  • RV 차량의 쿠션 패널을 생산하여 조립하는 공정은 작업자의 오류로 인한 불량이 많이 발생된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 불량을 제거하기 위한 화상검사장치를 개발함을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 장치개발은 쿠션패널 고정용 지그, 카메라 인식영역, 이송을 위한 X-Y테이블, 카메라 모듈, 제어기 로 구성되어진다. 본 논문에서 제안한 화상검사장치를 설계하고 화상인식 프로그램을 통해 불량을 판정하여 화상검사 시스템의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • In this paper, actuator based on voice coil motor is designed and estimated to check the capability whether that system is in design specification or not. Design specification is moving range as $20{\times}20mm^2$ a along XY-axis in plane and maximizes bandwidth for high speed. The type of voice coil motor is selected with regarding design specification and minimizes the size of actuator. Flux density of designed voice coil motor is simulated. And PI controller is designed to maximize bandwidth of actuator. Finally, characteristic of designed actuator is simulated and that result reveals the validity of presented design.

  • The implementation of Static Var Compensator(SVC) provides opportunites to maintain voltage profile and improve voltage stability in large scale power system. Under Load Tap Changing(ULTC) transformer has been used to control the voltage. It is necessary that Coordinated control of SVC and ULTC for the better performance. This paper shows that the characteristic of Voltage control using SVC or ULTC and the condition of the coordinated control considering dynamic voltage stability.

  • Reduction of labor hour for cleaning up of the used abrasives after blasting. is attempted by improving the efficiency of abrasive recovery process in the protective coating of ship's block, For this purpose, the theoretical background for pneumatic transport technology in the abrasive recovery system as well as experimental evaluation on the effect of design parameters such as flow pattern, saltation velocity and pressure drop on the efficiency of the abrasive recovery system are employed . By optimizing the operating parameters such as the length and diameter of the suction hose, specification of recovery device and recovery mouth, a new method which can dramatically increase the efficiency of abrasive recovery system, is proposed.

ULTC의 협조제어 (Coordinated Control of the Under Load Tap Changer)

  • The target of the ULTC(Under Load Tap Changer) control purpose is to minimize the operation number of the tap of the ULTC doing the error voltage which is the difference between the measured bus voltage End the reference bus voltage of the receiving end becomes less than the tolerance limits. The existing ULTC control method controls each ULTC considering only its bus voltage of the receiving end. However, this method did not cons der the coordinated control of the ULTCs of the system. In this paper, I proposed a coordinated control of the ULTC in :he loop power system using the Jacobian matrix. To show the validity of the proposed method, I made simulations for three cases: no action of the ULTC, the control of the ULTC by the existing control method, and the control of the ULTC by the coordinated control among the ULTCs of the system. The simulation result shows that the proposed method has more improvement of the operation of the ULTC than other methods.

  • This paper proposes the coordinated control of SVC and UTLC at the distribution substation to get larger operating margin of SVC for the voltage stability control by reactive power compensation. In the conventional method, ULTC doesn't respond to the variation of source voltage, so SVC has the entire responsibility for it. It could cause the lack of operating margin of SVC in some condition. It, however, is important to secure an operating margin for the dynamic stability control in emergancy. This paper proposes the coordinated control method that SVC controls the supply voltage and ULTC respond to the SVC compensation valve based on the relation between SVC compensation and ULTC tap position. The numerical simulation verifies that the proposed system could increase the operating margin of SVC compared with the conventional system.

  • A loop power system has a nonlinear characteristics. Also it is very hard to analyse through a equation if a discontinuous characteristic of the ULTC is added to a system. However, the problem which is hard to analyse by equations can acquire the useful result with what use the genetic algorithm (GA) which is a multi-point search program. In this paper, we proved through a simulation that the proposed method can reduce an operation frequency of tap changers and improving the quality of voltage of the buses by decreasing the deviation between the actual voltage and the reference voltage through the coordinated control of the ULTC that use GA in the loop power system.

  • 차세대 반도체 공정을 위한 많은 노력 중 Reactive Ion Etching(RIE)에 대한 연구의 중요성은 계속되고 있으며, 현재 제조공정 라인에서는 공정상의 오류를 줄이는 노력에 주목 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여 반도체 제조 장비에서 발생하는 실시간 데이터에 대해 신경망을 이용하여 각 장비파라미터의 허용범위를 검출하고, 제안된 방법의 성능평가를 위하여, 생산라인에서 수립된 데이터를 활용하였다. 기존의 통계적 공정제어(SPC) 제서 지시되는 방법이 아닌 신경망 모델을 통하여 random variability를 고려한 control limit을 제시한다.

Double-PLL을 이용한 홀 센서 기반 PMSM 제어의 위치 추정 성능 개선 (Performance Improvement of Position Estimation by Double-PLL Algorithm in Hall Sensor based PMSM Control)

  • This paper proposes a double-phase-locked-loop (PLL) to improve the performance of position estimation in hall sensor-based permanent magnet synchronous motor control. In hall sensor-based control, a PLL is normally used to estimate the rotor position. The proposed Double-PLL consists of two PLLs, including a reset type integrator. The motor control is more accurate and has better performance than conventional PLL, such as a small estimated position ripple. The validity of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulations and experiments.

볼 나사와 서보모터 메커니즘에 의한 고속 TOOL 이송장치 (High Speed Tool Feed System by the Mechanism of Ball Screw and Servo Motor)

  • In this study, the Ball screw and Servo motor Mechanism is considered as a High Speed Tool Feed System for the machining of a piston of a reciprocating engine. For the machining of a piston, that shapes oval, high speed servo mechanism is needed as a positioning of a cutting tool, and the stroke of tool is 0.1 mm ~ 1 mm. Ball screw and servo motor Mechanism is available very much because this mechanism is used widely in general machine. This Mechanism has been designed with the use of the decrease in mass and partial wear of the ball screw for high speed positioning of tool. Also the periodic learning control method with the inverse transfer function compensation has been applied to the positioning control for the high accuracy positioning of tool. These applications lead the achievement of the machining of a piston with an accuracy of 5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ at 2500 rpm in CNC turning.
