사용자 프로그램의 I/O 패턴을 분석하거나 파일 시스템의 워크로드를 보다 정확하게 분석하기 위해서 실제 가동중인 파일 시스템의 동적 I/O 로그를 확보하기 위한 연구들이 많이 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 대량의 I/O 트렌젝션(transcation)이 처리되는 파일 시스템에서 동적 I/O 로그를 확보하는 일은 시스템의 부하와 막대한 데이터량 때문에 한계가 많다. 특히 다수의 이용자가 사용하는 대용량 분산/병렬 파일 시스템에서의 I/O Tracing은 로컬 파일 시스템에서 I/O Tracing에 비해 더욱 복잡하고 오버헤드가 크다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 파일 시스템 로깅 방법들을 알아보고, 클러스터 시스템에서 널리 이용되고 있는 분산 파일 시스템인 PVFS(Parallel Virtual File System)에서 동적 I/O 연산들의 로그를 생성할 수 있는 로깅 시스템을 제안하고 설계하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 정보화에 있어서 취약계층인 노인 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 전략적 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 기존의 정보격차 해소 정책 및 연구는 주로 접근성과 정보화교육 등과 같은 기반구축에 초점을 맞추어 실제로 노인들이 이용할 컨텐츠는 충분하지 않다. 이에 노인관련 정보 및 민간의 대표사이트를 내용 분석하였으며, 다음으로 인터넷 정보검색 포털인 네이버의 이용자 로그를 연령별로 분석하여 노인들의 디렉토리별 이용실태를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 노인들에게 유용한 컨텐츠의 질적 개발을 위한 노인의 정보욕구 및 니즈를 파악하였다.

Recently, as smartphones are widespread, a variety of user's information is created and managed in smartphones. Especially the location information can show the user's position at a specific time and the user's area of interest, which could be very useful during criminal investigation. Although the location information plays an important role in solving the crimes such as serial murder, rape and arson cases, there is a lack of research on location information for digital forensics. In this paper, we analyze the location information from logs, images, and applications on android, and we suggest the integrated model for analyzing location information. The proposed model may be useful in criminal investigation by improving the efficiency of data analysis and providing information about a criminal case.

As it seems like critical information leakages have been increasing due to industrial espionage and malicious internal users, the importance of introducing audit and log security technology is growing every now and then. In this paper, we suggest the session logging system for the company's internal control to meet the SOX legislation level, by monitoring and analyzing users behaviors connecting to the business-critical Operating System. The system proposed in this paper aims to monitor the user's illegal activities in the Operating System, and to present the clear evidence of purpose of those activities by detailed logs. For this purpose, we modified Operating System by adding multiple services suggested in this paper. These services utilize interfaces provided by the existing Operating System and add functions to control access and get logs. The system saves and manages session logs of users or administrators connected to the server with centralized log storage. And the system supports session log searching and lookup features required by SOX legislation for the company's internal controls with the level of computer forensics and logging technology.

Portal site is not only providing search engine and e-mail service but also various services including blog, news, shopping, and others. The fact that average number of daily login for Korean portal site Naver is reaching 300 million suggests that many people are using portal sites. With the increase in number of users followed by the diversity in types of services provided by portal sites, the attack is also increasing. Most of studies of password authentication is focused on threat and countermeasures, however, in this study, we analyse the security threats and security requirement of membership, login, password reset first phase, password reset second phase. Also, we measure security score with common criteria of attack potential. As a result, we compare password authentication system of domestic and abroad portal sites.

The purpose of this study is to try to IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) by applying text mining approaches to user review data for korea mobile banking applications, and to derive priorities for improvement. User review data on mobile banking applications of korea commercial banks (Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, Hana Bank), local banks (Gyeongnam Bank, Busan Bank), and Internet banks (Kakao Bank, K-Bank, Toss) that gained from Google playstore were used. And LDA topic modeling, frequency analysis, and sentiment analysis were used to derive key attributes and measure the importance and satisfaction of each attribute. Result, although 'Authorizing service', 'Improvement of Function', 'Login', 'Speed/Connectivity', 'System/Update' and 'Banking Service' are relatively important attributes when users use mobile banking applications, their satisfaction is not at the average level, indicating that improvement is urgent.

This study examines trends of web query types and topics submitted to NAVER during one year period by analyzing query logs and click logs. There was a seasonal difference in the distribution of query types. Query type distribution was also different between weekdays and weekends, and between different days of the week. The log data show seasonal changes in terms of the topics of queries. Search topics seem to change between weekdays and weekends, and between different days of the week. However, there was little change in overall patterns of search behavior across one year. The implications for system designers and web content providers are discussed.

Record Information Services is an aggressive action of connecting documentaries focusing on the information needs of user. However, recent studies on the parliament's written information service recognize the necessity that it should segment the user's information requests, and provide personalized service, but have not discussed for specific cases or measures. While the importance of Web services written with the proliferation of information and popularization of the Web is emerging right to know but, it is not being performed properly by lack of sufficient manpower and budget along with lack of recognition in hands-on sites upon the user analysis. So, while increasing the efficiency of the hands-on workers of Record Information Services, the introduction of analytical tools that can be utilized in low budget agencies is needed. Web analytics is to analyze the behavior by analyzing Web logs which web users have left you visit the site. To estimate the behavior they want to request information of the analyzed Web user aims to provide a Web service, the Web service further continued improvement. There are several types that include among them Google Analytics offering a variety of analysis items for free and all over the world, many people are already using. This study introduces a Google Analytics web analytics focused and proposes a service improvement plan with specific web user segmentation analyzes the cases of Korea Democracy Foundation of Open Archives introduces them to the actual institutions.

For the improvement of information service, users' transaction log can be stored to the system, and the log analysis should be included in the process of service improvement. Also there are differences within kinds of users' log records and methods of analysis according to the institution's strategy. This paper describes the kinds of log records from users' behavior on information system. And its goal is to consider the case of information center which operates log analysis, and to derive a plan for improvement of information services.

OASIS(Online Archiving & Searching Internet Sources) is a web archiving project of the National Library of Korea started in 2004 to systematically collect, manage, and preserve online digital information resources. In this study, the following problems were derived by analyzing the access log of the OASIS website and conducting a user survey. First, people's awareness of the OASIS project was very low, and there were many first-time visitors to the website. Second, active promotion and service reorganization to improve the use of OASIS was insufficient. The study suggested that the improvement point of this was to strengthen its own direct promotion and indirect promotion in connection with other agencies. In addition, it was proposed to enhance the service through user-customized services and to reinforce content that induces interest and fun.
