  • 최근 로봇산업은 첨단기술 분야의 복합체로 기술혁신성과 성장잠재력이 유망한 신산업으로 각광받고 있으며, IT, BT 및 NT 관련 요소들이 융합되어 구현되는 기술로써 파급효과가 크다고 할 수 있다. 또한, 사회구조와 생활패턴의 변화로 인해 생명 연장과 병 치료 및 건강에 대한 사회적 관심이 커지고 고령화에 따른 노인인구의 증가로 인해 의료분야에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 보다 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공함으로써 삶의 질을 향상시키고 국민 복지 향상의 핵심적 역할을 수행할 수 있는 분야는 의료용 로봇산업이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 정부에서 10대 신성장동력으로 관심을 가지고 있는 로봇산업과 의료기술을 접목한 의료용 로봇에 대한 시장현황과 전망을 통해 의료용 로봇시장의 활성화는 물론 의료시장의 확대방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 또한, 로봇산업에서 전문 서비스용 로봇으로써 의료용 로봇이 차지하는 위상과 기술 현황 및 적용사례를 통해 향후 차세대 신성장 동력으로써의 비전을 살펴보고 의료용 로봇 기술개발을 위한 유용한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • Medical robot has four fields. Surgery assistant robot, robotic surgery, Surgery Simulator, rehabilitation robot. Thus, medical robots is often high precision and reliability requirements for operations are being developed. Medical service robot's another sector is care for service robots. Care services robot is the hospital's reception work and biometric data acquisition of patients, the hospital in location and content information provide to patients. But now medical service robot practical acceptance process failed to progress. In this paper were the medical service robot systems design and implementation. Implemented the robot system is using the standard protocols for the exchange of medical information and can be linked with hospital information system. The hospital's patient reception and processing, to provide care waiting number information.

  • This study is about development of technology system for MIS(Minimally Invasive Surgery) robot of S. Korea analysed by the application of scenario planning. MIS robot industry receive attention as a new growth industry for national and international and is noticeable for the leading industry of future era in Korea. In this paper was examined the characteristics of an MIS robot technology and its components. It was investigated about the technology of an overseas MIS robot(especially U.S.A) and Korean domestic MIS robot and understood such as the country's policy propulsion issues then, was searched about development direction of the future. As a result, the future policy for MIS robot of S. Korea is to further spur the development of new MIS robot technology and more improvement of the technology level of MIS robot with AR(Augmented Reality) display.

  • Medical service robots are variously defined and classified by researchers and related government departments, but surgical robots and rehabilitation robots are commonly included in medical service robots, and except for these, the robots are classified as other medical service robots. In this study, domestic and foreign development trends and use cases were considered, focusing on logistics, guidance, and drug processing robots among other medical service robots. Logistics and guidance robots were developed quite a lot in Korea and completed a pilot project, or are being commercialized in hospitals, and exported. However, although the drug prcocessing robots was developed in Korea, the robot being use in the hospital was an imported. In order to expand and activate the robot market, systematic follow-up studies such as demand prediction studies are needed.

  • Medical color graphic research will serve as the basis for globally expanding and disseminating the design quality of the company's products through the era of production of medical robots. This study was based on technologies and contents suitable for the era of medical robot bed expansion, universal medical color application, ergonomic color, etc. In addition, the medical bed robot's color research direction was presented from the perspective of universal design. Accordingly, a universal color design was proposed, taking the functions of a medical robot under development by a domestic company as an example. The characteristics of this robot bed can be divided into three types of functions: first, treatment characteristics for prevention of pressure ulcers with curative, second, automatic seat exchange with cleanliness for medical environment, and third, Convenient, which can implement patient transport. The main idea is to present a combination of functional colors appropriate for this. The resulting color analysis and universal color design techniques could be a useful methodology for illustrating the appearance and function of a modern medical robot bed.

  • The pandemic of COVID-19 is driving the demand for non-face-to-face diagnosis, observation, and treatment in the healthcare environment, which has led to increased interest in helathcare robots. The authors intend to predict the direction in which the quarantine healthcare robots should be utilized in the post-corona era through analysis of national agency reports, on-offline press reports, and domestic and foreign robot company press releases. The COVID-19 pandemic has raised interest in medical robots. And there is a need to apply healthcare robots that can perform tasks such as disinfection, logistics transfer, screening tests, monitoring of patients, remote medical treatment support for isolated patients, and video calls with family members. Therefore, it is considered that future correct development and application of healthcare robots and empirical research to verify them should be continued based on sufficient consideration for various problems associated with the practical application of robots.

  • 로봇기술의 발달로 인하여 로봇의 활용 분야는 점차 확대되고 있으며 의료 및 재활분야에도 이용되는 추세이다. 의료분야에 이용되는 메디칼 로봇은 최소 절개 수술에 적용하는 경우 많은 이점을 얻을 수 있다는 점과 전문의사가 현장에 있기 힘든 오지나 낙도 또는 전쟁터 같은 곳에서도 원격 수술이 가능하다는 장점으로 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 원격 수술은 수술 계획, 로봇에게 환자 등록, 원격 수술 시행의 세가지 과정을 거치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 원격 수술을 위한 위 과정의 연구 동향을 기술하고 현재 본 실험실에서 수행하고 있는 연구 내용을 다룬다. 원격 수술을 위한 의료시스템을 구축하기 위해 팬-틸터 구동부를 가지 스테레어 시각 시스템을 제작하고 여기서 얻어지는 정보를 HMD에 투시하여 현장감을 느끼게 만드는 것과 수술대에서 환자를 수술하는 듯한 느낌을 제공할 수 있는 기술인 매스터 조작기와 슬레이브 조작기 사이의 힘 피드백 구현에 대해 다룬다.

The Present and Future of Medical Robots: Focused on Surgical Robots (의료로봇의 현재와 미래: 수술로봇을 중심으로)

  • This study is a review study attempted to analyze the current situation of surgical robots based on previous research on surgical robots in the era of the 4th revolution, and to forecast the future direction of surgical robots. Surgical robots have made full progress since the launch of the da Vinci and the surgical robot is playing a role of supporting the surgeries of the surgeons or the master-slave method reflecting the intention of the surgeons. Recently, technologies are being developed to combine artificial intelligence and big data with surgical robots, and to commercialize a universal platform rather than a platform dedicated to surgery. Moreover, technologies for automating surgical robots are being developed by generating 3D image data based on diagnostic image data, providing real-time images, and integrating image data into one system. For the development of surgical robots, cooperation with clinicians and engineers, safety management of surgical robot, and institutional support for the use of surgical robots will be required.
