본 논문은 인용필드 정규화와 인용매칭의 관계에 대한 분석을 제시한다. 인용매칭은 논문에서 수집된 인용레코드의 인용필드들 간의 비교 결과를 조합하여 동일 논문의 참조여부를 판별하여 인용레코드를 군집화한다. 따라서 인용매칭에 성능을 높일 수 있는 인용필드와 인용매칭 성능의 관계에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 인용필드 정규화 및 필드 별 결합에 의하여 인용매칭 성능이 변화하는 것을 보였다. 또한, 인용매칭 성능을 인용필드 유사도와의 관점에서 분석하였다. 앞으로, 인용필드 정규화 및 특성이 인용매칭에 미치는 영향에 대한 이해를 넓혀, 이를 인용매칭에 활용할 수 있으리라 여겨진다.

인용 매칭(Citation Matching, CM)은 동일한 논문을 지칭하는 인용레코드(Citation Record)를 군집화하는 것으로 인용 관계를 가진 사회연계망 구축시 필요한 기술의 하나이다. 인용 매칭의 전단계로써, 인용 레코드를 저자, 논문 제목, 게재지명, 발행연도 등의 필드로 구분하는 인용 필드 분해가 고려될 수 있다. 본 논문은 인용 필드 분해(Citation Field Segmentation, CFS)와 인용 매칭의 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 즉, 인용 필드 분해가 인용 매칭에 필수적인 단계인지를 밝히고 개별 인용 필드가 인용 매칭에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 실험을 통해 인용 필드 분해를 한 인용 매칭(CFS-based CM)이 인용 필드 분해를 적용하지 않은 인용 매칭(CFS-free CM)에 비해 1% 내외의 성능의 차이를 보이므로, 인용매칭의 성능에 크게 영향을 미친다고 보기 어려웠다. 이는 인용 레코드의 서로 다른 필드들 사이에서 어휘 중복 비율이 크게 낮기 때문에 따로 필드를 구별하지 않아도 필드가 구별되는 특성때문이었다.

In this paper, we present the analysis of the fact that normalization and types of citation fields have an effect to the citation matching. Citation matching indicates the series of grouping process for the citation records referring to the same paper. The citation matching combines the comparison results of citation fields, and determines which citation records are the same. For the citation field comparison in the citation matching phase, studies on the normalization and types of citation fields are needed. But they are relatively insufficient when compared with the studies on citation matching methods. In this research, we showed that the citation matching performance was affected by the normalization and types of citation fields. Additionally, we also analyzed the combination of normalized multiple fields. According to the experimental result, the citation field had the overall performance improvement through a normalization, and the performance mode differently showed up at the citation field type.

인용 분석은 정보 검색 위주의 단순 학술정보 서비스를 고도화시킬 기회를 제공한다. 그렇지만, 대부분의 연구가 커뮤니티, 연구자, 논문 간 인용 지수 중심의 분석에 초점을 맞추고 있어, 인용 특성파악을 통한 피인용 논문 정보 서비스를 제공하기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 논문 내 인용 문구분석을 통해 피인용 논문의 인용 특성을 구조적으로 제시할 수 있는, 피인용 논문을 위한 정보 서비스 가능성을 파악하는 것을 목표로 한다. 구글 스칼라를 통해 확보한 인용-피인용 논문 원문들을 대상으로 인용 유형 비율 분석과 인용 확산 분석을 수행하는 방식으로 피인용 논문 특성을 파악하였으며, 정보 서비스에 반영할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다.

The analysis of citing and cited phrases provides an opportunity to enhance search-centric academic information services. However, most current studies focus only on citation analysis among academic associations, researchers, and articles, making it challenging to develop higher citation-based information services. This study proposes citation analysis service methods using citing and cited phrases. First, to verify the feasibility of suggested services, we have collected the most highly cited articles with specific domain terms and followed their citing relationship; after that, we found formal citation types and ratios in the original articles. And we conducted structural analysis, especially with three topics, "Deep Learning," "Green Energy," and "Aging," and then structurally illustrates the citation characteristics of related articles. Finally, we collected four most cited articles and all their citing ones for each subject from Google Scholar and analyzed the ratio of citation types and citation spread. We hope that various citation analysis studies and information services can be further developed based on our discussion for designing better information services.

Citation matching (CM) is a method for clustering citation records that refer to the same paper. Normally, CM is preceded by citation field segmentation (CFS) which divides a citation record into its fields such as author(s), a title, a title of publication, year, etc. Although many studies have attacked CFS and CM, the relationship between CFS and CM was not sufficiently explored. Among many aspects of the effect of CFS on CM, this study concentrates on what citation fields should identify for CM. As its first attempt, we compared CM performances over different sets of citation fields manually segmented, and confirmed that the use of more citation fields help CM to cluster citation records better.

본 연구는 학술커뮤니케이션에서 활용되는 온라인 전자출판물의 이용과 인용도에 대한 상관관계 분석과 유용성의 차이를 평가하고자 하는 연구목적을 수행하기 위해 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자들을 대상으로 이용도와 인용도를 조사하였으며, 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 인용된 온라인 전자 출판물의 사회과학분야와 자연과학분야 간 유용성에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 학술지에 게재된 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자의 이용도와 학술지에 인용된 온라인 전자출판물의 수와 인용비율간의 상관관계는 저자들의 온라인 전자출판물 주당 이용시간과 이용종수가 증가하더라도 저자들이 학술지에 인용하는 온라인 전자출판물의 수와 인용비율은 증가하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 사회과학분야와 자연과학분야 간에 있어서 학술지에 인용되는 온라인 전자출판물의 유용성에는 차이가 없었다. 따라서 학술지의 게재기사에 온라인 전자출판물을 인용한 저자들이 온라인 전자출판물을 많이 이용하는 것과 온라인 전자출판물을 실제로 인용하는 것에는 상관관계가 없으며, 측정요소를 통하여 평가한 사회과학 분야와 자연과학분야에서 온라인 전자출판물의 유용성에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

Identifying citing sentences from article full-text is a prerequisite for creating a variety of future academic information services such as citation-based automatic summarization, automatic generation of review articles, sentiment analysis of citing statements, information retrieval based on citation contexts, etc. However, finding citing sentences is not easy due to the existence of implicit citing sentences which do not have explicit citation markers. While several methods have been proposed to attack this problem for English, it is difficult to find such automatic methods for Korean academic literature. This article presents a rule-based approach to identifying Korean citing sentences. Experiments show that the proposed method could find 30% of implicit citing sentences in our test data in nearly 70% precision.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether bibliographic factors influence citation speed and the number of citations or not and whether citation speed affects the number of citations. Another purpose of this study is that if bibliographic factors carry out a significant role. For this analysis, this study is based on the assumption that all papers published by researchers in South Korea distributed power law shape. The main results of this study are as follows: First, the papers written by foreign first authors or reprint authors were cited more quickly from first citation speed and average citation speed. These papers were cited much more from first citation speed and average citation speed than by domestic first authors or reprint authors. The papers, collaborated by international researchers, were cited more quickly from first citation speed but were not different from average citation speed than by only domestic researchers. The papers, collaborated by international researchers, were cited much more than by only domestic stand-alone researchers. The number of authors and the impact factor influenced first citation speed, average citation speed and the number of citations. Second, the faster first citation speed and the slower average citation speed, the more papers were cited. First citation speed more affected the higher number of citations than the average citation speed. Third, all five bibliographic factors influenced the impact relationship from first citation speed to the number of citations through the moderating effect analysis. Fourth, only three bibliographic factors (the country of the first author; the country of the reprint author; the number of the coauthors) affected the impact relationship from first citation speed to the number of citations but two bibliographic factors did not influence through the moderating effect analysis.

최근 국내외 ESG 연구가 활발해지고 있는 가운데, ESG 연구는 급격한 양적 성장을 하고 있음에도 학술지의 질적 수준을 평가할 수 있는 계량적인 논문은 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구는 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에서 경영학 분야 내의 KCI 인용지수를 활용하여 상위 10개의 학회를 선정하고 이들 간의 ESG 논문 인용빈도와 네트워크 분석을 하였다. 상호 인용빈도를 활용하여 연결망을 작성하고 네트워크 분석 관점에서 ESG 주제에 관한 각 학술지 간 상호인용빈도를 통해 주어진 학술지의 영향력지수(Impact Factor)와 중심성 지수를 기초하여 연구하였다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 학술지들이 핵심 문헌을 식별하고 학문 내 지적 구조를 규명하여 경영학 분야의 ESG 연구 동향을 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국내 발간된 경영학 학술지의 ESG에 대한 학술지의 영향력 인용지수를 비교해 보고 나아가 경영학 학술지의 자기 인용 비율을 확인하고 경영학뿐만 아니라 타 학문 분야에서 경영학 관련 학술지에 대한 인용이 이루어질 수 있도록 다학제적 교류와 추가 연구의 필요성을 제기하고자 한다.
