Organization characteristics and safety culture contains a wide variety of factors. It should be accessed in a variety of ways in order to improve such a safety culture. Thru by analyzing the safety culture factor of combined-cycle-power plants, it was found to be a positive role in the improvement and enhancement for the improving of safety training, communication and training participation level by structural equation modeling analysis as the management's interest is increased. As the safety training is emphasized, it would be help to improve work participation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Motivational Interviewing(MI) training program on communication skill and self-efficacy of home visiting nurses(HVNs). Methods: This study has a mixed-methods design that includes a one-group pre-post test study and focus group interviews(N=23). From April 16th to June 11th in 2014, total six two-hour sessions of MI training program were provided to the participants. The quantitative outcomes were collected using Global Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale(GICC-15) and Self-efficacy Scale, and the qualitative data were obtained by 5 focus group interviews. Group pre-post changes were evaluated by paired t-tests and the qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis method. Results: MI training program led to significant enhancement in communication skills(Z=-3.62, p<.001) and self-efficacy(Z=-3.67, p<.001). The qualitative study revealed that the participants had positive experiences to express empathy, support self-efficacy, and respect autonomy for their clients applying reflective-listening and affirmation skill. Conclusion: The HVNs who participated in the MI training program showed improved communication skills and self-efficacy in the quantitative and qualitative studies. A randomized clinical trial is needed to confirm the value of MI training program for HVNs.

Background: Communication training in nursing college students is an integral part of the development of their competency in dealing with patients. However, the traditional lecture style of training delivery may not be desirably effective. Purpose: This study investigated the effects of a communication training program utilizing a small group dynamic on the communication competency and human relationships in nursing college students. Methods: One hundred twenty six freshmen in a university in Seoul participated in this study. The instruments of communication competency (Primary Communication Inventory) and human relationships (Relationship Change Scale) were used at the beginning and conclusion of the training period. Eighty-three students from two nursing classes were assigned to the experimental groups and 43 students from other classes were assigned to the control groups. Each of the 11 small groups was composed of 7 or 8 students. The weekly program that ran during the 2007 fall semester from October 1st to December 11th consisted of effective communication strategies including therapeutic communication skills, Johari's window, empathy, active listening, and transactional analysis. Results: The experimental group of students reported significantly greater improvement in communication competencies, specific nonverbal competencies, and human relationships compared with the control group. Specifically, the experimental students demonstrated greater improvement in nonverbal communication competencies and satisfaction, communication, and awareness of human relationships. Conclusions: Small group based communication training can be an effective alternative method of communication education for college nursing students.

The introduction of the communicative approach in the English language education brings in a Korean the English Program in Korea (EPIK), which is a Korean government sponsored program established 1995. by the Korean Ministry of Education improve Korean students' and teachers' communicative competency in English within the public school system in Korea. For this goal, EPIK invites English speakers from 7 major English-speaking countries. However, the effectiveness of this program has been questioned in Korea. Thus, the objective of this paper is to explore the current status, problems, and the directions for the program to be aimed at, and for the effectiveness of EPIK through investigation of the program. Then this paper presents some possible solutions and suggestions including the possibility of VR use in orientation and training programs in order to empower both Korean teachers of English and English native teachers in Korea.

다국적 선원으로 구성된 선박환경에서 근무하는 선원들에게는 원활한 의사소통을 위한 영어구사능력뿐만 아니라 서로 다른 문화에 적절히 대응하고 융합하는 이문화 커뮤니케이션 능력함양이 절대적으로 요구된다 할 것이다. 특히 필리핀, 중국, 인도, 일본, 인도네시아, 한국, 미얀마를 비롯한 아시아 선원들이 전 세계 선원시장에서 차지하는 비중이 50%에 달하는 점과, 이들 국가들이 영어를 모국어로 사용하고 있지 않은 점을 고려할 때, 아시아 지역 선원들에 대한 해사영어 교육훈련의 중요성은 아무리 강조하여도 지나치지 않을 것이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 아시아해사영어교육센터에 대한 구성과 역할 및 향후 추진방향 등을 제시하고자 한다.

근골격계 질환은 다른 질병과는 달리 직업적 특성 때문에 발생하는 질환자수가 많고 집단적으로 발생한다. 질환들의 예방활동은 단순하게 접근하거나 또는 1회 적인 예방활동으로는 원천적인 예방이 어려우므로 품질관리 시스템과 환경경영시스템을 참고하여 지속적인 관리와 더불어 조직적인 관리가 이루어 져야 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 사업장의 인간공학 관리시스템을 12가지 기본요소(방침 및 리더십, 조직, 계획, 책임, 평가 예방과 관리, 교육과 훈련, 의사소통, 규칙 및 절차, 내부 검사와 감사, 사고/질병 조사, 문서와 기록관리, 프로그램 평가)로 세분화하여 시행하였다. 이를 이용하여 pallet 적재방법, key hole 가공작업방법, 기판 수삽입 작업대 등을 개선한 사례를 제시하였다.

국내 해운회사의 외국인 선원 증가로 의사소통의 어려움, 작업 생산성 감소, 긴급상황 발생 시 대처곤란, 문화적 충돌이 선상폭력으로 이어지는 등 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 또한, 조기하선으로 인한 젊은 층의 관리자급 해기사 부족 및 고령화 가속, 해운선사들의 저임금 외국인선원 선호로 우리나라 해기전승(해기지식의 전달) 단절 초래, IMO 권고에 따른 승선기간의 단축(규격화)으로 육상 타 직종에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 급여, 재승선의 불확실성 및 해기사의 계약직화로 인한 해상직 기피 등으로 인해 해운경쟁력 약화가 두드러지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 우리나라 해운경쟁력 향상을 위한 해결책의 하나로 한국의 우수한 선원 교육 훈련 시스템을 접목한 북한선원 양성체계 구축방안을 고찰하고자 한다.

본 연구는 창의적 문제해결과정에 대한 개념을 신제품 개발 프로젝트에 적용하여 문제해결 관점에서의 신제품개발 성과 모델을 제시하고 있다. 연구개발 프로젝트 팀과 관련한 연구논문들이 그 동안 많이 있었으며, 각각의 이론들은 상호 이질적이고 다른 관점을 취해 연구자와 실무자들에게 다소의 혼란을 야기하여 왔다. 대표적으로 살펴보면 합리적 계획, 의사소통 망, 훈련된 문제해결의 세 개의 차원으로 나누어진다. 이러한 이유로 국내외 학자들은 통합모델을 제시하려고 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 그러한 접근은 신제품 개발의 본질적 성격을 반영하는 새로운 깊이 있는 차원으로서의 모델 통합이 아니라 단순히 영향 요인들의 나열 또는 종합하는 특징을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 신제품 개발 R&D 팀이 본질적으로 문제해결 집단이라는 전제하에 창의적 문제해결을 위한 구성원들의 문제해결 몰입과 해결안의 질적 수준의 향상을 높이기 위하여 R&D 팀의 인지적 다양성과 R&D팀의 위상과 관련하여 R&D 환경 성숙도라는 새로운 변수를 추가하였다. 여기서 제시하는 창의적 문제해결과정으로서의 R&D팀 성과와 관련된 연구모델은 본질적인 것을 다루면서 단순화 된 모델로서 그 동안 여러 관점에서 다루어져 온 개념들을 통합할 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 차원에서 R&D 성과를 높이는데 개념으로 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.

본 논문에서는 외국인과 발음에 어려움을 겪고 있는 한국인들을 대상으로 음성 녹음을 진행하여 점수를 반환받는 웹 사이트를 소개한다. 이 웹 사이트의 목적은 사용자들의 발음 향상을 돕는 것이다. 음성 인식 API와 발음 평가 API를 사용하여 사용자의 발음을 정확하게 평가하고 피드백을 제공함으로써, 외국어 학습자와 발음에 어려움을 겪는 한국인들이 보다 원활하게 의사소통할 수 있도록 돕는다. 향후 연구로는 이 시스템의 사용자들에게 학습 성취에 대한 동기 부여를 하는 기능을 추가해 학습 효과를 높이도록 개선할 것이다.

최근 급격한 사회발전으로 인한 인간소외, 과도한 업무 스트레스, 가족관계 등의 사회 문제가 야기되고 있으며, 이는 전문적인 심리상담 도움을 받아야 할 만큼 심각한 정신건강의 위기상태라 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 심리검사에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있음에도 불구하고, 검사자의 전문적 훈련정도에 따른 해석 차이로 인하여 검사의 신뢰성 저하와 같은 다양한 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 또한 심리검사는 특성상 검사자와 피험자간의 커뮤니케이션을 통해 이루어지는 주관적인 검사이므로 의사소통에 문제가 있는 중증 장애우 및 외국인, 영유아 피험자들의 검사가 힘든 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자 뇌파 패턴분석을 통해 기존의 주관적인 심리검사 기법을 객관화함으로써 뇌파측정만으로도 심리검사가 가능한 BCI기반 심리검사 시스템을 구현한다.
