본 연구의 목적은 급변하는 의료환경에 효과적으로 대처하기 위하여 우리나라 병원들을 대상으로 미국의 말콤 볼드리지 국가 품질상 (The Malcolm Bladrige National Quality Award)모형 중 의료분야 평가모형을 이용하여 우리나라 병원들의 의료품질을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 미국의 말콤 볼드리지 국가품질상의 평가기준인 리더십, 전략 계획, 측정${\cdot}$분석, 지식관리, 인적자원 중심, 프로세스 관리, 환자${\cdot}$고객, 시장중심, 결과의 7개 항목을 이용하여 평가 항목들 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 분석하고자 한다.

사회 전반에 의료의 다원화 혹은 다변화를 요구하는 열망이 높아져 가고 있다. 이는 '대체의학'의 도입과 직결된 문제라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는, 최근 법률정보에 따르면 헌법재판소의 의료법에 대한 합헌결정으로 불거진 대체의학의 제도화 움직임을 시작으로 향후 대체의학의 제도화 모델을 결론으로 그 내용을 담았다. 이는 대체의학을 '왜' 도입하여야 하는 가의 논의단계를 지나 '어떻게' 대체의학을 도입할 것인가의 문제로 논의의 방향성을 제시함과 동시에 선행연구들을 면밀히 분석하여 재조명하므로 써 지금까지 축적되어온 연구 자료들을 충분히 고찰 하고자 하였다. 헌법재판소 판결 및 대법원 판례를 바탕으로 대체의학으로 야기되는 법적 쟁점 사항을 분석하고 대체의료행위가 제도화 되기 위한 선결요건을 도출하였다. 또한 무분별하게 사용되고 있는 대체의학에 관한 용어 사용을 재정립하고 향후 대체의학을 공인화 한다면 그 방법은 어떻게 되어야 하는지 그 방안을 제시, 방안 별 장단점을 분석하였다.

In general RBAC(Role-Based-Access Control) model, senior role has junior role's permissions by virtue of role hierarchy. But although the opposite case is needed partially in medical institutions, such case cannot be performed in medical information systems. This is because inheritances of permissions in role hierarchies are static. In order to tackle this problem, this paper defined a dynamic role assignment, thereby proposed the way for the junior temporarily to be able to perform the permissions of the senior, and showed the applications of medical information systems.

환자의 의료 및 질환정보는 개인의 프라이버시에 관련되므로 민감하게 취급되어야 하며 이러한 의료 및 질환정보의 유출은 환자의 사회적인 고립뿐 아니라 환자의 생명도 위협하게 되므로 철저한 보안이 필요하다. 따라서, 의료진, 환자, 일반인 등의 사용자 식별을 통한 진료 기록의 접근 통제 및 사용 권한에 따른 정보의 암호화 수준과 해당 정보에 대한 역할 기반의 접근 제어(Role-Based Access Control)를 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC 모델을 현재의 의료 및 질환 정보 관리에 적용시켜 각 정보 개체들과 사용자 간의 효율적인 역할 분담과 정보 보호를 위한 시스템을 설계 및 구현하여 실제 시스템에 적용하고자 한다.

해상에서 운항되는 선박에서 인명사고가 발생하면 육상과 달리 적시에 의료지원을 받기 구조적으로 어렵다. 특히 연안선박의 경우 원양선에 비해 상대적으로 고령의 선원들이 승무하고 있기 때문에 인명사고가 빈번하며 인명사고에 취약하다. 본 연구는 AR과 VR과 같은 실감기술을 기반으로하는 연박선박의 원격의료지원 모델 개발하기 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

청각장애인은 수화 언어, 즉 수어를 통해 의사소통한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 의료 상황에서 청각 장애인이 겪는 소통의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 의료 상황 중심의 수어 데이터셋을 구축한 뒤, R(2+1)D 딥러닝 모델을 이용해 수어 동작을 영상 단위로 인식하고 분류할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 이를 Django를 이용한 웹 사이트로 만들어 사용할 수 있게 하였다. 이 웹 페이지는 청각장애인 개인 뿐만 아니라 의료 사회 전반적으로 긍정적인 효과를 줄 것으로 기대한다.

In connection with medical care, designs have been developed by forming relationships, typically supporting Visual Communication Design, Product Design and Environment Design healthcare environment aesthetically pleasing and convenient. However, in recent designs, expertise has increased, new areas specialized are merged with various areas and academic disciplines and subdivided. In addition, due to the development of technology, the design has been continuously changing, creating a new form of model by fusing with various industries, academics and services. Recognizing the changes and developments of these designs, we are promoting research on utilization of design in medical services, we can create a new value by getting out of design that we have limitedly used in areas of traditional design I will try to know about developing into a design.

The development of information technology such as the internet has brought about rapidly changes the old medical technology, e-Healthcare has been to raise social issue. The e-Healthcare which new turning point of paradigm in the medical information develops the medical policy in Korea and the technology, the prospective of reverse engineering in internet environment is incurring problems such as distribution of critical information and invasion and infringement of privacy, etc. In this research, we suggest the Role Based Access Control System, HPIP-e-Healthcare Privacy Information Protection, for solving above problem. The HPIP is composed 4 mechanisms such as Consolidate User Identity, Hospital Authorization, Medical Record Access Control, Patient Diagnosis and we are also prototyping the HPIP for feasible approach in the real computing environment.

In this article, we have presented a framework, designed to create new services for businesses, which use large sets of medical data. It is not a simple data analysis step, but it clarifies the purpose of data utilization, analyses it, extracts value from it, and designs a process from actual business or service to an operation. The designed frame work covers the basic architecture and social system model. It was designed, using basic data, which was focused on large sets of medical data, and to be applied to a social system with reference to the designed framework. We are looking forward to create various medical business alliances and services applying the designed framework to the available sets of basic medical data.

삼킴 장애 환자는 뇌졸중, 치매, 외상성 뇌손상, 파킨슨병, 암이 주요 원인으로 급속히 증가하고 있다. 특히 고령화 사회가 되면서 더욱 삼킴 장애 환자는 늘어날 것으로 전망하고 있다. 고령 환자의 삼킴 이상의 진단을 위해 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 검사법으로는 비디오 조영 삼킴 검사(VFSS)이다. VFSS는 진단에 있어서 숙련된 전문의가 필요하기 때문에 대학병원 급에서 주로 시행하며, 고령 환자에게는 분석 결과를 상담받을 때까지 오랜 시간을 소요해야하는 문제점들이 있다. 본 논문에서는 삼킴 장애 진단을 위한 의료영상 관리 및 라벨링 시스템에 대해서 기술한다. 이를 구현하기 위해 서버에서 대용량 멀티프레임 영상을 성능 저하 없이 핸들링 하고 라벨링 데이터 생성을 위한 라벨링 툴을 구현하였다. 차후 라벨링 데이터를 생성하고 학습을 통하여 삼킴 장애 진단을 위한 인공지능 모델을 개발하고자 한다.
