The purpose of this study is not only to show up the fact which a kind of construction management was applied during the ancient Korea, especially, Chosun Dynasty but also to understand its construction capacity by analysing various information. mainly collected from the book, HwaSungSungYouk-EuGye. The book was made by ChungCho who was one of the great kings Choson Dynasty, which has lots of information about how to build HwaSung during the last of the eighteen century. This study starts from the definition that the HwaSungSungYouk was one of the construction projects which is the concept for construction management today. The construction project can be defined in terms of its distinctive characteristics: a project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product. Temporary means that every project has a definite beginning and a definite end. Unique means the product is different in some distinguishing way from all similar products. A project is also undertaken several kinds of organizations. They may involve a single person or many thousands. 1'his study is to show some of the effective methods. Firstly, the concept of the database system today can be applied to effectively control and classify the complicated data in the HwaSungSungYouk-EuGye. Secondly, on the basis of the database system, the concept of modem construction management will be also use to figure out the construction data of the HwaSungSungYouk-EuGye.

Today, the United States, Europe and other advanced organizations are utilizing the concept of competency-based HR management. Recently, many organizations in Korea are also managing workforces by introducing the concept of job competencies in personnel management. However, in spite of the current trend, domestic human resources management methods for construction managers continues to operate by asking about work experience, licensing, education level, etc. This is a seniority system and it functions separately from an assessment of practical job competencies for the business. Moreover, construction management work has been very fragmented in terms of expertise and capacity depending on the type of management work and project progress. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a competencies management system for each business segment to effectively manage job competencies that reflect the the characteristics of a construction manager' s work. As such, the aim of this study is to analyze human resources management methods pertaining to domestic construction managers and present challenges and limitations in current practices. In particular, factors affecting the job competencies of construction managers are analyzed statistically. The results of this study will be used as the basis for future research into development of a construction manager competency management system.

This purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relation among constituent concepts and verify the relation among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction in shipping companies. To achieve the goal of this study, the author studied literatures on internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and carried out a survey targeting people working for shipping companies and international logistics freight forwarders to make an empirical analysis. The results are as follows. It was confirmed that education and training, reward system, empowerment among internal marketing elements of a shipping company have a positive effect on the service quality and customer satisfaction of the shipping company, and the service quality of a shipping company also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. As it can be known from these results, it would be necessary to concentrate on internal marketing of a shipping company in order to increase service quality and customer satisfaction.

Ocean Literacy is an understanding of the ocean's influence on you and your influence on the ocean. This research developed the 7 ocean education model courses using ocean literacy based on the analysis of ocean education programs which executed 23 agencies in Busan. These model courses are combined in the type of indoor theory, indoor experience, field study and field experience. Also, this makes the guide map for ocean education in a 76cm*56cm size to distinguish and choose the course easily. This map is the format combined in geological location and tourist attraction spots in Busan, includes education centers, contents, lead time and so on, and it is possible for educatees to handle their preference and seasonality elastically. This map including ocean education model course is a milestone to activate ocean education, and is helpful to reach the goal of ocean education and to lead ocean professionals. In addition, this research presents the development of teaching materials, training aids to complement the weakness of indoor education, the development of cyber education through making video contents as the activation measures of ocean education.

It has been two years since the national certificate of Arts & Culture Education Instructor(ACEI) was implemented the 2012 amendment to the Arts & Culture Education Act. Separate from the initial policy goals, students who attend the program to achieve ACEI certificate share various expectations, motivations and intents. The purpose of the research is to understand the collective identity of future ACEIs to evaluate the initial policy implementation during the period when the collective professional identity has not been fully formed yet. This research studies the data that were collected from 172 students who were attending one of the official ACEI institutes in Seoul area. As one of qualitative research methods, Questionnaire Method was employed to conduct this phenomenological study. James E Marcia's theory provides the theoretical framework for the data analysis of this study. The research results indicate that many students'identity status are between Identity Diffusion and Moratorium, which raises concerns for both arts and cultural fields as well as the policy success. Therefore, this research will relate these findings to the larger arts and culture infrastructure in order to better prepare them as arts and cultural professionals and also to stress the importance of the job market development and social environment that can accept them.

Tampering involves illegally removing technologies from a protected system through reverse engineering or developing a system without proper authorization. As tampering of a weapon system is a threat to national security, anti-tampering measures are required. Precedent studies on anti-tampering have discussed the necessity, related trends, application cases, and recent cybersecurity-based or other protection methods. In a domestic situation, the Defense Technology Protection Act focuses on how to prevent technology leakage occurring in related organizations through personnel, facilities and information systems. Anti-tampering design needs to determine which technologies are protected while considering the effects of development cost and schedule. The objective of our study is to develop methods of how to select target technologies and determine counter-measures to protect these technologies. Specifically, an evaluation matrix was derived based on the risk analysis concept to select the protection of target technologies. Also, based on the concept of risk mitigation, the classification of anti-tampering techniques was performed according to its applicability and determination of application levels. Results of the case study revealed that the methods proposed can be systematically applied for anti-tampering in weapon system development.

The purpose of this study was to understand deeply the meaning of training and counselling experiences of life planning counselors for the later life. This study analyzed the meaning of training and counselling experiences of counselors and tried to structure the meaning of their experiences. The qualitative research was conducted with 12 counselors who got the license after completing life planning training and do counselling. This study found 4 categories, 15 sub-categories and 50 concepts. These results analyzed are : 1) Motivation of participating in life planning counselor training for the later life ; 2) Training experience of life planning counselor for the later life ; 3) Counselling experience as a life planning counselor for the later life ; and 4) Way to improve capacity as a life planning counselor for the later life. According to these results, this study proposed practice and policy suggestions to improve training curriculum, working process and building capacity of counsellors. Lastly, this study stated the limitation and significance of the study and also suggested another proposal for a follow-up study.

The marine transport industry generally applies new technologies later than other transport industries, such as airways and railways. Vessels require efficient operation, and their performance and lifespan depend on the level of maintenance and management. Many studies have shown that corrective maintenance (CM) and time-based maintenance (TBM) have restrictions with respect to enabling efficient maintenance of workload and cost to improve operational efficiency. Predictive maintenance (PdM) is an advanced technology that allows monitoring the condition and performance of a target machine to predict its time of failure and helps maintain the key machinery in optimal working conditions at all times. This study presents the development of a marine predictive maintenance (MPdM; maritime predictive maintenance) method based on applying PdM to the marine environment. The MPdM scheme is designed by considering the special environment of the marine transport industry and the extreme marine conditions. Further, results of the study elaborates upon the concept of MPdM and its necessity to advancing marine transportation in the future.

The purpose of this study is to present an analysis and implications for the metaverse-based virtual real estate transaction service. Through blockchain-based technology and metaverse, the world we live in is expanding naturally. Therefore, changes in the environment and perceptions of market participants are also very important factors. The concept and thinking about the existing asset value change and investment are also changing. This means that you can generate profits through value and investment in intangible assets. The service user aspect is a case of investing in the future value of virtual real estate that if more users participate rather than the present value, the principle of supply and demand will be applied to increase the number of consumers and the price will naturally rise according to the principle of scarcity. The service provider provides a technical platform for the service to directly transact the portion of the virtual area considered of interest directly through the virtual real estate purchase business. As the number of participants increases as well as funds and transaction fees, various revenue models such as advertisements can be discovered and provided. It plays the role of providing jobs and information through new services. As a stakeholder, governments can exploit the emergence of new technologies and products to create people and services and secure economic benefits. Of course, various institutional supports should be provided so that new services can settle in the market while mitigating risk factors. This study is meaningful in that it contributes to the establishment of a domestic metaverse-based environment and related research and is utilized in the study of virtual space real estate services.

Park Geun-Hye Administration declares "Happy Korea, a New Era of Hope" as the administrative vision. 'The orientation to Happy Korea' includes the meanings of both improving the quality of life directly and solving the social problems. It is the Happy Korea-oriented technology that can solve the social problems. The Happy Korea-oriented technology is closely connected to a concept of 'platform' because it makes an impact on providers and customers, in turn, their transactions can offer convenience to the third party. Therefore this study explores the issues of the adoption of the Happy Korea-oriented software platform. In order to achieve this research objective, we firstly make literature review and interview field experts. Three issues of the adoption of the Happy Korea-oriented software platform are drawn: economy, technology, and human resource. In addition, we present some policy directions for implementing and diffusing the Happy Korea-oriented software platform.
