The Effect of QR Information Service on Medical Service Loyalty (의료서비스충성도에 대한 QR정보서비스의 효과)

  • This study investigated the influence relationship of information service using QR code on customer's service quality perception and loyalty behavior for medical service in the physical environment. As a result of the study, when medical institutions provide location information services about the physical environment by utilizing the usefulness and reliability of QR codes, the perceived quality of customers' QR information will be strengthened, and furthermore, loyalty behavior toward medical services will increase in the future. Considering the spread of smartphones as a popular digital medium today, marketers use QR codes to connect and provide four-dimensional information services without time and place restrictions, thereby strengthening the interactive experience with customers. And these efforts suggest that it can contribute to improving service image and strengthening loyalty beyond simply providing service information to companies.

Effect of oral health status and work loss on oral health-related quality of life of non-medical hospital workers (비의료직 병원 근로자의 구강건강 상태와 근로 손실이 구강건강 관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore risk factors affecting the oral health quality of life of non-medical hospital workers. As for the research method, a survey was conducted on 608 workers at hospitals in the metropolitan area from April 20 to July 30, 2021. As research tools, questions related to work loss, oral health status, and oral health quality of life were investigated. For the analysis methods, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA test, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed. As a result of controlling exogenous variables, gender(β=0.108), systemic disease(β=0.136), oral health level(β=0.201), and oral health status(β=0.463) were found to have an effect on the quality of life. Initiating regular oral health education for non-medical hospital workers will be of great help to promote oral health and work.

  • The Japanese government has announced that it would invest 30 billion yen in iPS cell research for the next 10 year, and the Japan National Assembly has made an act that supports the iPS cell research. This study analyzes 1) the current trend and application field of stem cell research under Japan; 2) recent policy and regulation change in stem cell research and its application under Japan. This treatise reviews about "Act for Promoting Regenerative Medicine", "Act for Assuring Safety of Regenerative Medicine", and "the Revision of Pharmaceutical Act under Japan. This study may serve as the fundamental reference for the improvements of legal and institutional systems with regard to regulations on the stem cell research under Korea.

  • RFID has substituted for a Bar Code to conduct real time data collection and data process in various fields including logistics, electronic, medical treatment, car, textile, steel industry at the business level. Although implementation and use of RFID has been facilitated constantly, the majority of businesses hesitate to implement RFID system. Hence in this study, we conducted a performance evaluation through quantitative/qualitative analysis on case studies in various industries. This study results could be utilized as basic data for RFID system diffusion, and it will primarily contribute to spread of RFID system implementation.

  • Objectives : Because people have increasingly more interest in their quality of life, the anti-aging industry has grown worldwide. The purpose of this study is to suggest strategies for galvanizing the anti-aging industry in Korea. Methods : To accomplish this aim, we explored the definition, classification, problem and activating strategies of the anti-aging industry through a systematic review. Results : From the results, the following suggestions are given: planning a national strategy to galvanize the anti-aging industry, establishing an anti-aging research institute, developing a business model, developing an anti-aging cluster, statistics development and an information system related to anti-aging, training personnel, and legislation. Conclusions : The anti-aging industry has the potential to reduce health expenses through early intervention of diseases due to aging and through activation of the national economy by win-win growth of the industry related to aging. Therefore, understanding the anti-aging industry as well as political support is critical.

  • In this study, the government's investment, laws, regulations, and difficulties related to IoT radio technology in the energy and medical fields are mainly analyzed. Also, plans for dissemination, technology preemption, and commercialization are derived to enhance global competitiveness. Research on ways to secure and predict radio wave application technologies in energy and medical fields, and to alleviate barriers to entry for new business operators. Analyzes the efficiency of support measures using expert groups in each energy and medical field, analyzes the utilization value of accumulated data, and proposes mid- to long-term promotion systems and support measures, as well as utilization measures of data held by external agencies related to radio waves.

  • The global medical tourism industry including Asian market has been activating recently. That is as medical tourists are motivated to seek the higher quality of healthcare with lower costs, as well as of travel. The consumers in this field tend to need customized services of medical tourism. It is needed that the consumers get customized information on medical services and traveling, the clinics and hospitals resolve the issues of offering translation and luring medical tourists from overseas, and the guides, who offer tour and translation service, provide the consumers and the clinics with customized services so that they get the services needed for one another. This research studies the Offline to Online, called O2O, matching platform based on global clinics, which connects medical facilities, patients, and guides for traveling and language services. It presents the customized marketing plans by utilizing customers' experiences from medical services and traveling they use.

  • Recently, the business environment of healthcare has changed rapidly due to the entering the mobile era, the intensifying global competition, and the explosion of healthcare needs. Despite of necessity in expanding new IT-based medical services and investing IT resources to respond environmental changes, the small and medium sized hospitals could not realize these requirements due to the limited management resources. CHISSMH is designed and presented in this research to provide high valued clouding medical services with reasonable price. CHISME is designed to maximize resource pooling and sharing through the visualization. By doing so, Cloud Service provider could minimize maintenance cost of cloud data center, provide high level services with reasonable pay-per-use price.   • With the development of big data technology, data is rapidly entering a hyperconnected intelligent society that accelerates innovative growth in all industries. The convergence industry, which holds and utilizes various high-quality data, is becoming a new growth engine, and big data is fused to various traditional industries. In particular, in the medical field, structured data such as electronic medical record data and unstructured medical data such as CT and MRI are used together to increase the accuracy of disease prediction and diagnosis. Currently, the importance and size of unstructured data are increasing day by day in the medical industry, but conventional data security technologies and policies are structured data-oriented, and considerations for the security and utilization of unstructured data are insufficient. In order for medical treatment using big data to be activated in the future, data diversity and security must be internalized and organically linked at the stage of data construction, distribution, and utilization. In this paper, the current status of domestic and foreign data security systems and technologies is analyzed. After that, it is proposed to add unstructured data-centered de-identification technology to the guidelines for unstructured data and technology application cases in the industry so that unstructured data can be actively used in the medical field, and to establish standards for judging personal information for unstructured data. Furthermore, an object feature-based identification ID that can be used for unstructured data without infringing on personal information is proposed.

  • In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the big data industry is gathering attention for new business models in the public and private sectors by utilizing various information collected through the internet and mobile. However, although the big data integration and analysis are performed with de-identification techniques, there is still a risk that personal privacy can be exposed. Recently, there are many studies to invent effective methods to maintain the value of data without disclosing personal information. In this paper, a personal information protection system is investigated to boost big data utilization in industrial sectors, such as healthcare and agriculture. The criteria for evaluating the de-identification adequacy of personal information and the protection scope of personal information should be differently applied for each industry. In the field of personal sensitive information-oriented healthcare sector, the minimum value of k-anonymity should be set to 5 or more, which is the average value of other industrial sectors. In agricultural sector, it suggests the inclusion of companion dogs or farmland information as sensitive information. Also, it is desirable to apply the demonstration steps to each region-specific industry.
