This paper suggests a way of estimating the value of interclass equity improvement by railway operations. Equity is understood in this paper in the context of a mobility gap between classes. The value of the reduced mobility gap by railway operations is interpreted as an increase of social equity. In particular, the unit value of equity improvement by rail services is quantified based on the amount of fare reduction through public service obligations. The difference in the surplus calculation between elastic and inelastic demands relative to the reduction is also discussed. The result of this study is expected to be helpful of performing more cautious appraisal for rail investment schemes.

고객가치에 기반을 두지 않은 소프트웨어는 블루오션을 창출할 수 없고, 기존 시장에서 우위를 점유할 수 없으므로 최근에는 고객가치와 품질 향상에 초점을 맞춰 소프트웨어 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 시장에서 우위를 차지하기 위한 중요한 요소 중 하나가 비용인데, COTS 기반의 개발방법은 시장출하 시간의 단축과 비용절감의 효과가 있어 관심이 증가하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 고객가치를 창출하고 소프트웨어 품질을 향상시키기 위해 고객가치와 COTS의 품질속성을 고려하여 COTS를 선택하는 요구공학방법론을 제시하였다.

글로벌경쟁 시대에 지속가능한 성장(sustainable growth)을 달성하기 위해서는 경영환경 변화에 대한 신속하고도 유연한 전략적 대응이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 고객과 시장의 요구에 대한 적극적 대응을 토대로 경쟁자가 쉽게 모방할 수 없는 차별적인 경쟁우위의 확보와 함께 조직의 핵심역량을 강화해 나가야 한다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 도약을 요구받고 있는 한국경제의 선진화를 위한 방안으로 기업경쟁력 향상을 위한 창의가치혁신 전략과 이에 따른 창의가치설계(Creative Value Design) 방법론을 제안한다.

인간은 도구를 만드는 동물인 동시에 이동을 하면서 사회적 생활을 영위하는 동물이다. 인류는 초기, 도보중심으로 이동이 이루어졌기 때문에 그 생활활동 범위도 좁았었다. 그러나 인류는 여러가지 이동의 도구를 만들어 생활권을 확대시켜 나갔다. 그중 보다 빠르고, 보다 멀리, 대량의 사람이나 화물 을 이동시키기 위해 바퀴를 발명하게 되었다. 그래서 수레가 출현하게 되었고 그 후 발전을 거듭하여 오늘날의 자전거가 만들어지게 되었다. 최근에는 과학기술의 급속한 발전과 생산기술의 고도화로 산업의 발전은 물론, 경제성장도 급속히 향상되고 국민의 소득증대도 향상되었다. 이에 따라 여가시간의 활용빈 도도 많아지고 건강증진을 위한 레저나 스포츠용품에 대한 관심과 수요가 급증하게 되었다. 그중 자전거는 레저 스포츠로서 즐길 뿐만 아니라, 건강증진으로서 비만증, 성인병의 예방, 지구력, 폐활량 증대 및 인내심 을 길러준다. 또한 현재 대도시가 안고 있는 교통체증 문제, 환경오염, 에너지절약 측면에서도 자전거는 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 이러한 시대의 상황 속에서 자전거 선호도도 Casual style에서 Seports style로의 변화를 가져오고 더욱 더 고급화, 개성화, 다양화의 모델이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 고객층을 위한 풍요로움과 건전한 건강생활문화를 창출하고 새로운 고부가가치 상품의 연구로 제품의 경쟁력 을 높여 수출을 증대시킬 수 있는 데 목적을 두었다.

As the scale of telecommunication market extremely increases, the competition to attract consumers is being intensive among telecommunication companies. Domestic telecommunication companies try to attract consumers by better quality and service to enhance satisfaction. The scientific research to evaluate satisfaction factors and total contentment about telecommunication companies is necessary for enhancing competitiveness and added value. In this paper, we study and analyze the way to estimate the satisfaction by AHP and statistical method. Consumers will receive good quality products and service by using suggested method. Additionally, domestic telecommunication expects to ensure competitiveness globally.

In this thesis, we examine the development status of autonomous mobility services using various artificial intelligence algorithms and propose a solution by combining edge and cloud computing to overcome technical difficulties. A fully autonomous vehicle with enhanced safety and ethics can be implemented using the proposed solution. In addition, for the future of 2035, we present a new concept that enables two- and three-dimensional movement via cooperation between ecofriendly, low-noise, and modular fully autonomous vehicles. The zero-error autonomous driving system will safely and conveniently transport people, goods, and services without time and space constraints and contribute to the autonomous mobility services that are free from movement in connection with various mobility.

1. 선진국의 경우 한 사업체에서 광산-가공산업체-연구소를 운영하는 시스템으로서 제품규제부터 시작하여 계속적인 용도개발이 가능하다. 2. 한국의 벤토나이트 광업 및 가공산업체의 현황이 일본의 5분의 1규모이며 년간 생산량 및 수요량이 100,000톤 규모로서 세계 15위권에 해당된다. 3. 벤토나이트 광업의 영세화로 효율적이고 장기적인 개발이 되지 못한다. 4. 광량의 고갈 및 개발 침체로 수입량이 증대되고 있다. 5. 새로운 용도개발이 요구된다. 특히 최근 증대되는 cat litter용, 흡착제용등 우선 개발이 용이한 용도개발을 추진해야 하며 다음으로 방사성 폐기물 처분장 liner 및 brick용, 폐수처리용 유기-벤토나이트, 쓰레기매립장 liner용과 화장품용등의 부가가치를 향상시킬 수 있는 용도개발이 시급하다고 본다.

해조류는 우리나라의 경우 예로부터 식용으로 널리 이용되어 왔으나 대부분 채취된 그대로 섭취하거나 건조나 염장과 같은 단순가공에 머무르고 있다. 최근 해조류에 여러 가지 생리활성물질이 존재한다는 것이 알려지면서(Fujimoto et al., 1985; 조 등, 1995), 해조류 연구에 있어서 종래의 해조다당류가 갖는 물리ㆍ화학적 연구(김과 밖 1984)에서 벗어나 해조류의 부가가치를 향상시키고 해조류 소비촉진을 위한 새로운 가공기술에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. (중략)

LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)는 얇고, 가벼우며 소비전력이 적기 때문에, 휴대성 및 이동성이 높아 소비량이 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 또한 90년도 이후 LCD에 대한 연구 개발이 집중되고 제조기술이 향상됨에 따라 제품의 가격이 떨어져서 LCD의 효용가치는 더욱 높아지고 있다. 하지만, 현재 주로 사용되고 있는 Nematic 액정의 경우에 화면 표시 속도가 느려, 원활한 동화상을 구현하기에는 잔상이 남는 단점이 있다. (중략)

In this study our main focus is to verify the relationship between social value of transportation system and its perceived features. To achieve this objective, we investigated the value of public bike system (PBS) through willingness to pay (WTP) analysis using contingent valuation method (CVM) and the survey was conducted for 1726 respondents who live in Suwon, Korea. Moreover the determinants related to features related to bicycle use were also gathered. The estimated binary logistic regression and censored regression reveal that the value of PBS is influenced by perceived features towards bicycle use incorporating non-congestion, transportation mode like auto and bus, and high mobility system as well as other variables such as income, bicycle ownership etc. Furthermore the results show that the perceiving of positive features to bicycle use leads to higher social value of PBS. Based on the findings, we discuss the importance of pre-review for transport policy implementation, and also explore the possibilities for application to PBS.
