현재와 같은 지식정보화사회에서는 우수한 IT인력 확보가 곧 국가와 기업의 경쟁력이다. 이를 위해 대학과 기업은 맞춤형 IT인력 양성을 위해 다양한 산학협력을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 부산지역 4년제 대학의 1999학년도부터 2006학년도까지 총 8년간의 입시 변화를 추적 조사하여 IT관련 모집단위의 핵심단어를 5개 그룹($\Delta$전기 전자분야(G1), $\Delta$통신분야(G2), $\Delta$컴퓨터분야(G3), $\Delta$멀티미디어 콘텐츠(G4), $\Delta$IT융합 특성화(G5))으로 묶고, 각 그룹별로 다시 몇 개의 세분류로 나누어 제시하였다. 본 논문은 대학의 IT관련 학부명 학과명 전공명 등 모집단위의 변화가 어떤 변화를 거쳤으며 또한 이의 모집정원은 어떤 변화를 가져 왔는지에 대한 총괄적인 조사를 위한 IT $\ulcorner$학부 학과 전공$\lrcorner$ 의 핵심단어에 의한 그룹별 분류 체계에 관한 연구이다.

본 연구는 대학의 전자상거래학과 교육과정 개발을 위하여 산업체를 대상으로 전자상거래 인력에 대한 교육수요조사를 실시한 결과를 나타내고 있다. 전국을 대상으로 전자상거래 관련 업무를 수행하고 있는 기업의 인력에 대하여 설문 조사를 수행하였는데 일반 산업은 전통적인 오프라인 기업에서 전자상거래를 도입한 경우를 중점 조사하여 비즈니스와 정보기술 지식이 결합된 체계적 교육과정을 개발하여 대학에서의 효율적인 인력 양성 체제를 구축하고자 한다.

This study is aimed at a basic infrastructure for realizing urban air mobility (UAM) and personal air vehicle (PAV), which have recently been high interest as new means of transportation. The development of UAM and PAV technologies is a field of a high added value that the world is competitively pushing for the world. However, the three most fundamental aspects are the establishing an aviation certification system, finding reliable manufacturers having advanced technical abilities, and the training/securing of professional manpower. Above all, the aviation certification system will be established for the first time. Based on the certification system, it will be possible to realize the government's policy goal of introducing new means of transportation, including the production of aircraft and to realize commercialization that meets international standards that satisfy conformity and compliance. In addition, finding reliable manufacturers, fostering professionals, and establishing an educating system for stable supplying of the professionals are main projects to become a leading country in the field.

세계화 추세의 가속, 급속한 기술진보 및 정보화의 확산 등은 국제간의 분업구조 뿐만 아니라 국내의 산업구조 및 취업구조를 급격히 변화시키고 있다. 국내 취업구조의 변화는 산업간 직업간 취업비중을 모두 변화시키고 있어 고용의 양적 측면은 물론이고 질적 측면에서도 큰 변화가 예상된다. 그러므로 중장기적인 노동력수요 예측은 향후 인력양성의 방향과 체계를 결정하는 데 중요한 지표가 될 뿐만 아니라 노동시장 정책에 있어서도 반드시 필요한 자료가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 향후 노동력에 대한 중장기 수요를 일반균형적인 접근을 통하여 산업별 직업별로 예측하고 이 예측결과에 따른 향후 노동시장 및 인력정책의 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구들이 사용한 방법의 이론적 약점을 보완하면서 실증 결과의 예측성을 높일 수 있는 개선된 방법을 사용하였다. 산업별 취업자를 전망하는데 있어 기존 연구결과들은 주로 노동시장의 단일방정식만을 추정함으로써 생산요소의 수요가 비탄력적이지 않음에도 불구하고 생산요소간의 대체가능성을 무시하고 있으며, 인력수요에 중요한 결정 요인인 기술변화를 고려하지 못하고 있거나, 취업계수의 변화를 통해 기술진보의 효과를 고려한다고 하여도 기술진보가 생산요소간에 비중립적(factor non-neutral technology changes)으로 일어날 경우 요소간 대체가능성을 간과하고있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 본 연구에서는 산업별 취업자 전망에서 노동시장의 단일방정식 추정이 아닌 일반균형에 입각한 경제 모형을 사용하였다. 또한 직종별 취업자 전망을 위해서는 일반적으로 이용되는 필요 인력량에 대한 고정계수(fixed coefficient manpower requirement)를 추정할 때 이중비례행렬모형(二重比例行列模型)을 이용하여, 산업구조의 변화로 인한 직업별 인력수요 변화가 충분히 고려되도록 하였다. 전망의 결과에 따르면 향후 우리 경제는 지식기반경제(knowledge-based economy)로 이행하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 우선 산업구조면에서 지식집약적산업으로의 구조조정이 일어나게 되고 이에 따라 산업별 취업구조에서도 고기술산업의 취업준비중이 급속히 증가하게 된다. 직업별 취업분포에 있어서도 전문기술직 행정관리직 등의 고숙련 사무직의 비중은 크게 증가하는 반면 생산관련직과 농림어업직의 비중은 감소하게 된다. 이처럼 경제가 지식집약화되어 감에 따라 고학력자에 대한 수요는 지속적으로 증가하지만 현재 적절한 인력양성과 공급이 이루어지지 않고 있어 향후 기술이나 기능에 따른 수급부일정(需給不一政)(skill mismatch)현상이 매우 심해질 것으로 보인다. 따라서 앞으로의 인력정책에서 가장 주안점을 두어야 할 부분은 첨단기술산업과 관련된 인력의 양성에 있다고 하겠다.

다년간의 국가정보화 노력으로 우리나라는 이미 IT 강국으로서 선진 정보강국과 어깨를 나란히 하고 있다. 인터넷의 발달과 이를 통한 전자상거래 및 인터넷뱅킹 등 IT 산업의 급격한 발전이 이를 뒷받침해주고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 각종 정보보호 제품 및 기술의 개발과 정보보호의 중요성을 인식한 정보보호관리 정책의 수립도 함께 이루어져왔다. 향후 유비쿼터스 사회를 맞이하여 국민 삶의 질적 수준을 한 단계 끌어올리기 위해서는 보다 안정된 정보사회 기반을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서 정보보호의 중요성을 확산시키고 정보보호를 담당하는 전문인력을 양성하는 데에 주력해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 정보보호 인력의 질적 양성을 위해 보다 체계적인 정보보호 교육의 필요성을 높이 인식하여, 정보보호 전문인력이 갖추어야 할 지식 및 기술에 대해 분석하고 있다. 우선, 정보통신 및 정보보호 관련 선행 연구를 통해 55개의 정보보호 분야 지식 및 기술을 도출하고, 산업계 및 학계의 전문가 대상의 검토를 통해 총 71개의 지식 및 기술을 최종 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보보호 분야의 실무 수행에 필요한 지식 및 기술 항목들을 제시함으로써, 수요 지향적인 정보보호 교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The NGAP and TRAINAIR PLUS programme goal is to improve the safety and efficiency of air transport through the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of high standards of training and competency of aviation personnel on a world-wide basis and in a cost-effective manner. According to the trend, the approval of training organization must be change. In this study, personnel training system and certification mechanism were studied.

For guaranteeing the international competitive power of SW industry that is the core industry for the future, the training of SW technical manpower as an architect is needed. They must confront the change of worldwide technology and also lead the design and analysis of SW industry for the future. However, SW technical manpower based on regular career tends to change his employment as a general manager in current status. For solve this situation and reconsider the quality level of SW technical manpower, we need to propose the systematic and effective growth direction for them. Therefore, we propose the systematic and effective growth direction for domestic SW technical manpower and a plan to be realized by suggesting the carrier path of high level SW analysis/design manpower in this paper.

When a large-scale cyber attack or terrorism occurs and the country suffers enormous damage or poses a fatal threat to security, social interest in nurturing cybersecurity workforce increases. In addition, the government often suggests policies and guideline to train cybersecurity workforce. However, the system that can systematically manage trained cyber workforce after they are employed in related organizations or companies is still weak. Software workforce has a standardized qualification level model, so appropriate jobs are set and managed for each level. Cyber workforce also need a specialized qualification level model that takes into account their career, academic background, and education&training performance. By assigning a qualification level, the duties that can be performed for each level should be set, and the position and duty of the department should also be assigned in consideration of the level. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a qualification level model for cyber security workforce.

Social attention to information security field is inspired, and manpower demand forecast of this area is getting high. This study surveyed information security knowledge of practitioners who work in a field of information security such as computer and network system. We analyzed a connection between survey data, information protection job system that was suggested by NICE, IT skills that NCS and KISA classified and security field classification system. Base on data that analyzed, this study suggests a curriculum that trains professional manpower who perform duties in the field of information security. Suggested curriculum can be applied to 2 year college, 3 year college and 4 year college. Suggested curriculum provides courses that students who want to work in a field of information security must learn during the college. Suggested courses are closely connected to a related field and detailed guideline is indicated to each course to educate. Suggested curriculum is required, and it combines a theoretical education that become basis and a practical education so that it is not weighted to learn theory and is not only focusing on learning simple commands. This curriculum is established to educate students countermeasures of hacking and security defend that based on scenario that connected to executive ability. This curriculum helps to achieve certificates related to a field more than paper qualification. Also, we expect this curriculum helps to train convergent information security manpower for next generation.

As the side effects of information society, for example hacking, virus, etc., diffuse, the information security becomes one of the most important issues over the world. Information security manpower who produce the information security products, and who conduct the information security services are critical factor to complete secure information society In spite of many Plans formulated and implemented by government and civil sector, there is no systematic analysis on the current status of information security educational institutions. This article aims to analyze the current status of information security educational institutions - colleges, universities and graduate schools-with Statistical Yearbook of Education, and to predict the supply of information supply manpower.
