Fake GPS Detection for the Online Game Service on Server-Side (모의 위치 서비스를 이용한 온라인 게임 악용 탐지 방안)

  • Recently $Pok\acute{e}mon$ GO implements an online game with location-based real time augmented reality on mobile. The correct play of this game should be based on collecting the $Pok\acute{e}mon$ that appears as the user moves around by foot, but as the popularity increases, it appears an abuse to play easily. Many people have used an application that provides a mock location service such as Fake GPS, and these applications can be judged to be cheating in online games because they can play games in the house without moving. Detection of such cheating from a client point of view (mobile device) can consume a large amount of resources, which can reduce the speed of the game. It is difficult for developers to apply detection methods that negatively affect game usage and user's satisfaction. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to detect users abusing mock location service in online game by route analysis using GPS location record from the server point of view.

Eleven previously unrecorded fungal species isolated from hyphosphere soil supporting wild mushrooms in Jeju Island (제주도 야생버섯 hyphosphere 토양에서 분리된 국내 미기록 진균 11종 보고)

  • To understand microorganism effects on wild mushroom fruiting bodies, we investigated the fungi in hyphosphere soil supporting wild mushroom species Cortinarius violaceus, Amanita hemibapha, Laccaria vinacelavellanea, and Amanita verna found in the Gotjawal area of Jeju Island. Fungal species identification based on morphological traits and molecular analysis of ITS, LSU rDNA, and β-tubulin gene sequences resulted in isolation and identification of eleven fungal species previously unrecorded in Korea. These newly-recorded species are: Arthrinium kogelbergensis, Kalmusia longisporum, Keithomyces carneum, Neopyrenochaeta cercidis, Penicillium ranomafanaense, Phomatodes nebulosa, Pyrenochaeta nobilis, Tolypocladium album, Talaromyces kendrickii, Talaromyces qii, and Umbelopsis gibberispora, and their morphological characteristics and phylogenetic positions are described.

  • 최근 원두커피 시장의 움직임이 범상치 않다. 원두커피 시장은 테이크아웃 전문점들의 시장 확대로 매년 급속한 시장성장을 기록해 전체 커피시장의 30%선에 육박을 했다. 커피시장의 트랜드가 인스턴트에서 원두커피로 빠르게 이동하고 있다는 반증이다. 이러한 동향이 자판기 시장에 있어 강건너 불구경 하듯이 남의 일 일수 없다. 커피시장 동향 변화는 원두커피자판기 분야에 있어서도 빠르게 트랜드 변화를 이끌어야 한다는 당면과제를 안겨주고 있다. 커피시장의 트랜드가 변하는데 자판기가 이를 제대로 활용하기 못한다면 산업계의 희망은 있을 수 없다. 현 시점에서 볼 때 원두커피자판기는 여전한 가능성의 영역에 머물고 있는 듯하다. 벌써 시장개척이 진행 된지 5년여가 넘었지만 기대만큼의 시장발전을 이끌어 내지 못하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 서서히 시장이 좋아 지고 있다는데서 그나마 위안을 삼아왔을 뿐이다. 여전히 원두커피자판기 시장은 시기상조라는 부정적 인식도 강하고, OP업체들의 적극성도 떨어지는 편이었다. 그런데 최근 대형 OP위주로 원두커피자판기 전개가 확대되면서 좋은 반응을 얻고 있고, 일반 시판시장의 판매도 늘고 있다. 시장의 새로운 희망이 싹트고 있는 중이다. 이러한 시장 변화를 잘 살려 파급력 있는 트랜드 변화를 이끌어 낸다면 원두커피자판기가 더 이상 가능성의 영역에 머물지 않을 것이다. 커피자판기 시장의 주류로써 당당히 부상하며 침체된 커피자판기 시장의 새로운 돌파구를 마련할 수 있게 된다. 그렇다면 과연 원두커피자판기 분야에 희망은 어떻게 전조되고 있는 중일 까? 대형 OP업체의 원두커피자판기 운영 사례를 살펴보고, 시장 발전을 위한 과제들을 조명해 봤다.

  • 본 논문에서 제안하는 음주로 인한 사회 연결망 와해 방지를 위한 스마트 애플리케이션 '나 취했니?'는 과도한 음주 후 스마트폰 사용시 발생할 수 있는 사용자의 의도치 않은 실수를 예방하는 것을 목표로 한다. 가속도 변화, 터치 속도 및 오타 수 확인, 심박수 변화 등을 통하여 사용자의 데이터를 얻고 기계학습을 통해 사용자의 음주 여부를 판단한다. 이때, 음주를 한 것으로 판단되면 사용자가 설정해 두었던 애플리케이션들의 사용을 제한하게 된다. 또한 애플리케이션에 사용자가 음주를 한 날짜를 체크하는 자가진단 서비스 및 음주를 한 것으로 확인된 직후 GPS 를 이용해 사용자의 위치 및 이동 경로를 기록하여 스마트폰 내의 사고 뿐만 아니라 외부적인 사고에도 도움을 줄 수 있도록 구현하였다.

Paleoseismological Study and Evaluation of Maximum Earthquake Magnitude along the Yangsan and Ulsan Fault Zones in the Southeastern Part of Korea (남한 남동부 양산단층대와 울산단층대의 고지진 연구와 최대 지진 규모 평가)

  • The paleoseismological study in Korea has begun along the Yangsan fault zone (YFZ) and Ulsan fault zone (UFZ) since 1994. Some evidences related to late Quaternary movement are found at only some part of the YFZ, such as Pyonghae, Yuge, and Eonyang-Tongdosa areas. However, it is found along the most of the UFZ except the northen and southern ends of the fault. The dominant time span of faulting events along the YFZ and UFZ are quite different, and 500 ka to 200 ka and 300 ka to recent time, respectively. The dominant faulting senses of the YFZ and UFZ are right-lateral strike slip and reverse, respectively. These senses correspond well with the focal mechanism of recent occurring earthquakes along these two fault zones. If we evaluate the intensity of the activity of the YFZ from the average slip rate, which is 0.1~0.04 m/ka, it is comparable with the faults of higher C class in Japan. The slip rate of UFZ, which is 0.2~0.06 m/ka, is comparable with the faults of lower B to higher C class. Based on the relationship between maximum displacement and magnitude, the maximum earthquake magnitude is evaluated to be 6.8 and 7.0 in the YFZ and UFZ, respectively. An intensive studies are needed to clarify the problems such as segmentation of faults, return period, and geological evidences related to historical earthquakes.

A Study on Physical Activity by Transportation Mode Using Heart Rate (심박수를 활용한 교통수단별 신체활동 정보 분석 연구)

  • Recently, with the development of various sensors and communication technologies, the market for wearable devices capable of recording physical activity in connection with a smartphone is expanding. The purpose of this study is to analyze physical activity for each transportation modes in order to utilize wearable devices in the field of transportation. This study consists of three steps: data collection, basic statistical analysis, and physical activity analysis. Four adult males and females were recruited as investigators, and physical activity and route information were collected through Fitbit, a commercial wearable device. From the collected physical activity information, a percentage of heart rate reserve (%HRR) using a heart rate was derived and used for analysis. As a results, it was found that there is a statistically significant difference in heart rate for each transportation mode, and physical activity intensity is the highest when walking. In addition, the results of physical activity analysis for the case of using different routes for the same OD were presented. The results presented in this study are expected to be used as basic data for preparing public transportation activation policies and providing customized services for the future.

  • This paper demonstrates the design and development of asset management systems suitable for the universities full of very various kind of assets. Universities consists of many departments, which have a multiplicity of many experimental. It is very difficult to record and manage assets with hands. In addition, the equipments are moving freely from one lab to another inside the school, which means it is tough to find the location of the assets and so some stuffs that are given lack attention are likely to disappear. So, these things occurring frequently in the university asset management environment should be considered in the design and embodiment of the asset management system. In the proposed system, location recognition of the assets is realized based on a route tracking method, so it is possible to detect the loss of the high priced assets and entrance, export, and lending of them are controlled efficiently. The system is likely to reduce the load of a manager responsible for asset management, because configured to decrease interventions of the manager in overall asset management process. Especially, the proposed system and implementation method will be suitable for small and medium-scale asset management, path tracking, history management.

Tenth Graders' Ideas concerned with Earth's Rotation according to Interest and Learning style (흥미와 학습양식에 따른 고등학교 1학년 학생들의 지구의 자전 관련 개념)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept concerned with Earth's rotation as passed by tenth graders whose interest in earth's rotation and learning styles were varied. To examine student's interest in the Earth's rotation, 4students (visual-verbal learning style student with much interest, visual learning style student with much interest, visual learning style student with little interest, and verbal learning style student with little interest) were chosen for study. Personal interview was used for this study. To probe students' conception in varied ways, they were allowed to make gesture and draw pictures through data collection process, except for interviews. And the data were analyzed one by one. The result of this study were as follows: First, the student with much interest was faster to answer the questions about Earth's rotation than the one with little interest. Also he comprehended better and was able to explain reasons coherently. Second, there was little difference according to student's learning style. Third, one of the repeated misconception was direction. For thinking that is the right side is the east side, students have misconception that the sun goes from right to left and stars in north sky move clock-wise.

  • 최근 한반도는 과거 최대 강우량의 기록을 갱신하는 집중호우가 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 2000년대 들어 기상재해에 대한 피해 규모가 수조원에 달한다. 자연재해를 예방하여 피해를 최소화하기 위해서는 미래에 발생 가능성이 있는 재해를 사전에 예측하고, 재난발생 가능성을 감소시키며, 발생한 재난의 피해를 최소화시키기 위한 활동이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2003년도에 발생한 태풍 'Maemi'의 영향으로 부산과 경남지역에 발생 가능한 최대 풍피해의 정도를 예측해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 태풍의 중심기압과 태풍의 이동경로와 대상지역의 거리를 이용하여 3-second gust를 산정하였고, 이를 이용하여 시 군 구 단위의 주택에 대한 최대 풍피해 분포 특성을 파악하였다. 태풍 Meami에 의한 부산 경남지방의 3-second gust를 산정한 결과 풍속이 25m/s 이상의 폭풍영역에 해당되는 지역은 김해시, 강서구, 남해군, 고성군, 창원시, 사상구, 북구, 함안군, 통영시, 하동군, 거제시, 사천시이고, 강풍영역에는 대부분의 지역이 포함되었다. 그 중에서 3-second gust가 가장 높았던 지역은 북구와 사상구였고, 다음으로 강서구 창원시 사천시, 함안군 이였으며, 마산시, 김해시, 거제시 그리고 양산시가 다음으로 높게 나타났다. 고성군은 3-second gust가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 부산과 경남지방의 집 한 채 피해액은 북구와 강서구, 사상구가 가장 높게나왔고, 다음으로 사천시와 창원시 순으로 높게 나타났다. 거창군은 부산 경남지방 중에서 가장 낮은 피해액이 나타났다. 이러한 결과에는 그 지역에서 발생 가능한 3-second gust의 영향이 크게 작용한 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 태풍의 특성 자료를 제외한 자료의 경우 국내 자료의 한계로 인해 국외 자료를 이용하거나, 가정을 통해 계산을 진행하였다. 그러나 향후 보다 정확한 최대 풍피해를 평가하기 위해서는 기초자료의 마련이 반드시 이루어져야한다.

A Real Scale Experimental Study for Evaluation of Permissible Shear Stresses on Vegetation Mats (식생매트 허용 소류력 평가를 위한 실규모 실험 연구)

  • By the activation of environment-friendly river works, application of vegetation mats is increasing, however, evaluation techniques for hydraulic stability of vegetation mats are not presented. This study is conducted to develop the objective test method for vegetation mats. Two kind of vegetation mats are tested by the real scale experiments, and hydraulic quantities are measured and analyzed to evaluate acting shear stresses. Roughness and shear stress are evaluated by 1 D non-uniform model. After each tests, changes in mat surfaces and sub-soil are evaluated, and from these evaluation, 3 types of mat surface damages and 2 types of sub-soil damages are presented. In the study, the case in which some damages in mat surface don't cause loss of sub-soil, is presented to be in the stable condition. Appling this stable condition and acting shear stresses, permissible shear stresses of vegetation mats are evaluated, and the results show that the reinforced mat with wire netting has more permissible shear stress.
