본 논문에서는 2개의 오프라인 기반의 사이버대학과 2개의 순수 온라인 기반의 사이버대학을 대상으로, 각 대학의 이동성매체 도입의 차이점과 해당 대학의 학습자와, 교수자의 이동성매체를 통한 서비스 요구사항들이 정보제공자와 어떠한 격차를 보이는지에 대한 요구격차분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해서, 이동성매체 도입에 따른 서비스 요구를 범주화하고 사이버대학의 이동성매체 도입 유형모델을 제시 하였다. 심층면담에 근거한 질적 연구 방법을 통해서, 사이버대학의 이동성매체 도입에 대한 교수-학습자와 정보제공자 간의 서비스 요구를 9가지 범주(컨텐츠 품질, 적시적 인포메이션 서비스, 교수학습자간 커뮤니케이션, 저작권 문제, 서비스 접근성, 서비스이해도, 서비스 선호도, 서비스 표준화, 교수-학습자와 정보제공자간의 컨센서스)로 도출하였다. 또한 인터뷰 결과의 분석을 통해서, 4개의 사이버대학이 중요시 하는 서비스 요구의 범주가 상이한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 사이버대학의 이동성매체 도입의 유형을 '요구적극 반영형', '신중도입 검토형', '경쟁적 도입 반영형', '요구소극적 반영형'으로 분석하였다.

Despite the ubiquity of mobile phone, the medium has received far less scholarly attention than it should deserve. This study begin with the purpose of fair repositioning of mobile phone in Korean interpersonal communication. To accomplish this purpose, We examined the effect of communication values on perception of mobile phone as interpersonal communication medium, such as the appropriateness and effectiveness of mobile phone. The related raw data were collected from on-line survey process, and statistically analyzed. The result showed that the more effect the traditional communication values of our society have on the perception of mobile phone, the older users are. And Younger generations tend to have more positive attitude to mobile phone as interpersonal communication medium. Particularly when the seniors are interpersonal communication partner and impending task is advice or request, younger persons tend to perceive mobile phone more appropriate and effective than the elder persons do. Thus, it is plausible to predict that relative position of mobile phone will be gradually more important in Koreans' social communication when the younger generation become the mainstream of our society.

The mobile phone is a medium of mobility in the sense that it makes possible anytime, anywhere communications. It is also a medium of privatism as it opens for the users an exclusive communication space that marks private territoriality. These two characteristics associated with the mobile phone are usually interpreted as part of its technical properties and convenience it provides to the users. But mobility is offered not just for the sake of mobility, nor privatism is for the sake of privatism. There are certain social and political economic conditions that enhance and even force us to be mobile and private. The mobile phone symbolizes this kind of world order in which mobility and privatism condition our social life-world.

USB flash drive와 같은 이동형 저장매체는 한 손에 쏙 들어오는 작은 크기와 가벼운 무게로 뛰어난 휴대성을 제공하고 있다. 많은 사용자들은 자신의 데이터를 저장하기 위해 고용량을 제공하는 이동형 저장매체에 관심을 보이고 있다. 하지만 이동형 저장매체는 휴대성으로 인한 도난 및 분실당할수 있다. 개인 정보가 유출되는 등의 많은 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 인터넷의 발달과 클라우드 컴퓨팅 붐을 통하여 이동형 저장매체의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 클라우드 스토리지 서비스가 급증하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 클라우드 스토리지 서비스는 인터넷이 가지고 있는 취약성 및 서버와 서버의 관리자의 비신뢰성 등의 문제를 가지고 있으며, 이로 인한 몇몇 사고가 발생하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 클라우드 스토리지 환경에서는 데이터를 암호화 저장하고 이를 복호화 과정 없이 검색할 수 있는 검색 가능한 암호 기술의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 검색가능 암호 기술은 사용자가 저장하고자 하는 데이터를 직접 업로드하고, 해당 자료를 필요에 따라 공유 하고, 공유대상이 변화되는 클라우드 스토리지 환경에서 비효율성을 가지고 있어 실제 서비스에 적용하기 힘든 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 고려하여 검색가능한 암호화 색인 생성 및 이를 재암호화를 통해 다른 사용자와 안전하게 공유할 수 있는 검색가능한 재 암호화 시스템을 제안한다.

일반적인 포화된 다공질 매체의 수치해석에서는 거시적 관점의 고체변형과 유체이동을 동시에 고려한 혼합유한요소방법(Mixed Finite Element Method)이 쓰인다. 그러나 고체변형이 거의 없는 상태에서 유체가 이동할 경우, 또는 고체변형과 유체유동이 거의 없고 외력에 의한 간극압만 존재할 경우 이를 혼합유한 요소방법으로 해석하기에는 요소 잠김(Element Locking)현상 때문에 매우 불안정하다. 본 논문에서 Park과 Tak(2010)이 제안한 비압축성, 비투과성 포화 다공질 매체의 해석기법인 Staggered Method를 소개하고 수치적 효율성을 높이기 위해 요소분할기술 중 하나인 FETI(Finite Element Tearing and Interconnecting) 기법의 접목을 제안하고자 한다.

Due to difficulties of continuous electric power provision to underwater communication nodes, the efficient power usage is highly required in underwater network protocol. In this paper, we studied the energy efficient MAC(Medium Access Control) protocol for underwater network supporting mobile nodes such as UUV(Unmanned Underwater Vehicle) and AUV(Autonomous Underwater Vehicle). The mobile nodes could waste the electric power in vain when the receiver moves out of the radio propagation coverage during the data exchange and thus the transmitted data fails in reaching the receiver. Expecially, such a failure is much more obvious in underwater acoustic channels since the propagation delay is about $10^5$ times slower than in terrestrial radio channels. This proposed mobility-MAC controls the data dropping stochastically in the Dropping Zone by considering the receiver's location and moving velocity. In conclusion, this selective dropping method not only improves latency and throughput by reducing invalid droppings but also boosts power efficiency by valid droppings.

A In the rapidly changing media environment, radio needs to be digitized in order to provide regular compatible service. Especially, most medium high frequency Medias have program contents thar are similar to the standard FM bandwidth, so digitizing radio will bring less effect than it is expected. However, the characteristics of radio medias are mobility, individuality, site-to-site, wide service coverage, immediate delivery and publicity, so it is necessary to study the future of radio media to provide continuous services, moreover, the main discussion regarding balanced development between medias will be the trend of the digitization of radio. Also it is easy and will cost less to change compared to other medias. AM was the first media to broadcast in Korea, and its network is spread all over Korea, also the receivers are the most widely distributed which means the signal reaches everywhere in Korea. In this study, the proper service model for AM digital radio is provided in this environment in which all Medias are rapidly digitizing due to the advancement of digital technology. The results of experimental are based on library study and KBS data of sound wave.

무선 통신 시스템에서 이동 사용자들의 안전성에 대한 문제는 끊임없이 제기되어 왔고, 더 안전한 통신을 위한 방안들이 강구되고 있다. 무선 통신 환경에서는 전달하고자 하는 메시지들이 공중파를 매체로 하여 전송되기 때문에 안전성에 대한 철저한 고려가 수반되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 이동 네트워크 환경에서 인증서를 기반으로 한 안전한 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 이동 사용자들이 각기 다른 도메인으로부터 서비스를 받고 있는 상황 하에서 종단간에 위치한 이동 사용자들이 서로를 인증하고 통신을 위한 비밀키를 공유할 수 있는 프로토콜을 제안한다.

본 논문은 인중기관, PKI솔루션 업체, 전자거래기관 위주로 제공되어 온 PKI서비스를 안전성, 편의성, 표준적합성, 이동성, 경제성측면에서 개선된 PKI 클라이언트 S/W 기능과 유저 인터페이스(UI)를 제시한다. 이는 복잡한 PKI기술을 모르는 초보 이용자라 할지라도 USB키, 스마트카드 등 여러 이동형 저장매체를 다양한 운영체제에서 쉽고 안전하게 사용할 수 있게 한다. 특히 제안하는 자동 인증서 업데이트 기능, CD를 활응한 인증서 배포방안, 인증서 공통저장위치 및 파일 명명규칙은 하나의 인중서로 다양한 PKI서비스를 이용할 수 있어 Easy PKI화가 가능하리라 기대 된다.

This study begin with the purpose of fair appraisement of telephone in Korean social communication. To accomplish this purpose, the gratification obtained from telephone, the appropriateness of it as interpersonal communication medium and communication network through telephone were studied. The related raw data were collected from on-line survey process, and statistically analyzed. The result showed sociability, information, transaction, entertainment, emergency, and reassurance are gratifications obtained from telephone use. Younger persons tend to have more positive attitude to mobile phone as interpersonal communication medium. Particularly when the seniors are interpersonal communication partner and impending task is advice or request, younger persons tend to perceive mobile phone more appropriate than the elder persons do. And mobile phone deepens 'communication endogamy' of our society, especially in the youth. Thus, it is plausible to predict that mobile phone will be more important in social communication of our society when the youth become the mainstream of our society.
