  • As many studies have performed to reduce thermal cracking in mass concrete, it is already prepared against thermal cracking, we can find many plans against thermal cracking in several reference book. But it needs practical guidelines to be available in construction site. In this study to establish control method of thermal cracking in mass concrete, tests which have factors of placing thickness and curing method of concrete are performed.

  • The thermal crack in mass concrete is mainly due to the difference of concrete temperature, which is generated by hydration heat of cement. As the thickness of mat foundation increases, the difference of temperature becomes bigger. The purpose of this study is to estimate the optimum placing depth. The temperature of real mat foundation was observed and the thermal analysis by Finite Element Method was executed. Finally, the crack index according to the placing depth was estimated.

  • Until now, various period formulas Pre proposed, but those of have a little difficult procedure and variation according to structural system. This paper presents an analysis of the uncoupled vibration of symmetric in RC structures. A generalized approximate method is developed using the Southwell-Dunkerley approximation and characteristics of structural deformation. The results of the proposed method for the example structure show good agreement with those of the Midas Genw4.2.2.

  • External Confinement of concrete in CFS enhances strength and ductility of concrete columns. This paper presents the test results on the study of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with carbon fiber sheets. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the CFS confinement characteristics of square reinforced concrete columns and the CFS efficiency. The tests were performed with different lateral reinforcement ratios, CFS reinforcement ratios and concrete strength. Test results were characterized according to maximum loads and lateral strain of CFS.

  • Various studies have been done to investigate the effectiveness of lateral confinement of lower strength concrete(below 420kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$). But little research its effectiveness for high strength concrete. A certain concern has been arised that the beneficial effect of lateral confinement in high strength concrete may be different from that in lower strength. This study aimed to investigate that concern with different confinement spacing(D/2 : D/4). The results show that beneficial effects of spiral confinement are more pronounced for lower strength concrete as compared to higher strength concrete.

  • Investigations on the behavior of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete beams subjected to predominant shear are accomplished to determine their diagonal shear strength including ultimate shear strength. The parameters varied were the volume fraction(Vf) of the fibers, shear span depth ratio(a/d). The test result show that diagonal shear strength and ultimate shear strength are increased siginificantly due to crack arrest mechanism. Predictive equations are suggested for evaluating the diagonal cracking strength and ultimate shear strength of the fiber reinforced high strength concrete beams.

  • 이 연구는 브랜드 네임 스펙트럼 이론을 이용하여 병원 명칭의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 수도권 지역에 위치하는 모든 병원을 대상으로 하였고, 명칭은 의미있는 단위로 분류한 후 스펙트럼 이론에 따라 분류하였다. 분석결과 임의적 명칭의 빈도가 가장 높았고, 다음으로는 암시적, 서술적, 그리고 조어적 명칭의 순이었다. 단일 스펙트럼 구성된 명칭이 가장 많았으며, 스펙트럼이 2개와 3개로 구분된 명칭의 순이었다.

  • 최근 유ㆍ무선 환경을 기반으로 하는 온라인 게임 및 메신저 서비스 등에서 아바타를 활용한 서비스가 증가하고 있으며 3D 아바타의 움직임을 표현하기 위한 3D 애니메이션에서는 사실적인 움직임을 표현하기 위해서 모션 캡쳐 데이터를 많이 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모션 캡쳐 데이터의 크기를 줄이기 위한 기법으로 모션 캡쳐 데이터를 움직임 특성에 대하여 분석하여 추출된 특징점을 이용하여 간략화하는 기법과 간략화된 모션 데이터를 본래의 데이터로 복원하는 기법을 제안한다.

  • Choonwon, Lee Kwang-Soo was a literary man and activist for educational movement in modem age of Korea. This research was to review his arguments about improvement of house living. The major results of the research were as follows. First, he asked Korean people to establish solid identity of living. Second, he placed great emphasis on building hygiene facilities and bathroom. Third, he argued that the space within a household need to be divided in accordance with function. Finally he suggested Korean people to make home environment beautiful and convenient.
