The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of critical thinking, clinical decision making ability, patient safety knowledge and attitude ability to perform patient safety activities during clinical practice on nursing student's. Data were analyzed using t-tests and one-way ANOVA using the SPSS 21.0 program. As a result, the subjects' safety nursing activities was positively correlated critical thinking disposition(r=.278, p=.001), clinical decision making ability(r=.202, p=.014), patient safety attitude(r=.421, p<.001).The significant predictors of perform safety nursing activities were gender(${\beta}=.175$, p=.031), patient safety education(${\beta}=-2.266$, p=.025), critical thinking disposition(${\beta}=3.354$, p=.001), patient safety attitude(${\beta}=.368$, p<.001). These factors explained 31.5% of the variance(R2=.561, F=4.56 p<.001). It is necessary to establish a curriculum for critical thinking disposition, clinical decision making ability, and patient safety education in order to improve patient safety performance necessary for clinical practice education of nursing college students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ethical decision making confidence in nursing students and to provide the basic data of to control ethical decision making confidence. Data were collected from 205 nursing students in B city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The degree of ethical decision making confidence in nursing students was 3.83±.62. There were significant differences in ethical decision making confidence with respect to gender(t=2.118, p=.037), achivement of life(F=3.851, p=.023). There was positive correlation between ethical decision making confidence and ethical value(r=.153, p=.028), critical thinking disposition(r=.477, p<.001), and professional self concept(r=.566, p<.001). The factors affecting the ethical decision making confidence of the study subjects were critical thinking disposition(β=.254, p<.001), professional self concept(β=.418, p<.001), with an explanatory power of 35.1%. Through this research requires the fellow study to determine the factors affecting ethical decision making confidence of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of Student Majoring in Flight Operation's propensity, safety behavior and aeronautical decision-making. According to the analysis results, First, parents' criticism of perfectionism factor is found to have a negative effect on safety behavior. Second, student pilot's proactive personality has a positive impact on both safety participation behavior and safety compliance behavior. Third, both safety participation behavior and safety compliance behavior are found to have a significant effect on situation awareness, solution generation and solution implementation of decision making stages. Therefore, this study is intended to provide useful basic data that can be applied to studies such as appropriate psychological counseling, optimal training directions and teaching methods in order to cultivate excellent human resources through safe flight training.

The recent changes in Korean elections are mainly characterized as the downfall of the Conservative party. It is surprising, considering that the conservative party gained the historical support from the electorate in 2012, just several years ago. This paper claims that the downfall of the Conservative party is mostly derived from the perceptual conflicts and inconsistencies in the mind of the conservatives. The findings show clearly both attitude conflicts for the conservatives and its effect of asymmetrical (in)activation of participation. As their preferences to the conservative candidate and party became weaken, the conservatives remained to be inactive participants in elections. On the other hand, the liberals could make political decisions easily, having popular candidate and preferable political party. It suggests that, in order to participate, the electorate needs attractive candidate as well as parties to support in election. To revive as an active political actor, the conservative party should focus on the search of attractive candidates for the conservative electorate and reform the party in accordance with ideological preference of the electorate.

This research aims to strengthen the ethical decision-making capability of nursing students, and involves 82 fourth-year undergraduate nursing students in a nonequivalent control group pre-post quasi experimental research design from March 4 to June 3, 2013. Experimental group took a discussion-based class and control group took a traditional lecture-based class and we identified the differences in ethical knowledge, class satisfaction and ethical values between the two groups. Experimental group had higher scores for ethical knowledge after the class. There was no significant change in ethical values after the class in the two groups. The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores for the comprehension of class contents and practical application within the class satisfaction criteria. So we propose to use this model as an effect teaching method to apply ethical principles in nursing practice.

본 연구에서는 개인의 투자행태 및 투자성향을 파악하기 위한 구조화된 설문지를 개발하고 이를 이용하여 개인 투자자의 투자의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하였다. 연구결과, 개인 투자자의 연령, 성별, 연간소득, 투자경험, 손실 허용수준, 선호투자상품 등이 투자성향 및 자산 배분행태에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we study the effects on mathematical communication and disposition for the writing mathematics letters in secondary mathematics education. For this purpose we construct a experimental class and then analyse the students' change in those aspects after applying writing mathematics letters made some significant changes on the students communication in mathematics and disposition. First. the results for this purpose on regarding the enhancement of mathematical communication are effective. Second, the results on regarding the improvement of disposition are effective.

전자상거래는 긴 역사에도 불구하고, 최근의 기술적 발달과 함께 COVID-19로 촉발된 사회경제적 변화로 인해 다시 한번 급속한 성장과 더불어 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 과정에서 소상공인들을 비롯한 판매자들은 전자상거래에 참여하여 판매를 하고자 노력하고 있다. 하지만 오프라인 상거래와는 달리, 온라인에서의 판매는 디지털 데이터를 비롯하여 정보통신(IT)에 대한 이해가 수반되어야 용이한 특징을 지닌다. 이에, 본 연구는 판매자를 돕기 위해 개발된 판매 보조 도구가 실제로 온라인에서 판매자들의 실적을 돕는지 알아보고, 이에 따라 전자상거래 플랫폼 운영사는 판매자의 판매를 어떤 방식으로 도와 성공적으로 플랫폼을 운영할뿐만 아니라 사회 전체적인 경제 효익을 증대시킬 수 있는지에 관한 시사점을 주고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래에서 판매자에게 의사결정에 도움이 되는 도구들이 제공되어 이를 사용할 경우에 판매액(매출)를 비롯한 다양한 성과 측정 척도에서 유의미한 개선이 이루어지는가를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 엄밀한 분석을 위해 성향점수매칭법과 이중차분법을 활용하여 판매자들의 데이터를 분석할 것이다. 이를 통해 의사결정 지원 시스템이 전자상거래 판매자에게도 유효한지 실증적으로 알아보고, 나아가 전자상거래 플랫폼 운영사에게도 경영 측면에서의 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

This study intended to analyze the ethical clothing consumption behavior of female adolescents and use it as a basic data for education. Specifically, the female adolescents were classified according to their shopping orientation and then the differences among these groups were examined in terms of their ethical consumption behavior of clothing products, i.e., buying, using and disposing. As a result, three groups were identified: pleasure-seeking, intermediate, independence pursuing according to the shopping orientation sub-factors (loyal, enjoyment, impulsive, imitative and independent). The pleasure-seeking group were more likely to conduct ethical use behavior of clothing products, while the independence-pursuing group conducted more ethical buying and ethical disposing behavior. The lower their desire to enjoy shopping itself, the more cautious they are about their own decisions, and the more confident they about buying from the brand and store they liked, the more likely they were to conduct ethical buying behavior of clothing products. On the other hand, when the emotional and desire-seeking tendencies are combined with independent shopping tendencies, the more likely they conduct ethical use behaviors. In addition, the more they make independent purchasing decisions, the more likely they are to conduct ethical disposal behaivors. The results of this study suggest that providing detailed consumer education that considers individual differences in shopping orientation is needed.

To improve the performance of the building construction project, it is important for the site managers to manage effectively so that they can do their best to the site organization. In addition, making decisions are constantly done in site organizations of building construction project, so whether decisions are made appropriately in the organization has a great impact on performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between decision making participation and organizational commitment of site managers to improve the performance of site organizations. The results of this study showed that the site managers tend to be more task oriented than people oriented when making decisions. Also, there was a difference in affective commitment according to decision making type, and there was a weak correlation between decision making participation and organization commitment. This study will help to improve the managerial ability of site organization in building construction projects.
