All u-Health system has security vulnerabilities. This vulnerability locally(local) or network(network) is on the potential risk. Smart environment of health information technology, Ad-hoc networking, wireless communication environments, u-health are major factor to increase the security vulnerability. u-health care information systems user terminal domain interval, interval public network infrastructure, networking section, the intranet are divided into sections. Health information systems by separating domain specific reason to assess vulnerability vulnerability countermeasure for each domain are different. u-Healthcare System 5 layers of security risk assessment system for domain-specific security vulnerability diagnosis system designed to take the security measures are needed. If you use this proposed model that has been conducted so far vaguely USN-based health information network security vulnerabilities diagnostic measures can be done more systematically provide a model.

헬스케어 패러다임이 정밀, 예측, 맞춤, 예방의료 중심으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업은 4차 산업혁명 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 수요자 중심의 고부가 가치형 의료서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 한 영역인 개인건강기록(PHR) 서비스는 개인의 모든 건강기록 데이터를 기반으로 하여 예방과 관리 목적에 맞추어 맞춤형 건강관리를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인건강기록 서비스의 가치사슬을 정리해보고, 가치사슬 핵심요인 중심의 산업구조분석을 통해 주요 환경변화에 있어 경쟁자들과의 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 필요한 차별화 전략의 우선순위를 모색하고자 한다.

While traditionally threatening human infectious diseases are decreasing, chronic diseases such as cancer and diabetes, including cardiovascular diseases, are spreading rapidly. Reflecting the characteristics of chronic diseases that are difficult to treat, the management of risk factors and the preparation of health promotion policies corresponding to them have emerged as important concerns around the world. Providing so-called multi-sector approach such as health promotion and disease prevention policy and solution for community response, The value of primary care is once again highlighted in the changed medical environment. As the existing medical delivery system has become difficult to cope with the people's desire for rapid aging, disease paradigm change, and quality of life improvement, European Union countries have made various efforts to improve the quality of their primary medical system, which provides continuous, com- prehensive and coordinated management. This paper examines the current status and problems of the healthcare delivery system in Korea, draws implications from the European Union examples related to the strengthening of primary care, and discusses the plans for establishing a patient-centered future medical delivery system.

가상환경시스템은 매우 현실감 있는 정보를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 산업, 의료, 교육훈련 등에 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 아직 많은 가상환경 시스템에서 부정적 요인으로 멀미나 시각피로로 대표되는 cybersickness 증세를 수반하고 있어 그 사용과 확산에 제약이 되고 있다. 한편 cybersickness 의 한 현상으로 볼 수 있는 신체동요도 이에 대한 객관적 지표로서의 가능성이 연구되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서도 가상환경시스템을 피실험자들에게 체험하게 하고 체험 전후의 신체동요으 변화를 측정평가 하였다. 측정 결과 가상환경 체험 후 약간의 신체 동요의 경향이 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의할만한 정도의 차이는 보이지 못했다. 특히 본 연구에서 신체동요의 변인으로 가정했던 Motion의 유무와 Feedback 의 유무에 대한 영향 분석 결과에서도 좌우 방향에 대한 Motion 유무만 차이를 보였을 뿐이었다. 신체동요는 비교적 간단히 객관적으로 cybersickness의 일면을 평가할 수 있는 지표로 후속 연구가 계속 요청되고 있다.

This article verifies the actual conditions of the Wonju area medical devices cluster for presentation of method for increasing promotion. It examines the general status of companies, reason for location, competitive power and supporting system with a questionnaire survey and in-depth research. The Wonju area has 79 medical device companies. It comprised 9% of total sales and 11% of export sales of korea medical devices in 2007. For enhancement of the Wonju area medical devices ability to accumulate and attract of medical device companies and front-line and back-line industries, the followings is needed, a supply of highly qualified man power, a support base for developing modem technology and information marketing, adequate infrastructure for housing and education system, methodologies for sustaining new business and innovation fund-raising programs and marketing, and provide the highest degree of education for CEO.

An essential measure to prevent healthcare-associated infections (HAI) is to develop a consistent system of surveillance, thereby promoting a reliable situation diagnosis to perform efficient control for the problem. Patient-to-patient transmission of pathogens within the hospital plays a substantial role in the epidemiology of HAIs. Contamination of healthcare environments commonly occurs, including facilities surfaces (e.g., bed rails, bedside tables), drinking water, cooling tower water, endoscopic instruments, food, airborne, endotoxin test, sterile test and medical equipment, with pathogenic organisms. In addition, epidemiological analysis is performed by multi locus sequence tying, pulsed-field gel electrophoresis for active surveillance. Therefore, an environmental surveillance culture test for prevention improves patient safety and blocks infection agents. Effective infection control and increased safety are possible by controlling the national infection control system. In conclusion, this study contributes to an effective infection control system through the standardization of active surveillance culture laboratory and secure expertise as infection control specialist. The primary objective of the standardization is to improve the safety of the nation's healthcare system by reducing the rates of HAIs.

Lately there is an increasing recognition about the significance of marketing activity towards the internal staff of a company as a group of customer. However, there has been little study on the marketing towards the internal staff of Hospitals. This study aims to provide basic information enabling the planning and implementation of internal marketing of hospitals by illuminating the impact of it on the management of staff. The conclusion of the study shows that the internal marketing and organization effectiveness, it was revealed that the higher the degree of recognition on the working environment, regulation on leave, participation into decision-making, education in the sphere of internal marketing, the higher the organization effectiveness, and that there is no meaningful association of compensation with the organization effectiveness.

Exchanging sheets for patients is one of the worst and one of the factors that makes the nursing environment difficult. Many beds with various functions for the patient have already been developed, but there is no device for automatically changing the sheets. In this study, we developed and tested the first automatic sheet changer for a medical bed and verified its performance. The developed automatic seat changer uses a torque limiter to properly adjust tension and exchange a dirty sheet and a new seat at the same time. The designed automatic sheet changer was experimentally confirmed to be properly operated and installed in a integrated multi-functional bed with bed sores prevention and automatic patient transfer functions.

Effects on Health Center and Hospital Visit Patient Characteristics and Overall Satisfaction As a result of comparing the characteristics of visiting patients in the public health centers and hospitals, the number of patients at the public health centers was relatively higher than the hospital patients, the number of medical benefits patients was higher, and there were more vaccinations or physiotherapy patients than the purpose of disease treatment.There was a small number of private insurances,The older adults were more. The most influential variable on the overall satisfaction level of the public health center is the facility satisfaction And doctor satisfaction had a weak effect.In the case of hospitals, the facility satisfaction Also, the degree of satisfaction with doctors, satisfaction with medical expenses, and satisfaction with treatment environment were in order.

Emergency room nurses whom exposed to more confused environment, violence, and medical disputes feel anxiety, due to increasing of demands and needs of emergency room services. Emergency room nurse anxiety needs to intervention in order to relieve emergency room nurses from anxiety, because it is an important factor that decreases job skill and satisfaction. In this paper, we examine whether to improve the effect of music intervention on emergency room nurse anxiety through appreciation of music. We used vocal music and a SAI(State Anxiety Inventory) tool for measuring the effect of music on emergency room nurse anxiety and physiological responses. Experimental results showed that vocal music intervention reduces emergency room nurse anxiety and physiological responses.
