In this study, the initiation of steel corrosion was monitored due to chloride attack using embedded sensor. In general, Steel bars embedded in concrete are protected from corrosion by being forming a passive film on the surface. However, the passive film is destroyed by chemical erosion such as concrete carbonation and chloride penetration, and the rebar is exposed to the deteriorating factor and corrosion proceeds. In order to realize the initiation of steel corrosion, OCP and change of Impedance parameter were observed by using Half-cell and EIS method depending on cover depth. As result, 10mm cover showed the impedence increased in 6weeks.

In two-dimensional dictionary matching problem, we are given a two-dimensional text T and a dictionary D={P\ulcorner, ...., P\ulcorner} as a set of two-dimensional patterns. We seek the locations of all the dictionary patterns that appear in T. We present a new two-dimensional pattern matching algorithm that can handle just a single pattern, and then show how to extend it into two-dimensional dictionary matching algorithm. The suggested algorithm is practical in the sense that it can deal that it uses a small extra space proportional to the size of the dictionary, and that it is quite simple to be implemented without depending on complicated data structures.

To observe the confinement effects of Carbon Fiber Sheet(CFS) on the high-strength R/C short columns, Fifteen specimens with CFS were manufactured and tested under uni-axial compressive load. Major variables of this study are amount, spacing, type of CFS and amount of transverse steel. Increasing the amount of transverse steel and CFS, compressive strength and axial rigidity is improved. R/C columns with transverse steel and CFS exhibited less axial stress than columns with only CFS. From the test results, it is shown that the area confined with transverse steel and CFS is considerably important to evaluate axial stress of R/C short columns.

오늘날 인터넷 환경의 급속한 발전으로 인하여 이메일을 통한 메시지 교환이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이메일의 편리성에도 불구하고 개인이나 회사에서는 스팸 메일로 인한 시간과 비용의 낭비가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 스팸 메일에 대한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 많은 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 패턴 분류 문제에 있어서 우수한 성능을 보이는 SVM(Support Vector Machine)을 사용하여 정상 메일과 스팸 메일을 분류할 수 있는 최적의 항목을 찾고자 한다. 그 방법으로 Feature Selection 기법을 사용하여 항목을 선별하였으며 이 선별된 항목이 얼마나 정확한 구분력을 가지고 있는지를 나타내고자 한다.

The new integrated CAD-CAM systems induce an increasing demand for simulation tools, which are able to simulate industrial part assembly processes by welding, gluing, riveting or bolting(more generally by fastening). Concerning fastened flexible parts, there exist no efficient computational aid on tolerance and methodology available on the field. The first part briefly presents the approach method based on the finite element method for TADA(Tolerance Analysis of Deformable Assemblies). The second part compares the results obtained by simulation using the commercial FEM code with the measurements. The principal elements of dispersion have been identified and studied on an experimental basis in order to test the robustness of the TADA model. This has enabled us to verify the model's possibilities as regards industrial constraints such as the use of incompatible meshes or the use of triangular elements and so on.

본 연구에서는 자동차용 배기관에 대하여 유동, 열변형 및 내구해석 등 유동과 구조의 연계 해석을 수행하여, 배기관의 $O_2$ 농도의 유동분포, 고온의 배기가스에 의한 열적 거동 및 그 내구성능을 평가함으로써, 자동차 배기관의 최적설계를 위한 가이드로 활용하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 $SiO_2$ Gate 유전체를 대체할 재료의 하나인 $TiO_2$, Gate 유전체의 기판 증착 온도에 따른 특성을 알아보고자 한다. 디바이스의 고집적화가 높아짐에 따라 얇은 두께의 Gate 유전체의 절대적인 필요에 따라 두께를 최소화하면서 유전율은 높아 전기적 특성이 우수한 소재를 찾게 되었다. 본 논문의 실험에서는 비휘발성 메모리 소자 제작시 Gate Blocking Layer 적용을 위해 High-k 물질인 $TiO_2$, 박막 증착 실험을 하였고, APCVD 방법을 사용하여 성장하였다. 증착 온도에 따른 I-V 특성을 분석하고 그에 따른 소자의 물리적 구조를 SEM을 통해 확인하면서 소자 제작시 최적의 온도를 찾고자 하였다.

The development of the high- frequency induction-heating for 2700kW power range intend to make localization at forging and rolling mill part by technical innovation. And, the development makes to increase our's competitive power at technique, quality and cost. This paper describes the heart of high-frequency induction-heating technique, switching technique, a few problem in common using as an unsatisfied technique, load adjustment technique, system control, diagnostic system and auto-interface etc.

The feasibility study for tidal power plant (TPP) has been carried out for the Siwha area inside the Kyunggi bay of the Kyunggi Bay of the Yellow and East china Seas, by KORDI (Korea Ocean Research and Development Institute) and continuing research works for tidal energy development are under progress in the several sites inside the Kyunggi Bay. In this paper we describes some results of the modeling efforts in relation the tidal regime change by Siwha TPP operation, as well as other coastal oceanographic research works involved in TPP development in the coastal region.

This research suggests a simulator regarding the Manufacturing Process of Electrical Substation System using a simulation method. This study is to propose and apply a new concept of simulation modeling, referred to as integrated Aspect-Oriented Modeling Approach (i-AOMA), in order to efficiently support the design and analysis of a Manufacturing Process of Electrical Substation System. The modeling based on i-AOMA can support easy generation of lots of alternative processes to meet simulation requirements of Manufacturing Process of Electrical Substation System in real case studies.
