such as air traffic control systems, road traffic systems, and Korea Hydro &Nuclear Power are the infrastructure facilities of the country, and if the malicious hacking attacks proceed, the damage is beyond imagination. In fact, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power has been subjected to a hacking attack, causing internal information to leak and causing social problems. In this study, we analyze the environment of the development control system and analyze the status of the convergence security research, which is a recent issue, and propose a strategy system for stabilizing various power generation control systems and propose countermeasures. We propose a method to normalize and integrate data types from various physical security systems (facilities), IT security systems, access control systems, to control the whole system through convergence authentication, and to detect risks through fusion control.

방산업체 ISMS 인증제도 적용방안 연구

  • 방산업체에 대한 해킹사고 및 방산기밀 유출을 예방하기 위한 보안활동은 방산업체뿐만 아니라 국가안보 차원에서도 매우 중요한 문제다. 반면, 방산업체 대상 보안지원활동은 조직 전체가 아닌 시설 및 정보시스템 중심으로 수행되고 있어 조직 전체적인 정보보호수준을 제고하고 사이버위협에 대한 대응능력을 확충하는데는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 방산업체의 보안수준을 근본적으로 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 대내 외에서 널리 활용되고 있는 ISMS 인증제도를 분석하고 이를 토대로 민간 ISMS에 기반한 방산업체 ISMS 적용방안을 제안한다.
