A Study on the Applicability of East Asian Welfare State Discourse to the Development of Korean Welfare State(Regime) (서구적 동아시아 복지국가 담론의 한국에 대한 적용 가능성 연구)

  • The objective of this study is to examine the dicourse of East Asian Welfare Models and its applicability to explain the development of the Korean Welfare State(regime). The Confucianist Welfare State, representing East Asian Welfare Models has limitations in explaining the current features and dynamics of east asian welfare states. Compared to the western and northern european welfare states, the Welfare State(Regime) of Korea, one of the east asian countries show the clear differences in terms of its origin, the background of formulation, the orientation of the policy and the actors. Thus, a new approach to examine the East Asian Welfare Model is needed. As a theoretical framework, the origin and the growth of the Korean Welfare State(Regime) can be understood and explained in the boundary of concept and the theoretical framework of the Authoritative Developmental State; Historically, the democratization of the 1980s and the financial crisis of the end of 1990s in Korea contributed to the growth of the welfare policies and institutions in Korea. Japan, Taiwan and other east asian counties, such as Hong Kong and Singapore have many similarities with Korea in terms of welfare policies and institutions. Comparative studies of these countries can create significant and useful results to develop a new concept and model of East Asian Welfare States. Case studies and active academic exchanges among welfare state researchers in these east asian countries are very important to develop a new concept of East Asian Welfare State Models.

Mythologies of Design Thinking: Based on Roland Barthes's Mythologies (디자인 씽킹의 신화성 - 롤랑바르트 기호의 신화론을 배경으로)

  • The purpose of this paper is to interpret the discourse on design thinking through the perspective of Roland Barthes' Mythologies. To this end, this paper will explore the mythologization process of design thinking using the methodological framework of Barthes, which structurally interprets the connotations produced using semiosis. Design thinking originally refers to a method which is used in the process of planning ideas about designs in order to create the final products for professional designs. However, design thinking has recently attracted more interest from the public because it has become known as a tool for solving various problems which exist outside of the field of design, such as social issues, management, and marketing strategies. Barthes points out that myths are used as a tool to deliver ideologies. He also emphasizes the importance of 'structural thinking'. It interprets the inherent connotative meanings more than the denotative meanings, which are explicitly shown. One of the most powerful ideologies which our society embraces today is creativity. Design thinking realizes the manifestation of creativity through a schematized process. This can be explained by considering design thinking as an icon that is specifically turned into a figuration to realize its objectness, in which a discourse for solving issues and social codes meet together and form a mythology. The mythologies that Barthes cites in his book refer to mythical values created by the cultural codes which humans have produced in our modern and contemporary age. The symbolic value of design thinking has become more important than the signifier which design thinking itself presents. This means that design thinking has become a sign that has mythical properties. In other words, the ideology of creativity embodied by design thinking has attained a mythological status, as it produces a new cultural code through innovation. The process of interpreting a phenomenon using the perspective of semiotics is an important tool that allows us to examine the concept of an object and its surroundings thoroughly. This paper attempts to expand the external scope of critical analysis about social phenomena by using the signs which continuously reveal themselves in common ideologies, such as design thinking, which has been gaining more popularity recently.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest some strategies for integrated science. It also suggests educational strategies through worldview. The directions of most educational policy are based on the deficit model. It is assumed that learners are always lacking in knowledge, and as a result they do not understand properly. However, it is difficult for the public and students to change their attitudes because they do not feel much lacking. For example, the world view of climate change coexists with an optimistic mechanical worldview and an organic and entropy worldview. This study is characterized by the process of expanding awareness of living and fulfillment of knowledge rather than the existing deprivation model. Unconnected knowledge has problems in diversity. It is neither sustainable nor flexible. It is not about eliminating interdisciplinarity but about lowering it. We go into another area with your deep expertise, but we must have a purpose. As a result, not only problem solving but also dynamic feedback of mutual feedback between other domains increases the quality and quantity of knowledge.

Neural Substrates of Picture Encoding: An fMRI Study (그림의 부호화 과정과 신경기제 : fMRI 연구)

  • This study is to examine brain regions that are involved in picture encoding in normal adults using fMRI methods. In Scan 1, the picture encoding was studied during a semantic categorization task in comparison with word. In Scan 2 task type effects were studied both during a picture naming task and during a semantic categorization task with pictures. Subjects were asked to make decision either by pressing a mouse button (Scan 1) or by responding subvocally (naming or saying yes/no) (Scan 2). Regardless of stimulus type, left prefrontal, bilateral occipital, and parietal activations were observed during semantic processing in comparison with fixation baseline. Processing of word stimulus relative to picture resulted in activations in prefrontal and parieto-temporal regions in the left side while that of picture stimulus relative to word resultd in activations in bilateral extrastriatal visual cortices and parahippocampal regions. In spite of the same task demands, stimulus-specific information processings were involved and mediated by different neural substrates; the word encoding was associated with more semantic/lexical processings than pictures and the picture processing associated with more perceptual and novelty related information processings than word. Activations of dorsal part of inferior prefrontal region, i.e., Broca's areas were found both during the picture naming and during the semantic tasks subvocally performed Especially, during the picture naming task, greater occipital activations were found bilaterally relative to the semantic categorization task. indicating a possibility that greater and higher visual processing was involved in retrieving the name referred by picture stimuli.

  • The reason why creativity becomes the important subject in 21th century is that it does an important role which solves many problems surrounding our whole life in this internationalization, globalization, knowledge-information age. But scholars who formerly researched the creativity-field explain the necessity of creativity with the internal and fundamental reasons. That is, scholars say that creative activities produce originative products and originality itself. And it is the root of which will be able to discover meaning of life and it -creativity - is successive activities that is demanded when individual life want to obtain important value by expressing one's inner world to the outside using creative resource. Recently, with the trends of present age and the educational needs, research about creativity is actively carried out and it draws out the results that creativity can be developed and enhanced through education and training. So, now many researches have focused on how to develop the creativity. Investigating those researches, we found that the recent issues of researches on creativity were changing and now they focused on creative instruction methods and behavioral factors. Especially, they were selected as the subject related to the creative education - creative instructional method and program, atmosphere in classroom, and factors of teacher. It means that the past researches which were a little bit conceptive have been changing to material ones which will be able to enhance creativity and its effect. So, in this research, we have developed the program for CPS(Creativity Problem Solving) and verified its effect.

Simulation based Automatic Knowledge Acquisition (시뮬레이션을 통한 지식의 자동 획득)

  • 도메인에 대한 전문 지식 획득(Acquisition of expert knowlegde)은 지식 제공자인 인간 전문가에 의존한다. 도메인이 복잡해 질수록 인간 전문가로부터 관련된 모든 지식을 획득하기란 어렵다. 이런 지식 획득의 어려움을 부분 흑은 완전 자동화된 지식 획득 시스템을 통해 해결하려는 많은 연구가 있어 왔다. 그러나 지식 획득을 위한 여러 시도들은 지식 제공자의 촛점이 도메인이 아닌 표현 구조나 도구- representation environment -에 보다 치우치게 하여, 잘못된 지식을 획득하게 하거나 주요지식이 생략되는 경우를 보이기도 한다. 또한 정적인 관계(relationship)에 의해서만 지식(Static Knowledge)을 생성하므로 시간흐름에 따라변화하는 지식을 나타내기는 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 통한 자동 지식 획득(Simulation Based automatic Knowledge Acquisition) 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 1) 도메인에 관한 초기 인과관계 정보를 입력 받고, 2) 입력된 정보를 일정한 프레임에 따라 구조화 시켜 경험 베이스를 구성하고 이를 탐색하여 도메인과 관련된 확장된 정보를 얻은 후, 3) 위의1),2)를 통해 얻어진 정보를 분석하여 주어지는 입력에 대해 다양한 출력을 낼 수 있는 시뮬레이션 모델을 생성한다. 이 모델은 다음 단계의 지식 생성을 위한 수단(resource)이 되며, 구간값과 같은 불확실한 정보를 포함할 수 있는 구조이다. 마지막으로 4) 생성된 모델을 시뮬레이션하여 결과로 생성된 지식을 획득한다. 위의 과정에서, 지식획득을 위한 수단인 시뮬레이션 모델이 지식 제공자의 개입 없이 자동 생성됨에 따라, 지식 제공자는 도메인 관련 지식 그 자체에 집중할 수 있으며, 생성된 모델을 시뮬레이션한 결과에 의해 지식을 생성함으로써 동적인 지식이 얻어질 수 있다. DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 고찰하고 그 문제점에 대하여 자세히 설명한다. DEVS 모델의 타당성 검사에 이용하는 SPN 모델에 대한 개념과 DEVS 모델과 행위적으로 동등한 SNP 모델로 변환을 위한 관점을 제조명하다. 동일한 관점에서 두 모델의 상태표현이 같도록 DEVS 모델이 SPN 모델로 표현됨을 보이는 변환이론을 제시하고 변환이론을 바탕으로 모델 변환과정을 제시한다. 모델 변환이론과 변환고정을 기본으로 타당성 검사를 위한 새로운 동질함수(homogeneous function)를 정의하고 이와 함께 SPN 모델의 특성을 이용하여 DEVS 모델에 대한 타당성 검사 방법을 새롭게 제안한다. 에탄올투여로 증가된 유리기 해독계 효소인 GSH-Px활성을 큰 폭으로 감소시키고 에탄올투여로 감소된 비효소적 항산화작용을 나타내는 GSH함량을 다량 증가시킴으로서 지질과산화물에 대한 방어력이 증가되어 나타난 결과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경우는 홍삼으로 가공되면서 발생하는 경우가 있고, 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 이에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어져야할 것으로 판단된다.태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(minimal $X^{0}$ elements)로 가정한다. 즉, [+wh] 의미의 겹의문사는 동일한 구성요 소를 지닌 병렬적 합성어([$[W1]_{XO-}$ $[W1]_{XO}$ ]$

Case study of organization and operation expansion in General high school technology course (일반 고등학교 기술과 교육과정 편성·운영 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the process and meaning of the expansion of the technology education curriculum of general high school. For the study, research problems were set up according to the procedure of case study method, and cases suitable for research were identified and data were collected through interviews with the teachers of the schools. The examples used in the study were two high schools in Gyeonggi - do, and the collected data were visualized in concept form through semantic analysis process. The results of the two schools are summarized as follows. First, the revision of unit school curriculum has been started through crisis and challenge awareness. Second, it is necessary to use the free lecture system suggested in the 2015 revised curriculum. Third, students should change their perceptions of students and curriculum by enhancing class through various skills and education activities suitable for high school level. Fourth, we must continuously strive to develop professionalism as a technology teacher. It is difficult to expand the curriculum of the school because there is only one technology teacher in the general high school. However, through the cases of this study, it is expected that the importance of the technology subject and the change of awareness will be realized as various education activities for the career choice in the high school credit system. do.

  • 사람은 누구나 잭이나 문서를 읽을 때 중요한 부분에 강조, 해설, 설명을 하기 위해서 표시를 하거나 글을 입력한다. 이와 같이 원본문서에 추가되는 부가 정보를 Annotation이라고 한다[6][7]. Annotation을 이용하면 차후에 원본문서를 재창조하거나 다른 사람이 원본문서를 참조할 경우 과중한 정보의 양을 극복할 수 있으므로[4], 원본문서의 이해도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서, Annotation은 한번 사용하고 그치는 정보가 아닌 재사용할 수 있는 점보임을 의미한다[1,2,3]. 이러한 Annotation 기능을 웹 문서에 적용하게 되면 종이문서에서 얻을 수 있는 장점뿐만 아니라 웹 환경의 특징인 공유[5], 검색[4], 재편집 등의 기능이 가능하다. 이와 관련한 많은 연구가 진행중에 있다. 그러나, 기존의 Annotation 연구는 Anchor 입력된 다수의 Annotation이 무의미한 출력 순서로 제공되고 있으며, 또한 Anchor에 입력된 Annotation의 출력으로 인해 문서 구조가 변경되거나, 가려지는 등의 문제점으로 사용자들이 쉽게 사용 및 이해할 수 있는 Annotation 출력 인터페이스에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Anchor에 입력된 다수의 Annotation들 간의 의미적 순서를 부여하여 보다 적절한 Annotation에 대한 우선 접근이 가능하도록 계층적인 Annotation 우선처리 기법을 제안하고, Annotation 출력으로 인한 문서 변경 문제를 해결하기 위한 유동적인 Annotation 표현 기법을 제안한다. 또한 Annotation이 문서에 부가된 부가정보의 역할을 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 활용이 가능하도록 XML 표준에 기반한 저장 구조를 지원하며, 원본문서와 분리하여 저장한다.속도를 개선시켰고, 국소적인 변형이 있는 패턴과 특징의 수가 다른 패턴의 경우에도 좋은 인식률을 얻었다.r interferon alfa concentrated solution can be established according to the monograph of EP suggesting the revision of Minimum requirements for biological productss of e-procurement, e-placement, e-payment are also investigated.. monocytogenes, E. coli 및 S. enteritidis에 대한 키토산의 최소저해농도는 각각 0.1461 mg/mL, 0.2419 mg/mL, 0.0980 mg/mL 및 0.0490 mg/mL로 측정되었다. 또한 2%(v/v) 초산 자체의 최소저해농도를 측정한 결과, B. cereus, L. mosocytogenes, E. eoli에 대해서는 control과 비교시 유의적인 항균효과는 나타나지 않았다. 반면에 S. enteritidis의 경우는 배양시간 4시간까지는 항균활성을 나타내었지만, 8시간 이후부터는 S. enteritidis의 성장이 control 보다 높아져 배양시간 20시간에서는 control 보다 약 2배 이상 균주의 성장을 촉진시켰다.차에 따른 개별화 학습을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 능동적인 참여를 유도하여 학습효율을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.향은 패션마케팅의 정의와 적용범위를 축소시킬 수 있는 위험을 내재한 것으로 보여진다. 그런가 하면, 많이 다루어진 주제라 할지라도 개념이나 용어가 통일되지 않고 사용되며 검증되어 통용되는 측정도구의 부재로 인하여 연구결과의 축적이 미비한 상태이다. 따라서, 이에 대한 재고와 새로운 방향

Comparison of Perceptions on 'Postwar' Between the History of Korean Literature and the History of Japanese Literature ('전후'에 대한 한일문학사 인식 비교 - 한국전쟁을 둘러싼 상반된 해석과 담론 -)

  • This paper comparatively considered how Korea and Japan address the concept of 'postwar' in descriptions of their literary history. In Japan, 'postwar' refers to the period after World War II (Asia-Pacific War). This word implies a variety of contexts such as collapse, poverty, confusion, calendar reform, reconstruction and restoration as well as a series of historical events such as war, war defeat, and American occupation; and so it has been treated in Japanese society a significant period. In the history of Korean literature, it is after national liberation that the word 'postwar' appeared; however, it has usually indicated 'the period after the Korean War.' The question is that although the term of postwar refers to periods after different wars, Koreans used the term of postwar also in the same way as Japan, and their concept of postwar overlaps with the concept of prewar or postwar used in Japan, and accordingly, side effects are produced that fail to grasp properly the independent characteristics and significance of the Korean War. In conclusion, the Korean War brought about contrasting effects on the history of Korean and Japanese literature. While the Korean War meant a start after the war in Korean literature, it became a turning point marking the end of postwar in Japanese literature. Such different perceptions on postwar also have major implications in that perceptions represent postwar discourses in today's Korea and Japan.

Probability-based Critical Path Estimation for PERT Networks of Repetitive Activities (반복작업 PERT 네트워크의 확률기반 주공정 산정기법)

  • Network-based scheduling methods can be classified into CPM method and PERT method. In the network scheduling chart, critical path can be estimated by performing the forward calculation and the backward calculation though the paths in the network chart. In PERT method, however, it is unreasonable to simply estimate the critical path by adding the sum of the activity durations in a specific path, since it does not incorporate probabilistic concept of PERT. The critical path of a PERT network can change according to the target period and deviation, and in some cases, the expected time of the critical path may not be the path with longest expected time. Based on this concept, this study proposes a technique to derive the most-likely critical path by comparing the sum of estimated time with the target time. It also proposes a method of systematically deriving all alternate paths for a network of repetitive activities. Case studies demonstrated that the most-likely critical path is not a fixed path and may vary according to the target period and standard deviation. It is expected that the proposed method of project duration forecasting will be useful in construction environment with varying target date situations.
