  • IPTV 기반의 이러닝 마켓플레이스는 IPTV를 통한 이러닝 서비스 제공을 하기 위한 교육 콘텐츠 공급자와 수요자간의 마켓플레이스로써, 이는 양방향 매체 하에서의 이러닝 서비스로써 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있으며, 방송통신융합의 초기 단계에서 IPTV는 다양한 콘텐츠와 서비스 모델의 개발을 통하여 그 효용성을 높이는데 기여를 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 IPTV기반의 이러닝 마켓플레이스에서 핵심적인 프레임워크를 구성하기 위하여 이러닝, e-마켓플레이스, IPTV에서의 특징과 기존의 이러닝 마켓플레이스들의 기능을 매트릭스를 통한 비교분석으로 기본요소를 추출하고, 이를 통하여 프레임워크를 구성한다. 또한 비즈니스모델 개발을 위하여 비즈니스모델설정, 참여자/역할, 제품/서비스 커버리지, 운영시나리오, 수익모델을 작성하고 이를 통하여 실제적으로 비즈니스모델의 구현이 가능한지를 검증한다.

An Analysis for Deriving New Convergent Service of Mobile Learning: The Case of Social Network Analysis and Association Rule (모바일 러닝에서의 신규 융합서비스 도출을 위한 분석: 사회연결망 분석과 연관성 분석 사례)

  • This study is conducted to explore the possibility of service convergence to promote mobile learning. This study has attempted to identify how mobile learning service is provided, which services among them are considered most popular, and which services are highly demanded by users. This study has also investigated the potential opportunities for service convergence of mobile service and e-learning. This research is then extended to examine the possibility of active convergence of common services in mobile services and e-learning. Important variables have been identified from related web pages of portal sites using social network analysis (SNA) and association rules. Due to the differences in number and type of variables on different web pages, SNA was used to deal with the difficulties of identifying the degree of complex connection. Association analysis has been used to identify association rules among variables. The study has revealed that most frequent services among common services of mobile services and e-learning were Games and SNS followed by Payment, Advertising, Mail, Event, Animation, Cloud, e-Book, Augmented Reality and Jobs. This study has also found that Search, News, GPS in mobile services were turned out to be very highly demanded while Simulation, Culture, Public Education were highly demanded in e-learning. In addition, It has been found that variables involving with high service convergence based on common variables of mobile and e-learning services were Games and SNS, Games and Sports, SNS and Advertising, Games and Event, SNS and e-Book, Games and Community in mobile services while Games, Animation, Counseling, e-Book, being preceding services Simulation, Speaking, Public Education, Attendance Management were turned out be highly convergent in e-learning services. Finally, this study has attempted to predict possibility of active service convergence focusing on Games, SNS, e-Book which were highly demanded common services in mobile and e-learning services. It is expected that this study can be used to suggest a strategic direction to promote mobile learning by converging mobile services and e-learning.

  • Recently, MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), which has the characteristics of open content, has been changing the paradigm of university education as it is being serviced by various universities. In addition, MOOC based e-learning service has been developed into various types. The quality management of MOOC-based e-learning services has been studied on the general factors provided by MOOC regardless of MOOC type so far. In this study, we propose a method to improve the quality management of MOOC - based e - learning service by analyzing the factors affecting the quality of e - learning service by MOOC type.

A Comparative Study on e-Learning Satisfaction between Korea and China (한국과 중국의 이러닝 만족도에 관한 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of e-learning quality and learner's usage motivation on e-learning satisfaction in Korea and China. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the factors influencing the satisfaction of learners between the two countries, this study aims to suggest the effective use of e-learning. This study surveyed Korean university students at Y and K universities in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Chinese university students at A university in Henan, China. As a result, for Korean university students, it is showed that learning time, learning space, learning process, usefulness, e-learning information quality, and service quality affect e-learning satisfaction. For Chinese university students, learning time, learning process and e-learning system quality, information quality, and service quality were found to affect e-learning satisfaction. Among them, service quality was an important factor influencing e-learning satisfaction in both countries, but the average score of each factor was very low. In the future, we discussed ways to improve service quality.

  • IT 기술을 이용하여 학습하는 것을 e-러닝이라 한다. 최초의 e-러닝은 DistanceLearning과 Distributed Learning이라는 두 가지 측면만으로도 훌륭한 역할을 하였다. 그러나 최근 정보통신산업의 비약적인 발전에 따라 새로운 e-러닝 서비스에 대한 사용자의 요구가 높아지고 있다. 무선 이동통신기술과 하드웨어기술 등의 발전에 따라 언제 어디서나 양질의 교육에 접근할 수 있고, 멀티미디어 처리기술의 발전에 따라 개인맞춤형 e-러닝 서비스가 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 기고에서는 e-러닝 시스템이라는 측면에서 차세대 e-러닝 서비스를 구상하고자 한다.

  • Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.

The Empirical Study on the Motivations for e-Learning Service Usage of Smart Device Users (스마트기기 이용자의 이러닝 서비스 사용 동기에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to test the motivations for e-Learning service usage of smart device users. To do this, empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey with 382 smart-device based e-learners, and structural equation model was used for the purpose of analyzing the data acquired by the survey. A structural equation model was designed and constructed by such factors like usefulness, enjoyment, word-of-mouse(WOM) effect, and social interaction on e-Learning usage intention. In addition, social interaction has an influence on WOM effect. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows; first, usefulness, enjoyment, and WOM have direct effects on e-Learning usage intention. Second, social interaction not only has direct influence on e-Learning usage intention but also has indirect influence carried by WOM effect. The findings have significant implications which the study inquires into the factors for e-Learning usage motivations of smart-device based e-learners.

  • 스마트기기의 발달과 보급의 확산과 함께 모바일 인터넷 등 통신서비스 환경이 발전함에 따라 이러닝 환경의 고도화가 진행되면서 유비쿼터스러닝, 모바일러닝을 넘어 스마트 디바이스와 이러닝 연관 신기술이 융 복합된 새로운 형태의 교육 시스템인 스마트러닝으로 발전하고 있다. 하지만 현재 다양한 스마트 디바이스 기반의 스마트러닝 서비스를 통해 교육 콘텐츠를 학습자에게 제공하기 위해서는 기존 이러닝 콘텐츠의 구조 개선이 불가피한 상황이며 콘텐츠의 재사용 가능성, 접근성, 상호운용성, 항구성 및 질적 수월성의 향상을 위한 스마트러닝 표준화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 이러닝 콘텐츠를 통한 스마트러닝을 구현하기 위한 방안으로 EPUB 3.0 표준을 활용한 스마트러닝 솔루션을 제안하고자 한다.

  • This study attempts to verify the effect of e-CRM on reuse intetnion of e-learning and to determine whether the presense mediates the relationship between e-CRM and reuse intetnion of e-learning through empirical analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, The effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service, e-communication) on the intention of reuse for e-learning services was significant. Second, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the teaching presence. Third, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service, e-communication) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the cognitive presence. Finally, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the social presence.

  • 정보기술의 발전은 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 학습자와 전문가의 상호작용을 이루어주는 온라인 기반 교육서비스인 이러닝을 대학도서관에서 이용자에게 온라인 서비스로 제공하기 시작했다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관에서 제공하는 이러닝 콘텐츠의 현황을 설립유형, 지역별, 규모별로 구분하여 비교 분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 오늘날 대학도서관에서 중점적으로 제공하는 이러닝 콘텐츠를 파악하여 향후 이용자의 대학도서관 이러닝 콘텐츠 선호도와 만족도 등의 연구에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
