  • With the advent of deep learning and the rapid development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), research using artificial intelligence is being actively conducted in various fields of society such as politics, economy, and culture and so on. Deep learning-based artificial intelligence technology is subdivided into various domains such as natural language processing, image processing, speech processing, and recommendation system. In particular, as the industry is advanced, the need for a recommendation system that analyzes market trends and individual characteristics and recommends them to consumers is increasingly required. In line with these technological developments, this paper extracts and classifies attribute information from structured or unstructured text and image big data through deep learning-based technology development of 'language processing intelligence' and 'image processing intelligence', and We propose an artificial intelligence-based 'customized fashion advisor' service integration system that analyzes trends and new materials, discovers 'market-consumer' insights through consumer taste analysis, and can recommend style, virtual fitting, and design support.

  • 국내외 IOT 시장의 성장률은 꾸준히 증가할 것으로 예측된다. 특히 스마트 가전 시장 분야의 경우 다른 스마트 홈 분야보다 규모뿐만 아니라 성장률 역시 높은 편에 속한다. 한편 코로나 시대 도래로 인하여 개인의 가정에 머무르는 시간은 많아졌으며 개인의 살균에 대한 관심 역시 높아지게 되었다. 본 논문은 인공지능 자동 살균기를 설계하여 하나의 스마트 가전제품 서비스를 설계하는 솔루션을 제공하고자 한다. 인공지능 이미지 인식 기술을 통해 사용자 활동 패턴을 파악하고 이를 기반으로 살균 시간 도출 및 살균 시간 추천 알고리즘을 통해 사용자 맞춤형 살균 서비스를 제공하며 사용자의 활동 패턴에 맞춤화된 적절한 살균 강도를 결정할 수 있도록 군집화를 통해 살균 강도 결정 서비스도 제공한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 YOLOv5m과 이미지 전처리 기법을 활용한 문 객체 감지 시스템을 제안한다. 이미지 전처리를 하지 않은 Original 이미지 그리고 이미지 전처리를 한 CLAHE 이미지, Bilateral 이미지 세 가지를 사용해서 가장 좋은 기법을 비교한다. mAP 진행 그래프 및 이미지 출력을 통해 결과를 검증한다. 본 논문의 목표는 인공지능이 문을 감지하는 알고리즘을 구현하여 배송 로봇이 목적지의 문을 찾아내는 것이다

  • This study deals with a method of combining image generation using Semi Supervised Learning based on GAN (Generative Adversarial Network) and image classification using ResNet50. Through this, a new approach was proposed to obtain more accurate and diverse results by integrating image generation and classification. The generator and discriminator are trained to distinguish generated images from actual images, and image classification is performed using ResNet50. In the experimental results, it was confirmed that the quality of the generated images changes depending on the epoch, and through this, we aim to improve the accuracy of industrial accident prediction. In addition, we would like to present an efficient method to improve the quality of image generation and increase the accuracy of image classification through the combination of GAN and ResNet50.

  • In this paper, in order to improve port work preparation and berth scheduling efficiency in an artificial intelligence-based berthing monitoring system that can monitor the ship's berthing process, we develop a mooring line recognition model to check an exact berthing time. By improving the pre-designed AI model, it is possible to segment the mooring line from the input image, and to recognize when the mooring line arrives or falls on the berth, thereby providing the correct ship's berthing time. The proposed AI model confirmed by the results that mooring line recognition is possible with evaluation data about the actual berthing situation.

Application of the artificial intelligence for automatic detection of shipping noise in shallow-water (천해역 선박 소음 자동 탐지를 위한 인공지능 기법 적용)

  • The study on the temporal and spatial monitoring of passing vessels is important in terms of protection and management the marine ecosystem in the coastal area. In this paper, we propose the automatic detection technique of passing vessel by utilizing an artificial intelligence technology and broadband striation patterns which are characteristic of broadband noise radiated by passing vessel. Acoustic measurements to collect underwater noise spectrum images and ship navigation information were conducted in the southern region of Jeju Island in South Korea for 12 days (2016.07.15-07.26). And the convolution neural network model is optimized through learning and validation processes based on the collected images. The automatic detection performance of passing vessel is evaluated by precision (0.936), recall (0.830), average precision (0.824), and accuracy (0.949). In conclusion, the possibility of the automatic detection technique of passing vessel is confirmed by using an artificial intelligence technology, and a future study is proposed from the results of this study.

  • Big data is widely used in customer relationship management, relationship marketing, financial business improvement, credit information and risk management. Moreover, as non-face-to-face financial transactions have become more active recently due to the COVID-19 virus, the use of financial big data is more demanded in terms of relationships with customers. In terms of customer relationship, financial big data has arrived at a time that requires an emotional rather than a technical approach. In relational marketing, it was necessary to emphasize the emotional aspect rather than the cognitive, rational, and rational aspects. Existing traditional financial data was collected and utilized through text-type customer transaction data, corporate financial information, and questionnaires. In this study, the customer's emotional image data, that is, atypical data based on the customer's cultural and leisure activities, is acquired through SNS and the customer's activity image is analyzed with an artificial intelligence CNN algorithm. Activity analysis is again applied to the annotated AI, and the AI big data model is designed to analyze the behavior model shown in the annotation.

  • With the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, education on artificial intelligence is one of the important topics. However, since existing education is aimed at knowledge, it is not suitable for developing the active problem-solving ability and AI utilization ability required by artificial intelligence education. To solve this problem, we proposes PBL-based education method in which learners learn in the process of solving the presented problem. The problem presented to the learner is a completed project. This project consists of three types: a classification model, the training data of the classification model, and the block code to be executed according to the classified result. The project works, but each component is designed to perform a low level of operation. In order to solve this problem, the learners can expect to improve their computational thinking skills by finding problems in the project through testing, finding solutions through discussion, and improving to a higher level of operation.

  • GuessWhat?! is a game in which two machine players, composed of questioner and answerer, ask and answer yes-no-N/A questions about the object hidden for the answerer in the image, and the questioner chooses the correct object. GuessWhat?! has received much attention in the field of deep learning and artificial intelligence as a testbed for cutting-edge research on the interplay of computer vision and dialogue systems. In this study, we discuss the objective function and characteristics of the GuessWhat?! game. In addition, we propose a simple solver for GuessWhat?! using a simple rule-based algorithm. Although a human needs four or five questions on average to solve this problem, the proposed method outperforms state-of-the-art deep learning methods using only two questions, and exceeds human performance using five questions.

Usability Evaluation of Artificial Intelligence Search Services Using the Naver App (인공지능 검색 서비스 활용에 따른 서비스 사용성 평가: 네이버 앱을 중심으로)

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) has become one of the core technologies in terms of the business strategy among information technology companies. Both international and domestic major portal companies are launching AI search services. These AI search services utilize voice, images, and other unstructured data to provide different experiences from existing text-based search services. An unfamiliar experience is a factor that can hinder the usability of the service. Therefore, the usability testing of the AI search services is necessary. This study examines the usability of the AI search service on the Naver App 8.9.3 beta version by comparing it with the search services of the current Naver App and targets 30 people in their 20s and 30s, who have experience using Naver apps. The usability of Smart Lens, Smart Voice, Smart Around, and AiRS, which are the Naver App beta versions of their artificial intelligence search service, is evaluated and statistically significant usability changes are revealed. Smart Lens, Smart Voice, and Smart Around exhibited positive changes, whereas AiRS exhibited negative changes in terms of usability. This study evaluates the change in usability according to the application of the artificial intelligence search services and investigates the correlation between the evaluation factors. The obtained data are expected to be useful for the usability evaluation of services that use AI.
