Development of a Position Control Algorithm for Feed Drives in Machine Tools Using an Error Model (오차모델을 이용한 공작기계 이송장치의 위치제어 알고리듬 개발)

  • This paper presents the development of an algorithm for position control of feed drives in machine tools. The algorithm is constructed through an experimental method based on proportional control with a ramp input. In the first step of designing, a tracking-error curve is generated with the proportional control, and then an error model is decided to reduce the tracking error, Next, the output signal of the error model is added to the current error signal to yield the actuating error signal. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is confirmed through simulation and experiments.

  • 최근 인터넷 관련 기술의 급속한 발전으로 데이터, 음성, 화상 등의 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스가 통합된 개방형 네트워크로 진화되어지고 있다. 모든 미디어가 인터넷으로 수렴되는 NGN(Next Generation Network)으로 발전할 전망이다. 개방형 네트워크는 다양한 유무선 통합망의 융합화에 따른 통신망간의 간섭이 증가하고 네트워크 접속점 중심의 통신망간 접속구조가 확대되어 지금까지의 시스템 보안 위주의 단순한 보안 기술을 적용하기가 어려웠다. 따라서 네트워크 노드간을 효율적으로 보호하는 네트워크 중심의 보안 기술이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 논문은 IETF에서 제안한 텍스트 기반 응용 계층의 접속제어 프로토콜로 실시간 미디어 통신을 위한 차세대 인터넷 프로토콜로 주목받고 있는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 시스템을 분석하고, SIP 기반의 보안 메커니즘인 IPSec에서의 확장 보안 메커니즘을 설계하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose a modified back-stepping control method in view of the dynamic model of mobile manipulator has the nonholonomic constraints, these constraints should be considered to design a tracking controller for the mobile manipulator. The conventional back-stepping controller includes the dynamics and kinematics of the mobile robot systems. and the modified adaptive back0stepping method is applied to constructing the controller. The proposed controller can realize the tracking trajectory of the reference path. The efficiency and robustness of this control method is demonstrated by the simulation.

  • From linear motor feed system model, two axis control rules have been applied. As an application process, a flexible disk grinding system process has been also introduced that utilized varying disk orientation with respect to workpiece along with the applied feed speed. A known process model methodologies has been used to fomulate processed surface profiles. Various process conditions including cutting speed, maximum feed speed and orientation angles could applied to observe process results sensitivities. Even though continuous and constant feed speed has been applied to the process, the results from the trapezoidal input velocity profiles would be observed and compared.

  • There and two important variables in machining process control, which are feed and cutting speed. It is possible to improve the machining accuracy and the productivity by maintaining the optimal feed and cutting speed. In this work, a controller is designed to achieve on-line cutting force control based on the modeling of cutting process dynamics established through step response test. Two schemes are proposed and implemented. The first is feed control under the constant spindle speed and the second is spindle speed control under the constant feed. Finally, both are proved to work properly through simulation and experimentation.

  • A flower support was developed for real flower decoration automation production system using an ultrasonic wave sealer to automatically produce a system. Because a flower support for real flower decoration that was produced manually could not meet the needs of the consumers, this study developed an automated manufacturing system to increase productivity. A flower support for real flower decoration was constructed using a cap consisting of plastic and plate made from non-woven fabric. The guide was designed to transport the cap to the ultrasonic wave sealer and optimal guide was developed from the test according to the material and shape. To produce the entire system, the guides and accessories were weighed and appropriate motors and pulleys were calculated. Control of the automation production system was based on a PCB board, which increased the reliability and security, and a remote controller with manual and automatic modes was prepared. After development, tests of the transfer precision and repetition accuracy revealed an X-axis of 2.7mm, a Y-axis of 1 mm, and a repetition of 0 mm. The productivity was also checked. The automated machine worked 8 hours/day to make 35 supports and 70 Therefore, the automatic system produces 200% more output than manual work

  • 입고ㆍ예냉ㆍ출고까지 전 공정을 자동화하고 진공압력을 작물의 품온에 따라 능동적으로 제어할 수 있고 진공챔버내에 콜드트랩을 설치하여 냉각효율을 향상시킨 진공예냉장치를 개발하여 고랭지 배추와 느타리버섯, 상추를 대상으로 예냉성능을 평가하고 예냉이 이들 작물에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 가. 새로 개발된 진공식 예냉장치는 공급컨베이어, 좌우 자동 슬라이딩 문, 이송컨베이어, 진공챔버, 진공펌프 콜드트랩, 냉동기로 구성되어 있다. 팔레트를 공급컨베이어에 올려놓고 작동을 시작하면, 입구문이 열리고 팔레트가 진공챔버내로 이송되면, 진공펌프에 의해 진공챔버내의 압력을 떨어뜨리고, 콜드트랩과 냉동기가 작동되어 예냉이 시작된다. 예냉이 완료되면 출구문이 열리고 이송컨베이어가 역회전하여 밖으로 배출되도록 되어있다. 나. 제작된 예냉장치의 예냉성능을 평가하기 위하여 느타리버섯, 고랭지 배추, 상추를 대상으로 냉각속도, 냉각균일도, 예냉후 저장중 품질변화시험을 실시하였다. 다. 시험결과 냉각소요시간은 느타리버섯의 경우 초기품온 15.2$^{\circ}C$에서 $1.5^{\circ}C$까지 냉각시키는데 24분, 고랭지배추는 13.5$^{\circ}C$에서 3.7$^{\circ}C$까지 냉각시키는데 18분, 상추는 13.4$^{\circ}C$에서 2.$0^{\circ}C$까지 냉각시키는데 24분 소요되었다. 평균냉각속도는 느타리버섯이 34.3$^{\circ}C$/h, 고랭지배추 32.6$^{\circ}C$/h, 상추 28.5$^{\circ}C$/h로 나타났다. 라. 또한 각층간의 냉각균일도를 알아보기 위하여 포장상자내에서 표면 품온과 내부품온변화를 조사한 결과 차이가 거의 없어 균일한 냉각이 가능하였다.생기 양단의 온도차는 높게 나타났고, 재생기 양단의 압력 차는 낮게 나타났다. 재생기 축열재로서 철망-철선을 사용할 경우 철선-철망 ø1.2-150이 전열 표면적은 작으나 재생기 양단의 온도차가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며 재생기 양단의 압력 차는 가장 낮게 나타나 공시 철망- 철선 혼합 축열재중 가장 우수함을 알 수 있다. 4. 철망사이에 철선을 삽입한 축열재의 경우, 철망사이에 삽입한 철선의 직경이 큰 것이 철선의 직경이 작은 것보다 재생기의 양단의 온도차가 높게 나타났고 재생기 양단의 압력차는 작게 나타났다. 그러므로 철망사이에 철선을 삽입한 것 중 성능이 우수한 것은 150-ø2. 0-150으로 나타났다. 5. 실험한 재생기 축열재들 중에서 성능이 우수한 것들을 비교한 결과, 복합 철선 ø1.2-1 50이 가장 성능이 좋은 것으로 나타났다.적외선.열풍 복합건조방법이 높게 나타나 이것은 곡물 표면에 원적외선 방사에의한 복사열이 전달되어 열장해를 받았기 때문으로 판단되며, 금후 더 연구하여 적정 열풍온도 및 방사체 크기를 구명해야 할 것이다.으로 보여진다 따라서 옻나무 유래 F는 포유동물의 생식기능에 중요하게 작용하는 것으로 사료된다.된다.정량 분석한 결과이다. 시편의 조성은 33.6 at% U, 66.4 at% O의 결과를 얻었다. 산화물 핵연료의 표면 관찰 및 정량 분석 시험시 시편 표면을 전도성 물질로 증착시키지 않고, Silver Paint 에 시편을 접착하는 방법으로도 만족한 시험 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.째, 회복기 중에 일어나는 입자들의 유입은 자기폭풍의 지속시간을 연장시키는 경향을 보이며 큰 자기폭풍일수록 현저했다. 주상에서 관측된 이러한 특성은 서브스톰 확장기 활동이 자기폭풍의 발달과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 시사한다.se that were all low in two aspects, named "the Nonsignificant group". Combination Effects of Large Dam and Weirs on Downstream Habitat Structure: Case Study in the Tamjin River Basin, Korea (대형 댐과 농업용 보가 하류 서식처 특성에 미치는 영향 연구: 탐진강 유역을 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the long-term habitat morphological alteration resulting from a large dam and weirs in the Tamjin River. To achieve this, we carried out a hydrograph analysis and a substrate size distribution analysis. We also estimated the channel width, bar area and vegetation encroachment using aerial photographs taken before and after the construction of the dam and weirs. The result of the hydrological analysis showed that flooding downstream was greatly reduced with small peaks occurrence after the dam construction. Interestingly, normal hydrographs in the main channel appeared just after tributary conjunction. There was a similar pattern in the substrate size analysis. Despite coarsened substrate just downstream of the dam site, more sand appeared again after introduction of the tributary. However, there was an increase in the bar area downstream of the dam's channels with most bars covered with vegetation. The channel width increased at the upper area of weirs through impoundment, but decreased downstream because of vegetation encroachment. This study indicate that unregulated tributary plays an important role in restoring hydro-physical habitat conditions in mainstream channels below a large dam. However, numerous weirs could be a causal factor to accelerate habitat deterioration in the dam downstream channels.

A Design and Implementation of Process Controller for BMW (Bacteria Mineral Water) Plant (비엠 활성수 플랜트의 공정제어기 설계 및 구현)

  • In this study, a BMW plant process control system model which produces BMW is suggested and the BMW plant process controller with the following functions is developed. The first function is to operate the electronic overload relays to stop the blower for a certain period of time and to re-operate it again when the blower is overloaded. The second function is to close the motor operated valve automatically in case of power failure to prevent the circulation from the guided tank to the compost throwing tank and to block leak from the compost throwing tank due to the failure of ball valve. The third function is to transfer produced BMW from the concentration tank to 4 storage tanks for automatic managing of the BMW output. A device to measure the signal of the BMW plant process controller and a test equipment are developed. The designed BMW plant process controller is checked to see if it operates correctly according to the design specifications. The sequence control method based on BMW plant process controller is developed at a low cost in this study, so it is expected to bring improvements in the stability and the efficiency of system and to cause reductions in the operation and the management costs in the future.

Development of a Robotic Transplanter Using Machine Vision for Bedding Plants (기계시각을 이용한 육묘용 로봇 이식기의 개발)

  • This study was conducted to develop a robotic transplanter for bedding plants. The robotic transplanter consisted of machine vision system, manipulator attached with the specially designed gripper, and plug tray transfer system. Results of this study were as follows. 1. A machine vision system for a robotic transplanter was developed. The success rates of detecting empty cells and bad seedlings in 72-cell and 128-cell plug-trays for cucumber seedlings were 98.8% and 94.9% respectively. The success rates of identifying leaf orientation for 72- cell and 128-cell plug-trays were 93.5% and 91.0%, respectively. 2. A cartesian coordinate manipulator for a robotic transplanter with 3 degrees of freedom was constructed. The accuracy of position control was $\pm$ 1mm. 3. The robotic transplanter was tested with a shovel-type finger. Without considering leaf orientation, the success rates of transplanting healthy cucumber seedlings for 72-cell and 128-cell plug-trays were 95.5% and 94.5%, respectively. Considering leaf orientation, the success rates of transplanting healthy cucumber seedling in 72-cell and 128-cell plug-trays were 96.0% and 95.0%, respectively.
